Well not really but This was the best dental experience I have EVER had. Wow! Painless, of course! Dental work is expensive even with good insurance but what a difference with the newest tech stuff. A+ guys. Thank You Phil

I used to go to a Smile Generation office in ABQ. Unfortunately, that dentist moved to Florida. I…read morehave had a rough time at this office. About two years ago Dr. Rufo ,who is not at this office any longer, talked me into changing a good crown because I had some gum recession. He also placed two small fillings for the same reason. I had the crown adjusted several times and endured severe pain for 3 months. My whole face ached and he explained that I had irritated a ligament in my jaw. I then found out that those three teeth were on "root canal watch". It finally stopped hurting. However, one of the fillings fell out. Recent crown had to be adjusted post procedure and it was painful for a month. Recently ,their wonderful hygienist Manny left, I had a scheduled cleaning done by the dentist in about 30 min. Not pleasant. My spouse, who is scheduled for a total knee replacement was scheduled for a cleaning prior to surgery. Cancelled him as they only have one hygienist. Offered an appt in February. He has been cancelled several times and will go one year and one month without a dental cleaning. Total loss of trust and will not be back.

Dad broke his dentures and needed help fast. We set up an appointment online, got the Aspen Dental…read morePlan and we got in and were taken care of well. From the X-rays and care from Carlie, hygienist visit and dentist visit were awesome and caring. We have a plan and are on our way to getting all fixed up. The lady at the front Vanessa speaks great Spanish and can translate ! I was very impressed with our care so far.

Don't go there! This company should be investigated for malpractice and fraudulent billing…read more They will charge you for treatments you didn't know. The first times I went there, they made me pay co-pays. Then, consulting my health plan, I confirmed that I have 2 cleanings and 1 consultation totally covered, including co-pays, every year. The next times, they tried again to make me pay co-pays. I thought they were just incompetent and didn't know how to check health plans. When they understood I would not be fooled, they came up with another strategy. When my daughter went there for her cleaning, they did a "deep cleaning" on her without consulting me. It is not covered by our insurance. They also made me pay that immediately, which was embarrassing because I didn't have more than $100 on me and had to call my husband to send me the rest. I will never understand why a 15-year-old girl who never had a cavity needed a deep cleaning. Then, some time after that, it was my time to get my cleaning, and the guy told me I had to pay a $100+ because mine had to be a deep cleaning as well (which I never needed before). I canceled the appointment and sought another dentist. This month, I received a bill from them and discovered that my previous cleaning there was the so-called "deep cleaning," which they never told me about. I never had the need for a deep cleaning before, and my new dentist never said anything about me needing a deep cleaning, so it was a rip-off from aspen dental. They also wanted to put braces on me, but no dentist before or after that told me I needed braces (my teeth are very straight). They never clean your teeth on the first visit. It has to be on a separate appointment. They will steal your money any way they can.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Ujda and her incredible team. From start to finish,…read moreevery visit has been an outstanding experience, and it's clear that they truly go above and beyond for their patients. The moment you walk into the office, you're welcomed by a warm, professional, and friendly staff that immediately makes you feel comfortable. The environment is clean, modern, and very well organized, which already sets a great first impression. You can tell that they take pride not only in their work but also in creating a positive and stress-free atmosphere for everyone who walks through their doors. One of the things that impressed me the most is the level of technology they use. Dr. Ujda's office is equipped with some of the highest quality and most advanced dental technology available. This makes a huge difference in the overall experience--procedures are more efficient, precise, and far more comfortable than what you might expect at a typical dental office. It really gives you confidence that you're receiving top-tier care. What truly sets Dr. Ujda and her team apart, though, is their sincerity and honesty. They genuinely care about your well-being and are incredibly transparent when it comes to treatments and procedures. There's never any pressure or confusion. Instead, they take the time to walk you through everything in detail, explaining your options clearly and making sure you fully understand each step before moving forward. That level of communication is rare and deeply appreciated. Dr. Ujda herself is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. She listens carefully to any concerns and answers questions thoroughly, making sure you feel comfortable and confident in your care. Her team reflects that same level of professionalism and kindness--they work seamlessly together and create an environment where you feel supported every step of the way. Another thing worth mentioning is how gentle and considerate they are during procedures. Whether it's a routine cleaning or something more involved, they are always mindful of your comfort and take the extra time to ensure everything is done with care and precision. Overall, this is easily one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. It's not just about the high-quality technology or the expertise--it's the genuine care, honesty, and attention to detail that truly make the difference. If you're looking for a dental office that combines advanced technology with sincere, patient-focused care, I highly recommend Dr. Ujda and her entire team. They truly set the standard for what a dental experience should be.
