Each race is supposed to be 12 laps, but if someone finishes early, you might end up doing less. One of the boys completed 11 laps, but didn't affect the experience at all. This was a 15-18 min incident and security did not show up EVEN AFTER I FOUND THE BOYS DAD there was still no security rushing to this poor child. It felt like no one cared for this child but me and my family. I am absolutely disgusted with how knotts handled this situation absolutely no urgency for this child. In today's world you need to protect and keep the children safe. Also please train your workers better. This situation could have been handled way better.
