I had Vitaliy come out and install some lighting in the house, quote was very reasonable and competitive with other local companies without any of the " if you don't buy now we won't be available again for 20 years" pushy sales tactics. He did a great job explaining what would be required parts wise, the length and impact of the job, as well as answer a barrage of questions for me. Once I agreed to the pricing he was back out in a few days and completed the job in a shorter time frame than he originally promised and made sure to clean up anything he had brought or caused while he was there. Where do I start. This guy offered to do my job for a specific amount that matched another offer, but his price match did not include one of the parts of the job. He did not tell me this. I gave him a low rating because of this and he came the next day and asked me to change my review rating if he finished the job for the same price he quoted. I agreed and changed my review, but then he ghosted me and didn't come back and finish the job. This ratting is the end result of all of that. read more

Great customer service, quality, pricing and cycle time. Out of 5 quotes from the area, they were among the best but what sets them aside is the attention to customer need and honesty. I really wanted my ev charger installed a specific way (clean of visible conduit outside) and they found a safe and cost effective way to do it. Other quotes from local companies overcharged + added a considerable extra cost for obtaining the city permit. These guys shimmied through the tight crawlspace - about 50 ft. They dug a trench in what turned out to be rock riddled soil, navigating at least five irrigation lines and a gas line. Though they hit one of the irrigation lines, they stayed late to make sure it was fixed before they called it a day. The above ground and otherwise visible work looks neat and tighty. They were courteous, professional and efficient.  I've had many disappointing experiences with contractors punctuality and craftsmanship. This was not one of them.  I have two other small things I could probably do myself, but these guys are well worth the price, which is very reasonable. So they're coming back out to do another job this week. read more

I can't say enough good things about these guys. My elderly parents had their kitchen light fixture burn out and they had been with out light in the kitchen for over a week. I was frustrated by leaving voicemails and not getting a response from other electricians. Old Town responded within half an hour and Vasily came out same day and replacement the fixture. I do not know how to spell the technician's name, I think it is Vasyl. He was amazing. Very knowledgeable, very patient, and very thorough. He came out to give me a quote, then after I saw that Old Town beat the competitor's quote, he came back within 2 days. He was on time, finished one job I needed, then helped me problem-solve on my old house for the better part of an hour to find solutions for other electrical issues. He was very committed to safety and patiently explained everything to me. When he left, he tidied up as well. Just a polite, hard working guy who knows what he is doing!
