He says "Oh, you really dont need them, your teeth are already white. I had them include a light that you can use instead but honestly you dont really need to." I say nope, I want trays, isnt that what you did the whole high-tech super accurate mapping of my mouth for? Isnt that what I actually came here for, and what I actually paid for? Not this light that I could have bought on Amazon for $20?" So they ORDER my trays. Mind you, I had just paid them to put goop on my teeth to open the surface of my teeth chemically to allow the HOME tray treatment to work better.
