Dr Rufo barely examined the problem area and reshaped the crown a little and made the pain worse. He recommended I take Advil. I woke up in unbearable pain today and called the office. I am now on antibiotics and pain medication. Why did't he see this yesterday. I have not been able to eat or sleep from the pain, and now my jaw is sore and swollen. I see the other reviews are favorable, but different doctors. I am going to a different dentist to have this corrected. I gave a one star rating because there is no -1.

I loved my prior dentist of 19 years, but I realize now how much better it could have been. They explain everything, they're very considerate and careful (I'm not afraid of the dentist, but I know a lot of people are). Everyone in the office was clear and direct and kind. Thus, I drove in the high heat to the office for my appointment even though I am older and the heat makes me fatigued and ill. When I got there they tried to force dirty ionizing radiation old school dental X-rays upon me. I asked if they had the new radiation free DEXIS CARIVU technology and they did not, but they had said prior that they would not force me to get dirty ionizing radiation scans. But when I got to the office, I felt tricked. They said they wouldn't do the exam without forcing me to be exposed to the radiation cancer-causing scans. They tried claim the x-rays are low dose as ever as the industry has lied about for decades. However, there is no safe dose of ionizing radiation according to LNT, just look it up. IONIZING RADIATION IS A KNOWN CLASS 1 CARCINOGEN. The only safe dose is no dose. Everyone should be asking for the new dental technology and RADIATION-FREE DENTAL EXAMS! These dentists should not be forcing cancer-causing scans on their patients. The first rule of a healthcare provider should be to DO NO HARM. Especially for children.

This was the friendliest and most caring dentist's office I have probably ever been to in my life…read more I am 57 years old and my very first experience with a dentist was when I needed a root canal at age nine. I have seen many, many bad dentists since then and have developed severe anxiety over dental visits, resulting in fewer dental visits, resulting in many teeth that now need help. I requested recommendations on the local Facebook page and this office came up more than any other, by far. I had my first appointment today with Dr. Pisotti and I now understand the recommendations. The care and attention was like I have never experienced before, with both the doctor and his assistant taking their time with me and making me feel at ease. They also have incredible payment options available. In addition to my extreme anxiety, I have also struggled to pay for my necessary care at times. I am so thankful to have found them and I highly recommend them if you have had negative dental experiences in the past!

Dr. Cera came in a gave me a quick exam and then I was told I had to go back out to reception to wait for a hygienist. My wait started at 35 minutes past my appointment time. I waited another 15 minutes and told them I had to leave for another appointment. So I went in for a cleaning and never got a cleaning. Worst of the worst.
