Worst dentist experience. He went through my mental health…read moremedical history and insisted on talking about my eating disorder in depth when it had nothing to do with the dental care that day. Dr. Gallegos ripped my gums to shreds and pressed on my jaw joints so hard that I couldn't eat normally for over a week. When he was doing this he pressed his belly against the back of my head and every time i moved away he moved closer. This felt really creepy and uncontrollable. I called ahead and they insisted they could "set me up" with a mouth guard. When I spoke with Dr. Gallegos he insisted that over the counter was my best option and not to be stubborn. It turns out that they don't have the capability to make a mouth guard. This visit also cost me $400. Dr. Gallegos is rude and rough. He is physically and emotionally inappropriate.

Unfortunately we did not have a pleasant experience here... now I understand that going to the…read moredentist isn't always gonna be fun, but you would think a pediatric dentist would at least be friendly. The male dentist did not make my 5 year old comfortable, he actually terrified her and myself honestly. Looks at her teeth and immediately talked about pulling a tooth and drilling.. making comments about other dentist not being able to see cavities that he sees, when I told him we were gonna get a second opinion. Odd thing to say, he actually said lots of odd things but I won't get into that. We ended up going somewhere that thought pulling and drilling the teeth was absolutely unnecessary and treated us with kindness and respect the way a dentistry should. My advice is follow your gut and always get a second opinion if you don't feel comfortable with what someone's telling you needs to be done. I'm speaking from my interaction with the male dentist, I can't speak for the other women dentist that works there.. The 2 stars are for front desk lady's, they were very sweet.
