Erik has twice been able to help us out with electrical needs after I found his business on Yelp. The first time was for an issue with our microwave. We had replaced the outlet thinking that was the issue, but we still had intermittent issues with the breaker tripping. Erik came out and determined that the breaker was bad. He replaced it and we haven't had an issue since. That was in December of 2024. We called him again last week to get a quote on what we thought was going to be the addition of dedicated circuit(s) in our kitchen. We were under the impression that several of our large appliances, most notably the refrigerator and dishwasher, were on the same circuit, and had concerns about that. Erik was very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. We had an issue when our treadmill was delivered white glove with installation. The delivery technician who had mentioned he puts these treadmills together "all the time" plugged the unit into a GFCI outlet. He turned it on for us, and quickly left. Within a few minutes of use it tripped the outlet and powered off with my husband on it. The treadmill manual states in bold letters NOT COMPATIBLE WITH GFCI OUTLETS. This could have been very dangerous. Thankfully Erik was able to come out right away and rectify the issue! I will definitely contact him again if I have any future electrical issues. read more

I wanted to install flush mount ceiling lights in our barren ceiling. Erik masterfully worked around all the obstacles in our ceiling and installed symmetrically arranged lights. He took the time to properly measure and install the lights, while in coordination with the audio contractor. The job was a challenge given the high count of newly installed lights in close proximity to various floor truss supports, but he didn't complain.
