Service is always amazing!!!! No wait time food is always hot and fresh pluckers is the place to have amazing crispy wings

This location has to have been genuinely the worst experience I have ever had, I was sat at the bar, greeted by a woman bartender who took my order after waiting for over 10 minutes for service. I was talked to 3 times the entire service, greeting, dropping food off, check. Only after she deliberately ignored me all night, she then decided to bat her eyes and try and talk sweet to me as I am being handed the recipe to write in a tip. I would never recommend this spot to anyone for any reason. And on top of the absolute horrendous service, the food was not worth even a fraction of the cost. read more

Lacy was absolutely the most wonderful server I've ever had. She was very attentive and recommended such great flavors for the wings. She was very helpful when I wanted to change my mind and didn't make it seem like a problem. 10/10 would come back here just for her read more

Service was horrible and my food was wrong and waited 30 minutes for it to be corrected and it was never brought out.

It was just okay. Our grandson loves spicy chicken and got the naked tenders...didn't care for them at all. My wings were maybe a C and the tea was a D. The fried cheese was amazing though. The server wasn't very attentive and we sat for another 10+ minutes trying to get her attention to check out. read more

Great Service by our Server Daniel . We will definitely be back to enjoy some delicious wings and Holy Macaroni.

First time ordering pick up and had worst experience. Staff not helpful and didn't know anything about order. Waited 35 minutes after pick up time, spoke up a second time and finally got our food.. just for it to be cold. I would have just waited in line to dine in like usual if ordering to go was like this read more

The food was on point warm and delicious. We enjoyed wings and some appetizers. Our favorite is the holy Mac. You can never go wrong with it. The ambience was great as we were watching the game and we won and to top it off we were celebrating my birthday. Service was good, especially giving the circumstances of the game and how full it was. The food arrived as expected not too long. read more

Usually, I am not one to post negative reviews...especially not with this Pluckers location as my family and I usually get great service every time. However, tonight happened to be the one exception and I hope the management takes this as constructive criticism and feedback to coach their team on. With that said, here's what happened: My wife, one-year old daughter and I decided to visit this location and put ourselves on the waitlist in advance to avoid a prolonged wait before arriving. We arrived once our table was ready and got seated pretty quickly at approximately 8:20 pm. After being seated and taking orders for our drinks, our server comes back around to take our food orders. She repeated back all of our orders so I assumed everything was going to go smoothly as usual. My wife and daughter's food was brought to the table by a different server within 10-15 minutes of the order being taken (except for my wife's honey mustard) but my food had not arrived to the table yet. About 10-15 minutes go by, then our original server comes back to ask how everything is going and we told her my food and my wife's honey mustard was missing. I noticed it seemed like she was inputting my order again, as if it was not placed the first time. My server wasn't very apologetic and just said my food would be out shortly, twice. My food eventually was brought to the table at 9:27 pm. On top of the prolonged wait for my food, our server did not offer to refill our drinks even once. She did take off my meal from our tab, so that did help rectify the situation some. I understand that it's a Saturday and there were probably multiple tables to be waited on, so I did expect a wait between check-ins from my server and to wait for my food. I would have just liked for there to have been a little more accountability for what happened, more willingness to apologize for the mistake and more initiative to do everything possible to rectify the situation for me as the customer. I hope a scenario like this doesn't occur again as it has been my only negative experience so far at this Plucker's location. read more

Cat was very attentive and friendly. Food was good as always. Would definitely come back to this location.

They never accommodate you in any way. Even if you are club members they do not care.

Worst place ever! Waited 35min when tables were empty. Service was horrible they took forever to take our drink order. The servers were just walking around had to ask a different server if they could take our food order. Then the food took for ever to come out when it came out, the food was cold. We got our food at 12:15pm they close at 12pm. When we had gotten to the restaurant at like 10:50pm. Never coming back to this location. Worst experience ever! If I could give them no stars I would. read more

We went to watch the Astros game & the start of football season. Our waitress Mirna, was awesome! She kept checking on us, and food came pretty quick for how busy it was phenomenal job! read more

I decided to have a late lunch here and watch the college football bowl games. First time here (most likely the last). The interior seems ok, plenty of TVs, most of which had pretty crummy resolution, definitely not high definition. I sat at the bar since those seats had the best view of the largest number of TVs. I asked the bartender Jose to please change the channels to espn and cbs, where two of the live games we're. He requested this from the employee that manages the TVs. It took about 20 minutes for the channel on two TVs to be changed. Kind of annoying but whatever. The thing that was annoying is that there's two live games going on and over half of the TVs were showing a game from last year, makes no sense. To top it off, the speakers in the restaurant were set to the channel showing those games. I find it hard to believe that a wing restaurant is oblivious to the current bowl game situation. The sound coming from the speakers was very poor and hard to hear, ended up just sounding like random noise. Now to the food, if you are named "pluckers," you better have some darn good wings. I played it safe and order 5 wings combo with tots. The tots were bland and not exactly crunchy, I would say sonic has better tots. The wings, I ordered medium buffalo. They took and while and came out cold. Not refrigerator cold, but cold as in sitting in room temperature for 30 minutes or more cold. They had good flavor and crunch, too much crunch and no heat. I'm thinking medium should be about as spicy as hot Cheetos. I had to get Tabasco and add it to my ranch dip just to get a little heat. The Tabasco bottle was very crusty with no cap. Leaving the contents exposed to flies and other contaminants. Jose the guy working behind the bar was friendly and courteous. I could tell he was trying his best to keep up, but he had too much going on with little to no help from other employees. Recap: came for the wings and the TVs (college bowl games). Left very disappointed. Sucks cause I had high hopes of finding an alternative to twin peaks, in case I want to change it up sometimes. This ain't it. The bartender and the sriracha ketchup were the highlight of my experience here. read more

It had been several years since I visited this location because of the food quality but since I had a good experience at a different location, we decided to give it a try. We ordered a buffalo chicken salad, a five piece wing and a side of fries. Even though the place was not super packed it still took 10 minutes to get our drinks and 35 minutes to get our food. When we finally received our order, the wings were lukewarm, almost as if they bulk fry and let them sit in a warmer. Same thing goes for the fried pickles. They weren't hot, they were warm meaning they had obviously been sitting out for a while. The only thing they couldn't mess up and didn't mess up was the salad since salads are supposed to be cold and not warm. Definitely the last time I will visit that location if any pluckers at all. I'm not sure if it's a server issue or a kitchen issue but based on the temperature of the food, I would definitely say it's a kitchen issue. Almost seems like there's no one back there making sure that the food comes out when it's supposed to. read more
