This is the spot for Kerry's way wings since Bar Coastal (IYKYK) is no longer. The wings here are always large, cooked to perfection, and deliciously tossed in sauce. Kerry's way is my favorite wing flavor ever and you just have to try it to know but it's similar to a combination of all the sauce flavors in the way that "all dressed" is. We've also had the wings delivered and they travel extremely well. They also have a shuffleboard table which we've spent many nights at after devouring an insane amount of wings. Niner fans!!! This is the place to be during a game. Go early tho, the seats get taken pretty quick! Our bartender Molly was great!!! We didn't have to wait long at all for our drinks. Vibes were great! It's pretty hot in sept inside there because it gets crowded so dress accordingly! read more

Absolutely popping off the SF 49ers games! Packed, loud, energetic Props to the owner/manager for his DJ skills, sound effects, and audio management between commercial breaks. And playing some bay area jams. Even did his best to try to get the crowds attention on the mic, over all the noise when some chick lost her purse. Aaron/Erin the bartender was hustling and keeping the crowd pleased. 5 stars for him and this spot overall. read more

We went for a Knicks game and even though the bar was absolutely packed, the bartenders were so quick and the drinks are cheap. The tvs were great. The bathrooms were disgusting however. But they did keep cleaning them during the night. read more

It makes me so happy to see a 9ers bar in NY -- they recently upgraded to a larger space, and it's always such a fun time. I've been coming here for games and it gets pretty crowded, so would recommend coming early to snag a table or be prepared to stand. The season opener was SO fun, they periodically have DJs spinning Bay Area hits. A little slice of home! read more

I found a home away from home, coming from San Francisco. It's so nice that there is a 49er bar in NYC, you want to show up an hour before the game it gets packed and for playoffs probably an hour and a half. During the commercial breaks, they played Bay Area music, and it feels like a little bit of home in there, there's a lot of regulars, and it's so great to see everyone for each game. The staff is amazing, they are on top of it, making sure everyone gets served. They do not offer food, but you can bring in food. When it's not a game day, it's a great local bar to go to and they also offer happy hour, seasonal cocktails, a great beer list and super friendly staff. read more

PROS: The place was a very cute bar. Nice prices compared to some other bars and table shuffle board. CONS: This bar is too small to have any large office outings and one of the bathroom locks doesn't work so some woman barged in on me. OVERALL: Not the best bar out there and I would hold it in if I were you and not use those bathrooms read more

Super basic. Space is too narrow to comfortably watch games or mingle. Bathroom lock is broken. Food and drinks are average. And the manager got a bit rude and aggressive with my friend. With so many bars to choose from in the city, I'd go elsewhere! read more

Went here last Saturday for drinks and football. TVs set up all around the bar showing a variety of different games. This bar turns into a Tulane University bar to watch their games but wasn't super packed and still had a good time. Bartenders were quick to ask our drink order and were nice while doing it. Best 49ers bar in Manhattan. The environment is great for games and real fans. The only downside is it's standing room only. You have to get there early to secure a spot to sit. Otherwise bring your standing shoes and enjoy the atmosphere. read more

After being rejected from other clubs due to no reservations and dress attire I was recommended this bar by a bouncer. It was so fun and loud, they even had a full size shuffle board (which I forgot to take a photo of :( ) the atmosphere felt club like- though it was smaller with no dance floor there was good vibe going around. read more

So they weren't serving food when we went there to watch the 49ers game. The place gets uncomfortably packed and they were still letting people in. Great energy but poor management. I'd love to give it a shot when it's not crazy but I guess the 49ers making it to the playoffs warrant a packed house. read more

Nice no frills kind of bar! Grab a drink from their wide selection and get in line to play some shuffleboard. We met up here with a bunch of friends on a Sunday afternoon, the bar was pretty empty and we got to have the shuffleboard table all to ourselves. The bartender was great, and made a great recommendation for a sour beer. Overall a great afternoon spent drinking and playing. Keep in mind they do not serve food here, so grab food beforehand! read more

I've been to this bar twice now, and both times the same bartender made our experience an uncomfortable one. My friends and I were trying to enjoy our night, but after offering us shots (taking them with us & then putting the ones he offered us on our bill??), he drunkenly and persistently hit on my friend, who was drunk at this point because of the shots. We just got really weird vibes. I wouldn't go alone. Pros: cheap drinks, fast service, big space for large groups. read more

First let me preface that there is a shuffleboard table here! I learned how to play a new game here because of this table. Came here for the GF's friend's BFs going away party because I heard this place is a dive bar. Walking in it looked like an old rustic place. Tables are relatively sparse and our group was towards the back. BIG MISTAKE. Basically 1/4 to 1/3 of this place smells like SHIT. The Bathroom smell permeated through the doors. Whenever someone did open the doors to use the bathroom, if you were caught unsuspectingly, be prepared to get a large whiff of ASS. Drinks: Ordered a Glenfidditch neat. Most of their whiskeys are 12 year for $13-$14 (lowest quality).They measure it out into a shot cup. However bartender was nice and poured a bit extra as well so got shot and a half. Ended up tipping more. Other bartender not as generous with the pours so less tips for him. Shuffle board: Awesome until some drunk idiots come and take over the table say they know how to play etc etc. Some people need to learn some manners regarding sharing. Overall place was small the clientele meh, but the worst turnoff was the bathroom smells. Place definitely needs to get the bathroom smells together. read more

I did not know what to think about this place from its name, but it's a clean, well run, awesome bar! The bartender, Ken, was so cool! He didn't even roll his eyes when he saw I was super excited they had frosé in the middle of winter! They also have frozen palomas! If I lived down the street, I'd be here every day. Worst bar experience of my life. Great shuffleboard is the highlight of the venue and patrons stole the board for 2+ hours on a Saturday. I'm trying to go pro on shuffleboard, and there's no flexibility here. This is my livelihood. The bartenders apparently are "best friends" with these customers. It ruined the whole experience. Love you guys but keep your customers in order. read more

Walking in, it's just like any other bar. But what's nice is the crowd. The people are relatively chill. The bartenders are cool. A decent list of beers to choose from. It's a nice long bar. It's not overly crowded with tables...so moving around isn't annoying. The fun, they have a shuffleboard table in the back. It's a free table which is nice. You really just put your name on the board if you want to play. It's a good table and because it's not an overly crowded bar, there's time to just enjoy and play. TLDR: it's a bar worth checking out. it's nothing real special, but it's a good bar with shuffleboard and a good beer list read more

Nice little bar around gramercy. Family is staying in the area for a couple of weeks with a family member in the hospital. Getting drinks here has been fun, nice assortment of beers and liquor. We used to love this bar but the past couple times it's been a ghost town. No one else in the bar and asked the bartender to change the tv to a different game. He literally throws his clipboard down in protest (not sure why it was such a big deal). Then we get the check a couple hours later and it says we had 27 beers plus shots between two of us. My god, I wish that were the case and I was so hammered I didn't realize what you were doing but we only had 4-5 drinks each. They told us we were buying drinks for the bar (which we absolutely did not do) and the told us that we just had that many (make up your damn mind) and where is your manager??? We asked several times to speak to someone in charge. The bartender with the slicked back man bun threatened to call the cops and wanted to fight us in the street ‍. Smh too old for this!! read more

Bathroom needs professional cleaning since the staff will never get it together. Aside from the bathroom- there's trivia night once a week as most bars have. Shuffleboard in the back but directly across from the 3-4 door bathroom stench. Love the rustic cabin feel and dim lighting. Bartenders are always friendly and attentive, never a struggle to order. Beer selection is nice as well. Overall 4 stars out of 5 for a local dive bar. read more

Taking off a star because I had a weird experience with the people at the front. I'm currently recovering from an injury and I'm in a pretty obvious neck brace. I was visiting with two people who were on their way and would be arriving in about 10-15 minutes and the people at the front told me I couldn't be seated until they arrived. I understand that this is normal protocol, but I pointed out my neck brace and asked if an exception could be made because it's significantly more comfortable for me to sit down (and there was no room at the bar). They said that their manager wouldn't let them do that, and that they couldn't seat me until the rest of my party was there. There were tons of table tables available the entire time and when my friend arrived about 12 minutes later, they seated us, I totally could've sat the whole time and it wouldn't have been a problem. Not the end of the world and I probably could've pushed it harder, but it definitely was a little awkward!

The food prices for brunch aren't crazy either. Selection is a bit limited, but seeing as this is a pub/tavern, I think they have a pretty good mix. Overall, would absolutely recommend. If you have a big group, have some common sense and book a reservation, but likely able to do walk-ins for small groups, couples, or singles easily. This is a great option for laid back vibes in HK.

There was a wonderful bartender and waiter (both from Ireland) working the night that we went. They were both delightfully witty.
