I found Gene based on a recommendation from another electrician whose schedule was too far booked out. I'd previously gotten a quote from Maverick Electric for $13K(!) to fix an issue with our pool equipment tripping the breakers. I was skeptical they were taking advantage of a woman with, admittedly, zero electrical knowledge. I decided I needed a second opinion. He spent HOURS meticulously isolating the issue and wrote an incredibly detailed report, in layman's terms, with pictures, etc. he even took videos on site, narrating the problem and proposed solution. He came out and spent two very long days working on it for a small fraction of what Maverick was going to charge.
