This place is very cute. Came here to bring my almost 3 year old and he really enjoyed it. It's $25 per kid and $5 per adult which I think is reasonable. Probably work for those parents I see that let their kids run loose and they're just sitting on their phone but for parents like myself and my husband, we really can only handle about an hour at this place. Make sure you wear socks or you can also pay $3 to buy some. The place is clean from the looks of it. There are some things that had the paint peeled off and one game wasn't working but that wasn't too noticeable. They have an area specifically for those 2 years and younger and then an area for kids ages 3+. My son did both since he's in between but primarily stayed in the 3+. I'd be back to let him burn off some energy. Only thing I didn't like was we couldn't park our stroller inside.

Adults can go in!

My 3 year old absolutely loved this place. Honestly so did my husband and I. We were able to play with her and I got to play Mario kart too! It was such a cool experience. It sucks that you have to pay per adult too but it was worth it. There's so much to do here and could stay for hours! Definitely recommend for kids under 5

Block table in the book section

My 16 month old grand daughter had a fun time in the toddler area. Not very crowded on an early Saturday AM.Opens at 10. Please note some of the activities like the Mario like car game one side was broken. Spent a good 2 hrs there. Must wear socks. One adult and less than 2 cost $21 all day

Could've done without the police holding and pointing their guns. What do we want our children to believe about the police?

Large play space, great for all skill levels and a great library. Knotts was too crazy to get into on my daughter's 2nd birthday and we stumbled upon this place and the kids played every second away. The equipment also offered a good challenge to her and our four year old. Looking forward to returning!

Princess themed Birthday Party set up

We've been to this indoor playground previously and the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. I booked our 4 year old's birthday party here because I could just place my reservation request and then confirm details. No set up, no lugging catering in and no party supplies. You can literally just show up and have the kids run around the playground and then come to the party room to eat pizza, cupcakes and drink juice. This was probably the easiest birthday party I've hosted! Highly recommend this to anyone who just wants to have a nice time without working too hard. The staff were professional and super helpful. The party packages ain't cheap but you definitely get what you pay for and more!

This place is clean! My kids always have fun here, there is plenty things to do And staff changes but they have been always polite to me and people

Books in various languages which

I've been to a few of these places and this definitely feels like one of the cleaner spots. It's a pretty large spot too and in the 2 hours I spent here I wasn't able to check out the entire thing. There's a kitty corner for youngsters under age 2 which was nice. A game room to decorate a fish and watch your art work come to life. The same room had Mario Kart with 2 steering wheels for driving but it was much easier to use the arrow keys to play. Also, a giant lite brite. I also appreciate the quiet book area to sit and relax in and flip through some books. The sitting area also had giant animals to sit on. They had a good variety of books available in various languages which was nice. I forgot socks for my infant and you can get some for $3 with tax that have the grips on the bottom at the front desk. Parking was plentiful and free in the structure. We were able to grab coffee at a nearby shop afterwards and have lunch at the food court.

My grandson loves this place, but it is really dirty. The staff needs to do a deep cleaning on this place.

There is a variety of activities for kids and adults to do together. It's nice there is an area to just read books.

PlayPie Reviews in Other Languages

Ask the Community - PlayPie

Where is the best place to park?

PlayPie is part of The Source, which has a multi-level parking structure adjacent to the shopping center. Or if you're asking where in that parking structure is the best place to park, you're not likely going to find open spots on the ground level,…

How often is the place or equipment cleaned/sanitized?

We sanitize the equipment and toys all around the day and professional cleaning company clean and sanitize the entire space every night.

Can adults play with the kids? Plan on brining my son he's only 1 and I don't know how he would react to going down a slide on his own

Yes you can and it's encouraged especially if he's 1.

Is this place fun for an 11 year old?

Most likely your 11 year old woud be bored here. Most of the amenities are for younger kids.

Are you guys open for Memorial Day?

Yes! We do open as normal on Memorial Day! Thank you for asking.

Is the pizza and food good?

They order from Pizza Hut & the cupcakes aren't good lol they're most like grocery store bought.

Available for private parties?

Yes

How much is the admission?

I believe it is $24 for kids 2 years and older

Is it air conditioned?

Yes, we are fully air conditioned.

Do they annual pass like promo?

Any plans to open?

We are planning to reopen to public in May. But you check our website for the updates. Thank you!

I miss Play Pie! Will they ever come back?!?!

Sure we will!! Hopefully we can see you soon! You can check our website for covid-19 special play…

Is this solely for parties? Or is there open play?

It's open play always, while they do host birthday parties they have free ply all day every day. Just be sure to check for their daily schedule I think they're open later on the weekends as opposed to during the week

Is there WiFi?

Yes, there is.

Ned to make a reservation?

No but Saturday and Sunday afternoons are the busiest since that's when they have their birthday parties going on.

Dose a parent need to atten kids all the time?

A parent won't need to be right next to kid but should be at viewing distance of kid. They stamp you when you enter like at Chuck E. Cheese so it's relatively safe.

What's the entrance fee per child?

$18

How much are adults to get in? And are kids free under 2 years old?

No kids under 2 are $12.95 (I think that's a bit steep because there's not enough for them to do). Adults are $4.95

Would my 9 year old have fun there? I have a 3 year old too, but I want to bring both kids

Yes,: There's stuff for both ages

What are the slowest times during the weekend?

Around lunch times. 12pm ish.

I thought it was sweet that they were handing out candy and toys for trick or treaters, we ended up with a little ball that our baby really loved. I really appreciated how colorful and bright it is and that there is a dedicated "littles" area for children ages 5 and under. It gave me peace of mind knowing our little guy wouldn't be getting trampled while he was crawling around and exploring. The place is HUGE, there was a big obstacle course with massive slides that was so fun for mom, dad, AND the baby lol. I loved that we were able to all hang out together it was a great bonding experience! Venue seemed pretty clean, no Chuck E. Cheese smell, glad that socks are a requirement. I do wish the ball pit balls were cleaner, some were visibly dirty. Bathrooms were clean, unfortunately my baby is terrified of the dryer sound... Employees were great. helpful, especially since it was our first time. I saw some actively vacuuming, fixing some stuck toys, and also enforcing the no diving in the ball pits rule and the 5 and under only rule in the toddler play area which I very much appreciated since at some point some older kids started diving in the ball pits and almost injured our baby who was just minding his own business. That was the only con I had, but that's not on the employees, rather on the parents who leave their children unsupervised. Will definitely be back again!

I had no intention in allowing her to play in the play area but still had to pay a $20 cover fee for a 1 year old and myself. Anthony that was checking me in had a very condescending attitude towards me and when I was asking questions. I didn't understand why I needed to sign a wavier for myself or my daughter if I was going to sit in a room for about 2 hours. I don't understand why you have to give your home address to complete the waiver as well. Anthony's response to that question was "in case if there was an emergency." However, if there was an emergency I don't know how my home address is going to help. He then just told me to put whatever address I would like and that's what I did. I don't see why there couldn't be a non play entry fee for additional guests for parties. All I did was walk straight back to the party room and sat in a confide space until it was time for us to leave. In addition the party room we were assigned to was extremely warm as if the AC was purposely turned off so you wanted to leave when your time was up. It's places like this and staff members like Anthony that make me want to AVOID as much as possible. I should have went with my gut and stayed home or went to Disneyland for the day and happily given them my money. Not to mentioned the audacity of the staff to have a tip jar at the register when you check in... What am I tipping you for? Doing your job? Having staff members be dismissive towards customers? Please make it make sense to me!!

It's really not the money that bothers me bec he and his friends had a really great time so it was worth it in the end. But it was ALL the broken games that drove my husband up the wall. It was also the one attendant that could give you your token back (but the next game took it) but the poor girl was the same person operating all the rides. I did get two party attendants but I barely saw one (not a big deal, but she was so lovely) but the other one barely interacted with the kids. I felt like my own party host. The only thing I wanted her to do was to take all the kids to one ride as a group. Which she did not do/or could not do (okay whatever, I will take them). When there was no attendant (bec the poor floor girl was running another ride and covering the floor) my party attendant just told me to "go find someone" on the floor. Like what? Girl, I have 14 kids bouncing off the walls, help me out here. Call someone on the radio. The place was dated but very very clean. The staff was kind. When my 5 year old tried to go into the smaller kid area (ages 4 and under) she was asked to leave by the female teenage employee at the entrance. This was at the same time that a 10 year old girl had been playing in there the past 20-30 minutes. When my daughter came to me crying I tried to walk her in there thinking it must not be a big deal because there were a few big kids in there, who looked to be around ages 8-10. I was surprised to be turned away by that same employee (while the other big kids were still in there). So confusing! I pointed this out and she said "that girl is sitting" (she had been hanging all over the merry go round just minutes before, which is right next to where she was standing at the entrance) and then the employee said "she also has a little brother here" (he looked about 4 or 5). So then I said "okay so can my daughter stay because my 2 year old wants to play in here" she then told us no and blocked us from entering. I went to the front desk and told that girl about the situation and she got the manager. He explained that it's for safety WHICH I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND - but then take out the other big kids so it's not confusing for anyone! He finally did have the bigger kids removed, and there were about 4-5 other way bigger kids than my daughter. It felt like we were being singled out by the staff here. They said they asked the other people to leave the area but they "didn't listen." Lol. So people like me and my daughter who listened were the only ones removed I guess. I guess you can just act like you don't understand and you get to break the rules, even if the rules are there for everyone else's "safety." This could be a learning opportunity for the staff here but you can go find out for yourself. I wanted to avoid this word but it truly felt like discrimination based on us being the only family removed. We won't be returning.

It was definitely a lot smaller than I remembered now that I am an adult, but it was truly the perfect size theme park for toddlers. It's nice that pretty much everything is included, just a couple of things that cost extra, like food to feed the animals, souvenirs, arcade games, but mostly everything we wanted to check out was included. Our kids are 3 1/2 and 5 and pretty much enjoyed all the rides! The roller coaster is a little rough, but I think it just depends on your kid, since my younger one really enjoyed it. They have food available to buy in the center of the park and tables all around, making it really easy to just take a break to eat something. I like that everything is really close to each other, so you don't feel like you're walking around a maze to get around. I wouldn't even bother with a stroller because everything is so close to each other. The tickets are the same price for anyone above one year old. I do wish the kids tickets were a little bit cheaper, but other than that, I thought it was a pretty fair price, considering you'd probably pay the same amount for a similar type wristband for rides at a fair for example, and at least younger kids can ride all of these ones. You probably wouldn't be able to spend a whole day here because of the size but an afternoon or a morning is plenty, especially for this age range.
