Requested a quote for a fuse replacement which had previously been replaced some years back. The price quoted was great and was to replace both not just the one that blew. I can't remember his name, but he came out the next day and was very informative about the type of fuse that was used in the previous replacement - noting they were used more for new builds rather than older homes. Cooper Electric recently completed a replacement of my electric panel that was showing heat/burn marks and the circuit breakers. Jeff was very prompt in coming out and provided a competitive estimate. The work was scheduled as soon as SMUD was available to turn off the power. The electricians, Jordan and Justin, were right on time when the work was ready to be completed and finished the job in the early afternoon. Jordan returned to complete the stucco repair and after painting you could not tell that it wasn't the original panel installed when the house was built. I posted a yelp announcement and found Cooper Electric. Jeff was able to provide me a quote based off my images and even reduced his service charge rate for me. I thought my microwave had died but it turns out that wasn't the case as Jeff was able to determine after opening the panel that an improper air conditioning duct was installed above the microwave and due to the large size, it pushed the plug out of the outlet.
