Easily the best dentist I've ever been to in my 63 years. First, just the quality of the work -- my teeth have never been so clean. I loved my prior dentist of 19 years, but I realize now how much better it could have been. They explain everything, they're very considerate and careful (I'm not afraid of the dentist, but I know a lot of people are). Everyone in the office was clear and direct and kind. I got lots of attention and all my questions answered. read more

They had me scheduled to come in for my cleaning/exam and had stated before I scheduled, that X-rays would not be forced on me. Thus, I drove in the high heat to the office for my appointment even though I am older and the heat makes me fatigued and ill. When I got there they tried to force dirty ionizing radiation old school dental X-rays upon me. I asked if they had the new radiation free DEXIS CARIVU technology and they did not, but they had said prior that they would not force me to get dirty ionizing radiation scans. But when I got to the office, I felt tricked. They said they wouldn't do the exam without forcing me to be exposed to the radiation cancer-causing scans. They tried claim the x-rays are low dose as ever as the industry has lied about for decades. However, there is no safe dose of ionizing radiation according to LNT, just look it up. IONIZING RADIATION IS A KNOWN CLASS 1 CARCINOGEN. The only safe dose is no dose. Everyone should be asking for the new dental technology and RADIATION-FREE DENTAL EXAMS! These dentists should not be forcing cancer-causing scans on their patients. The first rule of a healthcare provider should be to DO NO HARM. Especially for children. read more

I went in recently and they suggested advanced cleaning which my insurance won't pay for. The charge would be $1000 4 times a year. I said no let's do the regular cleaning today, and they refused to do it. I have gone to this clinic for several years, and they have always pressured me to do more treatments and fix dental issues that my previous dentist said could wait. read more

Would you go back to a place that "forgot" to tell you that it'll cost you another $1000 AFTER you paid the ENTIRE FINAL COST they quoted for a procedure? "Oh, I guess we should have told you". What the actual F?!?! This place is run by greedy liars who are more interested in getting rich than in providing quality care. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! read more

I needed to go to the dentist and chose Plaza Dentistry based on yelp reviews. As good of an experience you can have going to the dentist! Staff were friendly and very efficient. The tech Stephanie was great, thorough-explaining was what happening as the visit went along. Dr Ebrahimi is a gas! He did excellent work and also explained what he was doing. I'm also impressed by his experience in public health. I'd recommend. read more

Called to try and get an emergency walk in today, the lady asked for my insurance and I begun telling her the number, she then tells me that I have Medicaid and when I told her no it's a private insurance she tells me that I won't be able to go in to them because my insurance might cover in-network only, just checked my insurance and it shows full coverage on both in and out of network. Super rude and pushed me off the phone call, I didn't even get to go into the place read more

Great place! I was amazed how fast they could get me in as a new patient. Everyone who worked on my teeth was super nice, very informative. I highly recommend! read more

I have been going to Plaza Dentistry for several years, and have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and efficient, the office is very clean and comfortable, but most importantly, Dr. Ebrahimi is great! I have had several crowns put on, and he is a pro at matching the color, fitting the crown properly, and making sure my "bite" is aligned. The hygienists are excellent, and concerned with the patient's comfort. I will continue to use Plaza Dentistry for all my dental needs, and recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist! read more

What an awesome team! Thank you Dr E for making my visits so easy and taking the time to explain the process and putting my mind at ease (extra bonus for your sense of humor). New patient via emergency care. I am a part time resident experienced a dental emergency over the weekend (crown came off) contacted numerous Dental offices the only one to respond was Plaza Dentistry. I was given a morning appointment on Monday. Received care, temporary crown and my permanent crown within 2 weeks. Very professional staff, modern equipment and very focused on cleanliness. Communication was thorough. Do not hesitate to seek dental care from Dr Ebrahimi DDS read more

They seemed only interested in getting to sign up for dental work. I thought the cleaning was hap hazard. Unlikely that I will go back.

After 30 some years with the same dentist, change felt uncomfortable. But after moving to Santa Fe and discovering these folks the comfort level returned. Post molar extraction, post crown installation, post full service dentistry, it is great to have found a dentist who has built trust and to have avoided the corporate money generators that seem to dominate dental care these days. A sure sign of the quality of any organization is the rapport and apparent satisfaction of the staff- these folks do a great job and the office vibe is happy and welcoming- a tribute to Dr Ebrahimi's mentorship. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Plaza Dentistry read more

Plaza Dentistry is the best dental practice I've ever experienced. Dr E. is as good as any dentist I've had - and I have had many exceptional practitioners - but what I want to highlight is the "esprit" of his office. Everyone there is skilled and kind, and they all seem to positively enjoy working there with each other and with the doctor, who is responsible for the warm and welcoming office environment. I recommend Plaza to everyone. read more

I went to Plaza Dentistry during a a visit for Thanksgiving with my family. I am from California. Dr. E and his staff are so welcoming and polite. The office is beautiful and very clean. Dr. E was very thorough and I really appreciate the way he spoke to me to make sure I understood the services he suggested. Because I have very bad dental anxiety I was so nervous. I had a cleaning and he replaced a filling that had previously fallen out. I have never felt so comfortable at the dentist. I even brought my daughter for a cleaning and she loved it as well. I plan on making sure I visit my family more often in New Mexico so I can continue to go to this office! read more

I can't say enough good things about Plaza Dentistry. They are very caring and considerate. I've had a few procedures where their main concern was the best long term result of preserving my teeth. My request was more costly but Dr E patiently explained a less costly procedure that just added to the trust I feel with this office. The entire office personnel are like family. I've had bad dentists and I am honored to put this review out there. Plaza Dentistry not only does Quality work but they are honest and caring. I won't go anywhere else! read more

I think Plaza Dentistry is excellent. Dr Ebrahimi is a perfectionist. He not only takes x-rays, but he shows them to you and explains exactly what the situation is and why he is doing what he is doing. He recently took an x-ray and was not perfectly happy with a crown he had previously put in, so he replaced it at no charge. I recommend him most highly. Patricia Mason. read more

How many dentists today do you know who work on Saturday? Well Dr. E was there for me today when I needed a prosthetic repair from when I had an accident as a child. Tomorrow I leave to speak in Chicago and finding someone open on Saturday was a huge help in my emergency situation! Not only that, he discussed with me the practical, pragmatic aspects of my dental care and didn't suggest solutions based upon increasing his compensation. How refreshing! I usually travel back to the East Coast for my family dentist of many years, but am now planning to switch today to Plaza Dentistry. read more

Doctor is awesome and helpful! Takes his time to explain everything and makes sure you understand. They take many pictures and x rays to make sure that you can see everything. Definitely recommend read more

Sleazy practices! I asked if they took my insurance when booking my first appointment and they said yes. However, when I arrived, they told me I had to pay because they aren't in network with my insurance. They also wanted to do a full mouth xray at the first visit. This is only covered by insurance once every five years and is supposed be for serious issues. I have never had another dentist use it except when trying to determine if I needed surgery for an impacted tooth. That should not be a required xray! You will be charged a lot of money if you have already had another one within five years and your insurance denied coverage. Worst thing is that I stopped looking for another dentist two weeks ago and now it might be a few weeks before I can be seen somewhere else. I'm not paying for services that would be free somewhere else and neither should you. Answer questions properly when people call and don't trick them into expensive, unnecessary, unvcovered X-rays! read more

Dr. E and his entire staff are so friendly and great at what they do. Unlike many other dentist offices, they respect your time and don't leave you in the waiting room for hours on end. The office is immaculate. I've had to have a LOT of dental work done in my time, so I've seen it all. These guys are the BOMB. Absolutely top notch. read more

I am new to Santa Fe and after cross referencing my insurance with Yelp, I decided to give Plaza Dentistry a try. Terrific experience in every way. Lu the office manager was delightful and efficient about making the appointment and getting forms completed. The office is very clean and modern and easy to find. The dental technicians/hygienists were kind and capable. And Dr. E provided a thorough assessment and completely appropriate treatment plan. I have spent a lot of time in dentist chairs over the years so I can say with experience that Dr. E's approach is to recommend everything necessary and nothing more. Highly recommend this team. read more

Such an incredible experience from the very first phone call to set up an appointment right through to the very end. I have been too afraid to step foot in a dentists office for many years after a bad experience. Every single person I came in contact with- front desk, dental assistant, the doctor himself- were sincerely kind and patient. No judgement, no upsell. The doctor worked so quickly and effectively. I truly didn't know that he had even started the filling until he told me it was done. The office was clean and comfortable. I could go on and on! Thank you for such a great experience. I no longer feel any anxiety about setting up my routine cleaning visits. read more

Upon my first visit at Plaza Dentistry, I immediately felt comfortable (and that is not how I usually feel at dental offices lol). Everyone here is very friendly and pleasant. My husband had a dental emergency and was in a lot of pain. When I called, they were able to see him the same day. Dr Ebrahimi analyzed the problem (one or more abscessed teeth) and referred me to an endodontist AND arranged an appoint on the same day for a root canal. Very much appreciated! I have a mixed review. This office and dentist seemed decent but largely seemed motivated by money. They gave the same recommendations as the last dentist but quoted more than $200 more out of pocket than the other dentist not sure how most people afford dental prices but I for one can't. Also pretty much walking around with a hole in my tooth where the filling fell out and I have no doubt they could have done something temporary for me and the issue. Have no idea what I'll do yet. read more

I broke my molar while eating popcorn...silly me! Dr. E was able to see me the next day when he did a complete and thorough examination of my teeth, followed by the first step in repairing my broken tooth. In two weeks, I will get a permanent crown. The staff was welcoming, interested in my situation and very supportive. The doctor was a marvel. Not only does he do beautiful and precise work, he also is encouraging and very gentle. Plus, he has a great sense of humor which makes the time pass more quickly. Dr. E believes in educating his patients about their oral care and ensures you understand exactly what he is doing. That, in itself, is a big comfort. Bravo, Plaza Dentistry! read more
