There were a lot of people turning into the plaza without looking, so I'd be mindful of when you leave. As other reviews have mentioned, this location is very small. Because of its size, it was hard to go about with climbing - we waited or felt as if we were in the way for other climbers. Front desk staff were very sweet. It was clean here and they have etiquette for problems and climbs. It's a bit far out of my way, but it was nice to check out!

They were the two working the kid area on Saturday morning. I was so impressed by how friendly, caring, and happy they were. Both loved their jobs and did a fantastic job of helping and watching over all of the climbers to ensure their safety and happiness. Great job to both. Quality: This place is massive. I was so amazed at how big it is and how many different climbing options they have. It is cleaned well run, offers lots of variety, and a beautiful establishment. Value: Very fair. Overall: This place rocks! Cannot wait to return. My one suggestion to their marketing team is to add the word climbing or indoor climbing to the signage. I attended a birthday party right next door and had no idea they were even here. Maybe within the climbing community they are known but to others it is easy to miss them being there. We had a really hard time with the buckles at the Santa Ana location. We got the starter punch card for my kiddo $69 for 5 visits in a period of 2 months. Can't really beat that deal. Because it wasn't too crowded, and the ease of clipping in/out my kiddo enjoyed his time until the last second. Vs the Santa Ana location he was getting super frustrated and was giving up. The reason for 1 star off is because the area is quite small. Have to be careful not To be in the way of other climbers jumping Off etc. I want to try it next time with my husband. Came here today on a whim after visiting the Modjeska House just down the street from this place…read more The gift shop was open and we ended up buying some soap, 2 finger puppets for the kids, and a ENC tucker magnet. The gift shop was a museum too and had lots of interactive exhibits for the kids. We saw live snakes and frogs on display as well. Across the street from the gift shop was the actual sanctuary which is a 0.25 mile loop - you can finish it within 10-15 minutes if you want fast. An amphitheater and bird viewing area is in there as well. The creek was dry when we went but did see a small pond with lots of tadpoles. Also be aware of rattlesnakes as we heard they come out in the summer time. Trail was 80% shaded so was not so hot. Found out that TUCKER was acquired by ENC of Newport Beach in 2022 so you'll see lots of ENC gear in the gift shop. There are essentially 2 ENC locations now - one here and one in Newport Beach. Pretty interesting!

The pool and clubhouse have become completely unenjoyable this summer. The constant new rules,…read morerestrictions, and over-the-top enforcement have taken all of the fun out of using an amenity that residents pay for. It feels like every time you go to the pool, there is another rule, another restriction, or someone waiting to tell you what you can and cannot do. What used to be a place for families to relax and enjoy the summer now feels overly controlled, stressful, and unwelcoming. I understand the need for reasonable rules, but this has gone way beyond that. The HOA and management have created an environment where residents feel like they are being treated as if they cannot be trusted to follow basic rules. The pool should be an enjoyable community amenity--not a place where families feel constantly monitored and reprimanded. The policies and enforcement this summer have seriously diminished the quality of life and enjoyment of our community. Hopefully, the HOA realizes that residents should actually be able to enjoy the amenities they pay for instead of making them so restrictive that people no longer want to use them

This may be the only indoor playground I've attended that doesn't require store purchased socks. Due to this, it is $20 bucks per kid for an hour but it's worth it.
