After going back and forth with the office, she tells me most ppl let them know in advance ( after she specifically told me otherwise on Thursday ) and although no one had it rented out the next day if he was already on the Hope Mills side of town it would be too late. After paying $475 to have a float ( $75 of which was the extra delivery fee to hope mills) she called back & COMPLETELY reversed and deflected what she had originally told me about keeping the float longer even after i offered to pay whatever so the kids could continue to enjoy. My cousins stayed from out of town so all our kids could play all evening but that was ruined. The kids were heartbroken, I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone else nor will I ever be spending my money with CFF. Party planning is stressful enough, If you have options PLEASE do your research and choose a company that will keep their word.

We will never go back there and will not recommend this to anyone. Ownership should take a hard look at what's going on there. A Friday night and only 2 foresomes.....obvious what is wrong!

Each course had a uniqueness that made it completely different from the other courses. The staff were friendly and answered all my questions. I didn't eat but definitely bring a water bottle as they have refill station near the bathroom. Going on a weekend in the summer, is not recommend, the place was absolutely packed, and as you're playing rounds of mini golf, you're constantly having to wait at each hole for the group ahead of you to proceed. The concept of their mini golf is fun, with mini games at the start of each hole to determine different factors, but when it's busy, these mini games definetly create a bottle neck in the game play. When I went with coworkers for a team building day, it was mid day on a Wednesday and much more tame, and empty. We had a reserved room, where we were served lunch, which consisted of salad, cheese burger sliders, chicken sliders and pulled pork sliders and fries. The room also had a stocked fridge with soft drinks, though work gave us all drink tickets we could cash in at the bar. As part of the team building we also got unlimited golf, we each got to do one go cart race and a card with tokens for the arcade. It was a fun day for sure, and much more enjoyable when it's not crowded. The food they served as part of the catering, wasn't the best food, but it was ok, and sufficient for lunch. The golf was enjoyable, and go carting was fun, I actually never got to the arcade, so i'll have to bring my card with me next time i go. Staff are hit or miss. When we went with family and it was busy, they were on the moody side, which does not add to the experience of having fun. When i went for work, we had one point person that handled everything for our team, and she was very friendly and outgoing. In the end, my suggestion...if you think it will be busy, go another time.

First thing we noticed was how clean the entire facility was, there was even an employee picking up trash in the parking lot. We didn't expect much from the arcade side of it, but they had an amazing selection of new videos games that my kids and I enjoyed. There's even a PLINKO game!
