We were in Webster and decided to stop at this Pluckers for dinner. The restaurant was not busy when we got there at 5pm but it was packed by the time we left. There were folks outside, on the wait list, dining in the patio despite the Houston heat. *Food -1/2 order of fried pickles: 5/10. This was my least favorite thing. The spears were thick so the breading fell off when I was eating it. The breading tasted good but I wish it stuck to the pickle. -The Bypass burger with waffle fries, sauce on the side: 8/10. The bacon was a little salty but everything else was A1! -15 wings: 5 Jamengo Jerk tossed in hot: 6/10 because i personally do not like sweet wings and the sauce was syruppy. 5 vampire tossed in hot: 9/10 it was the perfect flavor and will be my go to. 5 hottest flavor: 7/10 because the version I ate hotter at the Shepherd location was waaaay hotter. -Fried potato chips- 9/10 excellent, crispy and well flavored. * Ambiance- typical wing joint. Laid back, relaxed and fun setting. The mirror in the ladies room was showing the game which I thought was cool! *Service -Eliana was our waitress and I give her a 1000/10. She was super friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. She knew what to recommend, said she tasted different things when she worked in Louisiana and trained others on flavors etc. She accurately described the items and that was superb! Overall we would be back to this wing joint. read more

It was a slow Friday for lunch around 130ishpm we had a server with a trainee . Got seated quickly, order taken promptly, and food arrived fast and hot. But we had to eat half appetizer without drinks (not a big deal) . However when we asked for a refill midway through our main entree, the servers said they would be back and proceeded to clean two tables and take an order from another table. We finished our lunch sharing a water between 3 of us :/ . The kicker is that the trainee initially wanted to get us our refills so we can enjoy our lunch with our drinks , but the trainer stopped her and told her she had to clean the two tables and take an order elsewhere before getting our refills . Food was good service was sub par . read more

Well that was unexpected.....Food was fantastic! Prices were very reasonable, wings were great and the food came out hot and fast! Our waiter was friendly and recommended great options. Sign up for that loyalty card thing and get yourself some fried twinkies. read more

Went for Mother's Day biggest complaint was the service even after being told my table was ready it wasn't and it seemed like no one knew what was taking so long . When we finally sat down no one came to grab our drinks right away not sure if they were short staffed but damn not even a manager came to help . The food was good nothing to be wowed about. The ambiance loud a lot of people and chill . Not a big fan of pluckers due to the service this location was an example . read more

The most horrible service ever the host are extremely rude and the server we had she was horrible. She was rude the whole time also, the manager was very confused when it came to communicating with him. I know it was Halloween. They might've had a lot of business, but they should be on top of it. Also, my sister's wings were pink with blood inside of them. I will be calling health inspectors!!! be careful. The servers are scammers. She added an additional tip. I will be calling my bank as well. read more

The past 2 years this location has gone downhill. Me and my wife live less than 10 minutes away but will now only drive to Sheppard location to eat. The service is actually really good but the food quality and time it takes to arrive has been very bad. This most recent visit was on a Tuesday around 4pm before dinner rush. There were maybe 10 other people dining, yet it took 30-45 minutes for our wings to come out. Not only did it take long but half the wings were super cold and had to be sent back. Another time my wife and I dined we had same issues, not packed yet took almost 40 minutes for wings and they were all over cooked to a crisp with no flavor. Don't know if kitchen is being trained properly on making these wings but we won't be going to that location to eat anymore. We would rather drive an extra 30 minutes plus wait time at Sheppard location. read more

Jack was great. Service was fantastic. 10 out of 10. Food was great TVs everywhere love it.

So in comes Pluckers. Houston was once a town dominated by Wing Stop and Buffalo Wild Wings but now we add Pluckers to round out the big three. This place has been open since about 4 years ago. I've enjoyed several trivia nights with the guys, however, it got old fast with how many people were using their phones and the lack of policing on that. Pluckers boasts a very large selection of sauces to toss wings in. Gold rush & Dr. Pepper wings are some of my favorites. They have fried desserts that definitely kill your carnival cravings. Ambience is nice. Plenty of TVs everywhere for your sports needs. I can see why everyone would prefer it over B-dubs or Wingstop because the amount of wing you get is pretty big; however it also lowers the sauce to chicken ratio which can create a bland bite. And if I had known any better, it seems like all the wings are naked. So, all in all, pluckers gets a shoulder shrug mixed with a thumbs up. If you invite me out, I'm there. But the words, "let's go to pluckers!" has never left these lips yet. read more

Arianna was AMAZING!! She had the most excellent customer service and was extremely attentive. She represents the morale of this company in such a positive way. 10/10 service, I will definitely be coming back. read more

UPDATE: they PRETEND to reply and care about your experience by saying to email them about your experience, however when I reached out with my information almost immediately I never heard anything back. Waited over 30 minutes for our food and then when our server checked up on us we asked about our food and supposedly nothing was put in?!? Our original servers had completely went MIA. And Nothing was done about this situation. read more

We went on a motorcycle ride and stopped for lunch. The service was fast and friendly. Wi gs and patty melt was perfect. We love pluckers!

Had one of my best nights at this Pluckers location tonight! The restaurant wasn't too busy and we were seated near the back of the restaurant, much appreciated from the usual, busy vibe of the main floor. Our server was the best part of the experience, I don't remember her name but she had a cheerful disposition and an eastern European (?) accent. Very attentive and we were very happy to have her. The food was great too! Tried Chili Lime and Hot Honey Bijan on my boneless tenders, surprisingly enjoyed both :) Filled up on the Blue Cheese Chips appetizer before, but at least I have leftovers. read more

Came in for lunch with a co worker, everything was fine with my food and service, but my co worker ordered the chicken salad. When he got his food all of the tomatoes were rotten... told the waitress she offered to get another, but he refused and said I don't want it. I asked for my bill and she asked if it was together or separate so I asked her why would there be two checks when he sent back his food and didn't get anything? She said sorry sir but we have to charge for his sweet tea... r u effing kidding me you just served him rotten food and you're worried about a $3 tea????? We absolutely WILL NOT be back. Do better pluckers read more

Great wings! I recommend the "darkest sauce" on the menu)...! They try to do it like Wing Stop; but just can't seem to turn the corner! These Cowboys from Austin, may think they're cornering the market on Yard Bird ... but WHAT THE CLUCK!?!? How many chemicals are in these wings dawg? I know not! And that's all I gotta say about the new kid on the block coming out of Texas! read more

Waiter was slow and rude had the nerve to ask if we were going to finish our beer when ordering another one.

Did not receive any appetizer plates due to apparently them running out. Waited 40 minutes for food and once received it was dry and cold. Service was ok but the food left alot to be desired. Unfortunately we will not be back. Bdubs here we come. read more

They gave us an entire bag of celery that was rotten. Some of the celery was liquified and all of it had black ends, all of it was also slimy. Big indicators of Campylobacter which causes severe food poisoning. They also forgot to put two orders of tots in the bag as well. Chicken was mushy when I asked for extra crispy. Will 100% not return here again. read more

Awesome customer service and the food was great as always. Definitely recommended trying the spicy lemon pepper!

Wings went to bad but dessert!!!! The oreos were burnt, excessively greasy and inedible. The twinkies were definitely not drained, the container is full of oil and the twinkies absorbed all of this oil. At the bottom of the container there are fryer bits and residue. read more
