My dishwasher wasn't getting water--a dishwasher appliance guy and two water softener installers told me I had major issues under my kitchen sink and likely needed valves replaced and angle stops put in. Turns out, Bryan just gently yanked the cold water knob, discovered the dishwasher's water supply had simply been turned off, and fixed it instantly. Then I asked him to look at a slow bathtub leak I've had for years that other plumbers didn't want to touch. He changed out the valve stems one at a time to make sure we weren't replacing anything that wasn't broken and, voila, problem fixed. This guy is timely, efficient, skilled, and honest. For sure frustrating, as I had arranged my appointments around when they were coming because I had to take a day off work. Things happen, I get it, they shared the reasons but offered zero solution on their side just forcing me to be the solution for them. IMO, if I'm paying for a service and the business has an issue, the customer shouldn't be the one finding a solution to their problem. Just a blind change of my appointment with no explanation until I called. No call or text asking if a time change would work. No offer to provide a discount, a complimentary service or any typo of solution from them for their issue when we spoke on the phone. Getting hung up on was not a great solution either. After I text I'd be sharing my experience via a review of them hanging up on me, they called back and said they are now sending someone out. By then, I had already shifted my schedule to accommodate their issue. I've used VIP many times before and for many years and given 5 star reviews but not sure if I will use them again. For me, if you as a business cause the issue for your customer, regardless of the reason, a business should have a solution for the customer who's paying for an hour long service (paying in my case more than two days pay for the service I was getting). Nick, the owner, was always great as were the other techs that helped us in the past. I like supporting a locally owned business but this was not good experience. Hopefully it's a one off experience but it was bad enough to lose a great deal of trust.

We had a great experience with Jetters N Drains from start to finish. We got a few quotes from…read moreother companies, and theirs was by far the most reasonable. I really appreciated that their price didn't change after an in-person visit to our house, which happened with ALL of the other companies. They used a trenchless Perma-Liner system to reline our pipe, so they didn't have to tear up our yard. It basically creates a new pipe inside the old one which is pretty cool and is supposed to last forever. They even carefully dug up a hedge and replaced it when they were finished and it looks like it's going to survive. They also installed a new cleanout and fixed a pipe offset that was causing problems. All of this only took about a half day and everything seems to be working perfectly. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and were easy to work with the whole way through. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

One yelp inquiry later within minutes, Cori and his team sent out Jason to help us out the next day (as we requested). We were given a window of 11 am - 1 pm and for the first time I've ever been given a window of arrival, Jason showed up promptly at 11 am. He went to work on inspection, giving recommendations, and then replacing the entire trifecta. We ran into some hiccups along the way where some pipe was dented from age and needed to be replaced and that was taken care of swiftly. We also have a napping newborn and he was miraculously able to sleep through the work and Jason was kind enough to work gently during the naps. After the job was done we chatted for a bit and he was on his way. Later that night I did notice a small leak coming from one of the couplings and Jason quickly returned the same night to fix the issue despite it being late. I even said we could wait until tomorrow but he insisted on getting to fixed. A quick fix later, all was well. I have working water pressure throughout the house and no more leaks.
