DO NOT USE THEM. I had them installed less than a year ago, and the pool is coming apart already due to improper measurements. When I asked him to send me over info about my pool, he refused and said he was done speaking with us and to call the manufacturer. If you meet the guy, he will give you red flags, but since he was the only person who works on these pools, we had to go with him. DO NOT USE THEM ; they are amateurs at best. Our Pleasure Pools experience with Jeff was top notch! After having several failed attempts to connect with other vinyl pool contractors in the area to replace an aged and torn liner, Jeff answered the phone right away. He set an appointment to come out on a Saturday (very convenient for us) and showed up on time. Jeff took his time to explain the process and several options to my wife and I. He made a number of great suggestions to upgrade our basic pool, but not in a "selling way". Jeff truly wanted to provide us with a great experience and a pool that we would be happy with. He took measurement while he was there and drafted up a competitive and transparent proposal. My wife and I talked it over for a couple of days and decided Pleasure Pools was the way we wanted to go. We ended up selecting several upgrades which have been fantastic. A new liner, stairs, revising the plumbing to provide better flow and circulation, a vacuum system, salt-water conversion and even added 2 LED color changing lights! I would not change a thing about our decisions. Once we gave Jeff the go ahead he stuck right to the schedule from the liner fabrication through to the installation and startup. Jeff came out and got the work done with a high level of quality. The best part in my opinion has been the follow up. Pleasure Pools not only does a great job during the installation but Jeff got my pool water salted and stabilized ready for me to take over. This is my first pool and I am a novice at what it takes to care for one. He explained everything to me and left a care instructions. If I have questions, Jeff always answers the phone and helps us learn the chemistry and chemicals needed to keep things balanced. This has been a fantastic experience all around. Well what can I say contacted pleasure pools in 2017 looking to get a new in ground pool liner replaced never heard back from him . Contacted him again in may 2018 said I was put on the priority list & here it is again 2018. I spoke to him again & was told I was on the priority list & never heard back again! !! I want to give a shout out the Jeff and his business pleasure pools. He installed a pool liner for me in 2017. This year my liner developed a seam tear, no fault of Jeff and up until the tear I was really enjoying the new liner and the steps Jeff and Russ installed/built for me. When I notified Jeff of the tear he immediately took action in getting me a new liner ordered under warranty. The liner was free of charge but I had to pay a small labor fee since labor is only covered for the first year. Jeff promptly replaced the liner and I was back up and swimming again.....but then within two weeks, believe it or not (which neither one of us could believe) it developed a seam tear as well. Again, no fault of Jeff but super inconvenient for both of us really, not to mention the loss of the water. Jeff promptly took action in getting another liner ordered. This time Jeff also was able to get the liner company to reimburse me for the cost of the water for 2 fills of the pool and he also very graciously refunded my initial labor payment for the inconvenience of all of this. To me that was way above and beyond what he was expected to do for me and I couldn't be more pleased with his work and kindness towards me through all of this. He really understood and appreciated it from my perspective. I highly recommend Jeff, Russ and Pleasure Pools. They do really good work and will go to bat for you if something goes wrong. You must understand that seam tears are a warranty issue but rips caused by debris, roots or sharp objects are not and Jeff certainly can't be expected to cover these types of damage to your liner. He is trustworthy and will do what is right for you because he is a consumer too and will do for you what he would expect for himself as a consumer. read more

We had made an appointment with Pleasure Pools to come out and quote us on a new liner for our pool. He never showed up for the appointment nor did he call to cancel. We called Jeff out after we bought our home last year. The pool was is poor condition and he gave a great quote on a new liner and some plumbing needed. We chose him based on price, but he also made us very comfortable and we trusted him as an authority. He assure us we could contact him for advice on pool maintenance and if we had any issues. He seemed like he really wanted us to succeed with our pool. The vinyl replacement went smoothly and everything was running fine - at first. Jeff had to come out more then once because the vinyl was slipping in separate areas. I sent numerous emails about protrusions I could feel on the sides and floor. It feels like roots and screws to me but after several emails over several weeks- Jeff blew me off and never came out to look (even after he made an appointment), confident there was nothing wrong in the first place. Since then I've found a couple leaks in the plumbing and emailed Jeff- again, he took over a week to get back to me, if he responded at all. Finally instructing me to "call a local service. He did not know any" I consider myself a novice in pool maintenance, but my folks have had one and I call my father weekly for advice. I expected a more professional service. I'm having a hard enough time with the maintenance, I don't need all these extra issues. I thought Jeff would stand by his work. read more

This guy is what I would call an "Asshat", He has bad work ethic, and kept delaying installation, despite telling us he would install, or finish on day X. We also had a very strange circumstance, and he was a complete D**K about it, he got his money, in fact he got more than what he was requesting to be paid. Once it was said and done, our pool does look nice, he also gave us some useful info on keeping the cool clean, and safe from tears, cracking, etc. With that said I would never do business with this guy EVAR again. I know what it is to run a small business, and this guy just doesn't seem to get that. It's mean, but I really hope us business goes down the drain. read more

We have used this person for the last 30 years. Not only did he put in the original liner, he has repaired the pool after a tree fell in it, after a deer ruined the pool, and after raccoons. The work has always been impeccable and he has been pleasant and reasonably priced. read more

He then said he was semi-retired, didn't want to work hard, and recommended someone else. He then called that person and give him disparaging information. I don't know why Jeff got bad review from others, but I found him to be a very responsible person! I had a leak at my pool and Jeff came out 3 times just to detect and double check to make sure that all the leaks were found and patched. He even called me before I called him to check on water level. He is priced reasonably, and the first time he came when he didn't find the leak, he wasn't going to charge me, he said he didn't do anything. read more
