    Birthday area!
    Leslie S.

It was an okay playplace. Worth trying out if you have littles but it's a little too far for us to visit. We wanted to try out a new playplace and this location had just opened a couple months prior to our visit! The price is a little higher compared to other indoor playgrounds but not too much higher. It is a bit smaller, however, and a good amount of the first floor in the main area were attractions that you had to pay extra for. My daughters are 5 and 7 and the playground was recommended for up to 8-10. I have to say, that max age range is generous. My 7 year old enjoyed herself but she was definitely too big for most of the playground. I would say this place is ideal for 4 and under. Parents, be prepared to actually go into the playground with them. There are signs that say kids need to be accompanied in the playground but I figured my 5 and 7 year old were ok on their own. Now, this wasn't the fault of the venue but this has never happened before so I have to mention it: apparently there was an unsupervised 3 or 4 year old boy who went on a rampage in the play area and threw toys and hit my little 5 year old!! He would have hurt her more but thankfully my 7 year old protected her and brought my 5 year old to me right away. Of course, the mom didn't care and scolded the kid a tiny bit and then let him go play. So after that incident we pretty much had to leave. I docked a star for many reasons, but a big reason was that the zip line was already broken. Also, the play kitchen area sink was already broken and it was just covered up with a piece of plastic and some tape. So that entire area was kind of wasted. Also, the train that we had to pay for only runs once every hour so we had to wait around because we didn't want to wait an hour for the next ride. I get it, they can't run the train non-stop because it's just not that big a place to get a crowd for the train, but maybe put something there that doesn't cost extra. The motorcycles that cost extra were also a little disappointing. My 7 year old understood it ok but my 5 year old kept getting stuck and I nearly broke my back trying to fix her car and move it in the right direction. The owners were very kind and attentive, I really want to give this place 5 stars because I can tell they put a lot of love and work into making this place great but it's just not quite there yet compared to other indoor playgrounds. Maybe if they advertised and catered this place for kids 5 and under only it would be a lot better. There is a fun wall where kids can stick Lego duplos to it to make pictures and spell words but we were told to get out of the area because it was only for kids 3 and under. Even tho that activity was more for older kids and my daughter wasn't bothering the younger kids. So that was a bummer too. The sign where it said 3 and under was super small so I was embarrassed in front of the other moms when the owner told me to take my daughter out of that section. I do have to shout out how generous it was of the owners to offer complimentary coffee! It was super helpful since I ended up having to play in the playplace a lot with my girls. It was the pick-me-up I needed. We won't be coming to this location again simply because my girls are too old for it and it's too far a distance to make the visit worth it. But if you have young kids I do recommend trying this place out at least once! It looked like a lot of the moms with young kids come all the time.

A very cramped but interesting door playground that makes the best use of the limited space. When we arrived the owner or manager was very kind and indicated for us to try out the play gym before deciding whether or not to pay for the day or for the month. The best parts about this place is that it was clean and there was a ton of imaginative play from there being a pretend doctors office, pretend grocery store and a pretend kitchen to there being a large ball pit and four slides that parallel each other so friends can slide down at the same time. The cramped feeling is what keeps me from giving this 5 stars because aside from limited seating a large amount of parents were forced to basically stand on the perimeter and it just seemed like an atmosphere that would potentially overwhelm many kids. There should be more places for parents to sit so they aren't creating an imposing barrier to kids to get on or get off the playground equipment. I'd still recommend families try out this place for the interesting physical and especially imaginative play options

What a fun place! We came here for a birthday party and had a blast. It's not the tallest or biggest place, but they really use the space and layout well to pack a lot of activities for the kids in there. We did need to wear Playhub grippy socks (other grippy socks were not allowed), but that was included in the party package. They also have a free coffee/tea station. The one main party area off to the right is a good size. Enough to fit a couple of buffet tables and seat a bunch of kids and parents. The staff there was pretty attentive and tried to keep us to the time allotted for the party. The play area itself has a bunch: a climbing wall, trampoline basketball, soccer, swings, ball pit with an interactive screen game, a pretend city, zipline, and others. There are other attractions that require an additional payment (train ride and car driving) as well. Kids had a blast!

Only been here twice, but currently my favorite indoor play place in this area. It more expensive than the other play places in the area bc they only offer 2 hours minimum. But I feel that this space is perfect for my young toddlers. It's not too large, the space is used really well, and the staff is literally always cleaning around you. There's enough surface area for them to run around, but not big enough to lose them. My kids love the screen area that has the game where they can throw the balls to moving objects. Amazing way to tire out the kids.

This place is incredible and will wear your toddler out before you can say "nap time." My 20 month son was beside himself, there was so much to do, we barely touched the surface. The ball pit and interactive ball throwing game was one of his favorite activities along with the trampoline and basketball hoop. The facility is incredibly clean, owners are just the kindest people and you end up meeting so many nice parents/ kids there too! This was a 10 out of 10 experience for us. Highly recommended.

Huge fan of this place! First and foremost the staff is incredible! There was a lady in the front named Keera and she is absolutely a doll! There are snacks, pouches and drinks for all ages! Complimentary coffee and an area for both older kids (3/4/5+) and littles ( under 2). Since it wasn't too busy we roamed the older area with our 11 month old. She was of course extremely watched by us because there are places to get her fingers stuck, fall down holes, etc. so I don't recommend letting your baby in the older area unless it's practically empty and you are going to be with them 100000% of the time watching them like a hawk! I had a 10 year old with me too and he enjoyed swinging around like a monkey. There were 2 kids (10 & 11 month old) and 3 adults in our group so we felt safe with our little since we had her watched from all angles. Theres a - food area - party area - baby area -big kid area -interactive screen to play with -tiny tikes cars -climbing area -trampolines -foam pits -rock wall -ball pits -upstairs soccer area with 2 soccer balls and 2 soccer goals -whole upstairs imaginary area with clinic/kitchen/grocery store -slides -zip line into foam pits -building area with big legos and other building blocks -plenty of space for parents to sit and rest -looooots of cameras in the play area which I love because it shows they are also keeping an eye on the kids -bathrooms were clean, nice and they have a nice clean changing room also -they have high chairs there -music was nice .. think calm pop -vibes were retro/pastel and funky Pay extra for -train ride -bumper cars/motorcycle Before coming there's a waiver you have to sign.. plenty of space for belongings. Price was nice . Plenty of parking! Snacks were very very reasonabley priced and they offer complimentary coffee. There's also a water refill station with filtered water. They offer 15% discounts for WIC or food stamps which is so sweet. Theres also a sibling discount. Can't say enough nice things about this place. Absolutely recommend. They thought of everything when making this place. You can tell the staff takes very good care of the area and clean very well. I saw an earlier post about they being racist. Although I can't speak on behalf of their experience but I saw kids and people of all race and we are a mixed family and were treated amazingly (plus they have staff that are of all races so I'm not sure what that post was about)

Things to note: The train and go carts are extra $2 each on top of admission, it's pretty small inside and we found quite a few hairs in the ball pit

Tried this new place based on a friend recommendation and it did not disappoint at all! The facility is brand new and everything is very clean, and yet there was a crew member cleaning it and keep it organized. The restrooms were spotless and there was a dedicated changing room. There is something for every age to enjoy and the owners were very friendly and attentive.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Playhub, and it was a wonderful experience. My three-year-old and five-year-old were both thoroughly entertained for hours. The space caters beautifully to different ages while maintaining a calm and welcoming atmosphere. I was particularly impressed by the high standard of cleanliness and order. The entire place is exceptionally well maintained, thoughtfully arranged, and safe for little ones to explore with confidence. The air conditioning consistently keeps the environment cool and comfortable for active play. There is plenty of seating for parents as well. The business owner is very kind and professional and keeps the entire space very well staffed. The selection of snacks and drinks available for purchase is excellent and thoughtfully curated, and the complimentary coffee and tea for parents is an especially gracious touch. All in all, Playhub is a charming and well-run play place for children. We very much look forward to returning frequently and would happily recommend it to other families seeking a refined, clean, and joyful children's indoor play space.

The owners are very friendly and my kids had a lot of fun! It is on the smaller side but had plenty of things to do inside for the kiddos. I saw the staff constantly cleaning as well. If I lived closer I would have opted in for a membership.

    Hamed S.

My family really enjoy our visits to PlayHub playground. We come here both on weekdays and weekends. The environment is enjoyable, secure, and well-maintained. There were slides, ball pits, and various structures for the children to discover, along with bumper cars and train rides. They also had a designated area for younger kids. Additionally, you can rent a room for celebrations. I highly recommend it!

You will not find any cheap plastic or overly stimulating toys here. Paige carefully selected all furniture, play structures, and toys, to eliminate contact with hazardous materials or chemicals, and to give the babies a natural, open exploration experience. When you walk in, you feel a sense of serenity and calm as a parent, that your child will be able to play and explore freely without constraints. Paige's philosophy in our play group is to maximize the baby's sense of freedom and give them a completely open "yes" space to explore. As a parent, we are of course encouraged to intervene to make sure our baby is safe and that other babies are safe as well. Most of the time, we get to discuss the experience of parenting with other moms and dads, and watch our daughter explore this nicely designed learning space. In the "seeds" class (4-10 months), we begin by discussing what new behavior or movement we observed in our baby. Then we allow all the children to play. I cannot express enough what a joy it is to see my daughter interact with others in harmony, and explore her own interests and abilities. During the play time, Paige will also discuss parenting tips and strategies, often based upon a theme in articles/write ups that she sends to us the week before. Paige then wraps up the class with super fun songs, such as Clean Up, Mr. Sunshine, and many others that both parents and babies enjoy. I have heard stories from other parents about play groups that were unsafe and not entirely conducive towards free play. At My Village, you will be amazed at just how wonderful your baby can play with others if given the right space and teacher. Paige is such a great teacher and host (thanks for the coffee and tea), and always there for support and discussion. Try checking out from her little library too, which offers baby story books and wonderful books on how to parent with respect.

The play area was exceptionally crowded, and my toddler who had just turned 2 at the time had a hard time navigating around the older, bigger kids. The age range felt a little questionable to me. At other play places we frequent, the kids tend to be closer in age, but that wasn't the case here. My son was knocked around a few times by bigger children, and the environment became very overstimulating. We ended up leaving early because of the chaos and my son not able to properly use anything... nearly all of the fruit and vegetable toys from the market area had been scattered throughout the play space, leaving the market and kitchen section where many of the younger kids were gathered mostly empty. Overall, it just didn't feel like the right fit for us. We decided to give Kids and Coffee another try this past Wednesday, thinking it might be a better experience without a birthday party happening... and it was! We paid for two hours, stayed about an hour and a half, and my son had a great time. One thing I really appreciate about Kids and Coffee is that their café is nut and peanut free, which is especially important for families like ours dealing with multiple food allergies. That peace of mind was honestly the main reason I wanted to give the space another chance. We were even considering adding Kids and Coffee into our regular rotation since it's closer to us than some of the other play places we enjoy. Unfortunately, after our visit, my son became extremely sick most likely with norovirus. I completely understand that illnesses can happen anywhere kids gather, and I don't blame the business for that. However, during our entire visit, I didn't see any employees actively present in the play area. Parents, myself included, were gathering and returning the pretend produce to the market area, but none of the toys appeared to be wiped down or sanitized. At other play places, such as Tiny Tiger, there always seems to be staff actively cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day. Because we have been to so many play places now with great experiences and have not come home with an illness from any other we will just be sticking to our regular spots moving forward. I think sanitation still needs a little work at this location or perhaps even someone checking temperatures at the door like other places All in all, we unfortunately won't be returning.

It's quite spacious and there are just such a variety of activities for kids, from playing in a ball pit, to stacking random foam blocks, to playing in an area filled with random electronic entertainment (like mario kart and coloring fish), to actual play area with slides and padded obstacles. Even after seeing some of the lower reviews, I still think it is relatively clean considering the amount of traffic the weekend or evening may bring. I didn't really see anything that was broken or not working, and even when the mario kart system bugged out and was on a default screen, a staff member quickly did a reset and got it back into working order within 10 minutes or so. A consideration to be made is the fact that not all the parents are attentive with their kids, so there were definitely some kids that are just disrupting other kids playing or being obnoxious/rude. It's inevitable but also makes it feel like some parents literally just let their kids do whatever with little supervision, knowing that they are within the indoor playground. For example, my 1 year old was sitting on the padded carousel, and an older kid (at least 6 y.o.) jumped into the middle of the carousel and started dancing around wildly, which would've been fine until he almost fell on top of my much smaller child. It should also be noted that the area was marked for 2 y.o. or younger, but there's pretty much no enforcement of the space. Otherwise, it's a really cool spot for kids to burn a few hours and I still think it's remarkable that they fit so many different things to do in the same area.

I want to start by saying the front desk attendant was very friendly and welcoming. However, the rest of the staff completely changed the tone of our visit. I was really upset because of a Dad and his little girl, must have been 7, 8 years old we're in the toddler area. The girl had an accident inside the ball pit and I overheard the Dad scolding her for peeing, but didn't inform anybody that she even had an accident. My son was in the ball pit when this happened, and I noticed that there were wet footprints on the floor and on the edge of the pit. I grabbed the spray that they had and sprayed the area down, not thinking anything of it. One of the staff noticed that I did that and right away brought towels and sprays to clean the area and another staff member came over and asked me to take my son out because they were spraying chemicals in the pit area to sanitize. When I took him out, he was completely covered in pee all over the back of his shirt & shorts. My son wears diapers so I know it wasn't him. I was really upset, and I told the staff, I went to go talk to the manager about it, and they fully refunded me for the time that I was there. My kids were upset cause we had to leave early, we were 35- 40 minutes in & the guy in the front gave them lollipops, with my approval, to help me calm them. The staff there is amazing and on it about Cleaning and sanitizing everything. They shut the whole toddler section down just so they can sanitize the entire area. As far as that, Dad, it's extremely disgusting that he tried leaving without saying anything to anybody. Accidents happen that I understand but keeping it to yourself and then trying to leave without informing staff is beyond me.

Hello To whom this may concern,…read moreI was with my granddaughter at your location on Saturday May 9th. Would like to inform you that I will be filing a police report because I had my iPad stolen at your place of business. We were told we could not bring our personal belongings in and would have to leave it with stroller in the front of your store. When I returned to my car realized my iPad was gone. Not sure if this was an inside job or if this is a common occurrence at your place of business but I will most definitely not be returning and will advise friends and relatives of the potential theft going on at your place of business. Your employees are more concerned and watchful over whether you put outside food in your mouth over making sure you don't go over your paid time or customers coming in smelling like they smoked weed in the parking lot.
