There is no way to escalate concerns with this company; only deal with the individual location. The way they treat their customers is disappointing and this doesn't even speak to all the negative reviews you see here on Yelp. There are much nicer parks in the area that value your business like Urban Air.

This place was pretty cool. It had VR, arcade games, pool table, and nerf battle. I didn't see the rage room. When you walk in, it seems kinda small for all of these activities to be in one building. Ok side bar: honestly, it felt like I had walked into a pool hall for adults. We had two different age groups so half of the party did nerf battle and half did VR. We couldn't see anything on the nerf battle screen. The score wasn't changing at all so I watched the kids who was doing VR. That was pretty cool! Things I didn't like: 1. There was only one bathroom. 2. The arcade games are "quarters only" so bring cash. They have an ATM but had I known, I would have brought cash to avoid fees. 3. Only one employee at the time. So we had to wait for her to get nerf set up then set up VR. She had to divide her attention. Final thoughts: I think this place should be advertised for adults only. The atmosphere was more conducive for adults but they had kid stuff mixed in there. Birthday room had tv with the birthday boy picture and a birthday message. Overall, it worked and the kids had fun.

I have been here several times and I always have a great time. Id like to first start off by saying the staff has always been very friendly with me and my friends when we play golf here. The restroom is decent can be hit or miss sometimes with cleanliness, but typically pretty good. The golf carts are wiped down and cleaned after each use. Now onto the course. I am not super familiar with golf, but from the courses that I have played at this one is pretty good. The fairways are cut nice, obviously not as nice as some courses in the area, but good. The greens are usually nice as well. Overall the course is taken care of pretty well. Two of the negatives I would like to note is that there is a restroom located in the middle of the course. Nearly every time I have had to make a stop at this mid course restroom it has been pretty disgusting. Usually the toilet paper is strolled across the ground, soaking wet and just nasty. I typically try to avoid using the bathroom at the mid course restroom because its very nasty. Id definitely recommend keeping tabs on the bathroom if the owner ever reads this review. In addition to the bathroom, the cart paths are not really cart paths. The paths they do have are pretty rough and not well maintained. Id also recommend improving these in the future. Next is the price. I think the price is okay for the most part. I would rather spend the same amount at other courses with nicer greens and fairways personally. I would like to see the prices go down just a little bit on this course. However, this course is close to home and much cheaper than Stoney Creek (obviously). Hope to see you on the course!

The prices are actually really well here for both driving range and course. The food and beer is not badly priced as well. The course is pretty well taken care of. I have not been to many courses to make comparisons with but from what I've seen it's a pretty nice course. The golf carts are nice as well I had no issues with them. I know some people have issues the golf carts however I did not have any. If you are looking to play a good game of golf and have a good time I would definitely recommend this course and I would even go as far to say that is probably a budget driven course. I am 78 years old and still blessed to be healthy enough to walk 18 holes most days. That day was extremely hot and humid, mid 90's with high humidity. There are no water coolers on the golf course so I carried a bottle of water with me. I came in at the turn and mentioned to the pro shop attendant that it was tough that day and some water on the course would be helpful. He was very understanding and said he would pass the information on. I refilled my bottle and actually got a second one to carry. I got dehydrated on the back nine and actually felt some dizziness. I came back by the pro shop after my round and again mentioned the need for water on the course. The pro shop attendant again was very sympathetic. There was another person behind the counter at the time (I later found out was the head pro) who spoke up and said "we will never have water coolers on this course, they are unsanitary and we have a refreshment cart going around that you could have purchased water from". I told him we saw the refreshment cart one time all day, on our 11th hole right after I had restocked at the turn. His response was "I guess you should have carried more water with you". This kind of customer service is totally not acceptable and left me with a very bad overall feeling about The Challenge. I will continue playing there occasionally as my regular traveling group goes there a few times a year, but the head pro needs to get some training in customer service.
