All around great experience. I am not versed in anything electrical or grid wise, yet. I Found theses wonderful guys through a friend and have thusly called on them twice. The feeling, vibe both times were honest and dependable. If you're consciously aware of what you're doing and stay grounded, these guys fit that happy alignment. Cheers! read more

Always prompt. Always professional. Always responsive. Crew did a great job. Go with Shane.

Quality Electric did an amazing job rewiring the house from the old knob and tube and installing additional outlets for us. They're friendly, professional and responsive. Definitely a 5 star operation I'd recommend to anyone looking for a good electrician! Danielle and Kevin read more

Shane and his crew did a fantastic job replacing the ancient electrical panel in my 1950s home. Professional, answered all my questions honestly, kept me updated throughout the project, cleaned up every day, fair and upfront pricing. I knew the hourly rate for add ons, so I was not surprised when the bill arrived. I have already recommended Shane to friends and colleagues! read more

Quality electric updated my sub panel in my garage. electrician Brandon completed the work and the work could not have been better. True professionals at reasonable rates. i will use them for all future work. read more

I've been using Quality Electric as my electricians for the last several years. Shane is always responsive and helpful in trying to diagnose problems over the phone. When a visit is necessary, his team is similarly professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. They do a great job, whether troubleshooting something that is going wrong or installing new fixtures. They've added chandeliers to my dining room and outdoor spot lights. They've worked on getting my landscape lights back on, replaced GCFIs in my kitchen, and worked on my home security system. I have always been happy with the quality of their work and with the overall experience. They are so easy to work with. I recommend them wholeheartedly. read more

Quality Electric did an outstanding job installing my outlet in my garage. The estimate was spot on and they were able to work me in three days later. It was a difficult job (pulling wire under the house from the panel to the garage). They also put in a new breaker and replaced one that was worn. They noticed that my dyer was underperforming, and they fixed that so now it works even better. Plus, they finished in less time than they had estimated. Best $$$ I've spent on home maintenance in a long time. Definitely recommend them and would use them again. read more

A new electric panel was installed. Friendly and efficient service. Everything passed inspection without any problems.

We had a great experience with Quality Electric installing new outlets for a stacked washer/dryer. The company that originally installed the washer and dryer a few years back used a work around that was really never really explained to us and ultimately failed. We had a hard time figuring out what the issue was but Shane and his team were extremely knowledgeable and able to identify the issue quickly and provide a fix. They were punctual and professional, flexible with scheduling and very efficient. They went above and beyond, even leveling the washer/dryer for us upon returning them to the closet - not at all expected, but very much appreciated! We look forward to working with Quality Electric in the future the next time we need an electrician. read more

Quality Electric! The name says it all. Shane and his team are fantastic. I have used them three times, and each time has been a phenomenal experience. First time: some simple electrical needs outside and inside completed expertly, on time, and a fair and expected price. Second time: Rewired my ENTIRE 1000 square-foot home replacing all the knob and tube wiring from 1948. His team did an amazing job, super fast, super clean, super thorough, and again on price point, on time, and fantastic experience. Third time: Repairing a broken, GFCI plug for my outdoor fountain and then making my life so much easier by installing a fountain on/off switch next to the electric panel, which is a game changer! Again Shane's team is fantastic! Quick, clean, efficient, and on price point! If you've have an electrical need, don't hesitate to give Quality Electric a call. You will NOT be disappointed! read more

Scheduled appointment by text late thurs. nite for 8-9am Friday. Install new electrical outlet in garage. Crew did a great job.

Just wanted to thank Shane and his crew for the efficient and well done install of an extra electrical outlet in the bathroom of my son's home, a gift for him and his new wife while they were away on their honeymoon to allow the installation and operation of an upgraded bidet. I texted Shane, and his crew fortunately happened to be in the neighborhood. Kevin and Jamel came by after finishing that project, started the work that afternoon, and finished it the next morning. They were professional, friendly, and did a great job cleaning up. I had used Shane several years back in my previous home to install a Tesla wall charger and he did a great job then as well. Over the years, I've continued to see the positive reviews of Quality Electric, and my experience again confirms why they earn such high praise. I highly recommend them. read more

I highly recommend Quality Electric. They installed four new living room can lights, replaced a ceiling fan, and cleaned out our kitchen fan register. They were efficient, timely, clean, and professional. I will definitely use Quality Electric for our future electrical needs. read more

From Shane (the owner) to his amazing crew - Jamal and Kevin - I cannot say enough about these guys and the work they did. They are highly knowledgeable about older homes and bring years and years of experience with them. Not to mention they are kind and genuine people. In our case we had an emergency situation and they were on the job quickly. Too bad for them they'll be seeing a lot more of us! I cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

We hired Quality Electric to replace our electrical panel and felt like we were in good hands throughout. We didn't choose them just for the competitive price (even though they beat the other two bidders on that score). We choose them because it was clear from the start they were thoughtful and solution-oriented in their approach. We encountered some odd issues with the placement of a spa and the shape of our eaves. They talked us through the options and gave us workable solutions. Would definitely hire Quality Electric again. Grant read more

Great outfit. Reasonable prices. Shane knows his business and gave us a quote that was about the same as a few other companies. They had the SMUD review within a few days sent to us. Now for the work to get done. read more

I used Quality Electric to install 4 recessed lights with two dimmers in our living room, which didn't have any lights. Scheduling was easy and the two crew members were professional, fast, and worked clean. And the price was very reasonable. We will use again for any electrical needs and highly recommend. read more

It's not like these guys need another 5 star review but they're so great I'll do it anyway. So here goes: The Quality Electric team completed a full, permitted rewire of our 100yr old triplex full of knob and tube. They replaced the panels, all wiring, added lights, fans, etc, and brought the place completely up to code, and we passed inspection with flying colors. There were some hiccups with the permit because our home is technically considered commercial not residential and Shane went out of his way to make it right. As with any job of this scale there were minor tweaks needed and the team worked diligently through the entire punch list and fixed every last thing (Im a stickler for details and have been called "demanding" by others). The place is perfect, and I could not be happier with Quality Electric. They are skilled, diligent, knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly to boot. I unreservedly recommend them to anyone who needs complex electrical work done right. read more

I cannot speak more highly of Quality Electric. Their team members were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Got three bids to remediate all the knob+tube at our 1300 sq ft bungalow. I chose this bid because the house is occupied and Shane said 4 guys could knock out the job in two days. They showed up on time, worked hard, completed in two days. I appreciated that they allowed me to remove/replace wall plates and light glass and sweep up, saving me some $$ and allowing them to focus on re-wiring. Recommend. read more

I think this is overdue....or at least worth repeating. Shane and his team do great work. They rewired my old house without ruining my plaster walls, which several other bids said they could not do. They were prompt, efficient, reasonably priced, and cleaned up before they left. Great attention to detail and making sure all my light switch plates matched. I have since referred several friends to Quality Electric and I always get good feedback about their experiences. I will continue to send people your way Shane, keep up the good work. read more

I reached out to Shane to have my panel replaced and upgraded. He had the best price in town (by a long shot), was super transparent about cost, and did a great job. Very honest electrician. read more

Shane is professional, prompt, communicative, and follows through with high-quality work. Shane and his team updated our hundred year old house to current electric standards and took great care to accommodate our family and manage the project on time and on budget. Like many on here have already said in their reviews, Shane and company are easy to talk to and super communicative. He is very responsive to texts and is super nice about any questions or concerns I had. There schedule was busy but they were able to squeeze me in and were very reasonable about their quote. I checked with 3 other companies and all of them were upcharging for materials and installation I knew were unnecessary. Would highly recommend if you need an EV charger installed! read more

Great experience with Shane and his team. Next day service, high quality consultation, excellent quality, and even fixed a few little things they saw while working my problem --- while just being easy and comfortable to work with. They have instantly become my electrician of choice. read more

Having just moved into our first home, and realizing everyone in the 1960s must have been very fond of lamps, my fiance and I desperately needed lights installed in our ceilings. Shane from Quality Electric was referred to me by a family friend. After talking with Shane on the phone about what we needed and his up-front, honest, nothing-to-hide approach, we were scheduled to have him come out a few days later. Shane and his team are phenomenal - their work is impeccable. They were diligent and meticulous, something that is truly appreciated by a Type A personality like me. I have never worked with a business that willingly offers you tips and ideas on how to SAVE money; for example, Shane gave me the option to clean up after his crew finished, to save time and therefore money. What a concept?! So many businesses could take a note or two from Quality Electric and their approach to customer service. All in all, Shane and his team installed 16 can lights, 2 ceiling fans, and replaced three existing light fixtures. I cannot say thank you enough to Shane, Jamal, Brandon, and Zack for lighting up our home! I can guarantee that I will be calling Quality Electric in the future, should I ever need their services again! read more

We just hired Quality Electric for some work in our home. Would highly recommend this company!! They were so knowledgeable, efficient, and so friendly! read more

I'm totally satisfied with Quality Electric. The initial discussion went well; Shane is very easy to talk with. My situations is an older house that needed all new plugs and switches, I also needed to install some new plugs. In my case, it made sense to go with the time and materials cost structure. This included an approximate cost depending on what was added or discovered that needed attention. It is important to say that Brandon, the lead electrician on-site was totally flexible in his approach and several details were able to be discussed and decided as the workday proceeded. All work was completed quickly and professionally. I was given a very reasonable bill at the end of the day. In my view, this project could not have gone any better. read more
