It is a safe place for children of all ages to learn, grow, and interact with others. They have a large glass wall where parents can watch their child without being in the way. They have cubbies for shoes and socks. It's recommended that they bring a water bottle because they do have water breaks, but no fear if you don't. They have water fountains and a refill station for water bottles. They have a party room in the back, and a play area up front for siblings or kiddos early for their class. I was amazed at the bathrooms...they are so clean and have a stool provided. They also have a potty training seat that you can flip down if you are taking your kiddo and don't need the full open adult seat. They even had a station with feminine products for females who may need something in a pinch. They've truly thought of it all! I'll upload pictures once I can cover/blur the children's faces in them for their privacy. Sign up for an intro class! You'll be hooked!

This used to be Rockin Jump, which was a trampoline park, so even though we haven't been here in awhile, we expected it to still have trampolines. I'm sitting on a bench and there's a poster on the front desk that says "Airbound Tots Time" and has kids jumping on a trampoline...so what gives? They have a concession stand and when we went to order food, nothing was hot and we were told the pizza would be here in 10 minutes. It's been 40 minutes and no pizza and nobody knows what's going on. I paid $23.99 for two kids to jump for 2 hours and only after you pay and enter the arena do you discover there are no trampolines. This is extremely frustrating. Oh and they took down half of the rock climbing wall because they have no ropes, so you can't even climb more than 6 feet off the ground. We will not be back - my kids are aging out of bouncy houses and that's exactly what this is. Just beware if you're planning a visit here. Update: after an hour, a pizza came from Domino's - I paid $5 a slice and could have ordered an entire pizza for $12. I'm all for them making a profit but the pizza isn't even made here. What a joke.

Visited this park for the first time after learning that Surge Trampoline Park closed permanently…read more I was impressed with the customer service upon arrival and the ease of check-in. Front desk was fully staff, they were attentive and answered all my questions. We went on a Saturday so it more crowded than I like, but that's to be expected. There are many amenities and features here and the party rooms are private which I thought was a nice touch. Plenty of activities, not just trampolines. Ranging from inflatable bounce house near the entrance, arcade, cotton candy machine, basketball court, dodgeball area, Jungle gym, rockwall, toddler areas for play and jumping and of course trampolines. The couches are more comfortable here than Surge and the bathrooms are cleaner. They also have a special jumping area that's equivalent to a foam pit but no foam. It more of an inflatable area you can jump into and do tricks. It's hard to explain but that's the best way to describe it. I noticed several deals and discounts advertised throughout the facility, which would allow you to pay a cheaper admission if you came during those times/days. The price point was definitely higher than Surge so I was disappointed at that. There I could pay $8 during toddler time and receive unlimited jump time in return. Here the toddler time is $15 for 2 hours. I may not come as often because of the price but there are definitely a lot more to do here and it's much cleaner and we'll maintained. So you get what you pay for. Overall I can see why it's voted top place for children's parties in the triad.

Although the Dream Asia food festival was not a success in my opinion, that has nothing to do with the fairgrounds themselves. It's a huge space, mix of concrete walkway and grassy areas. Even though they are a lower league game, it is affordable and entertaining. The annex itself is used year round for our annual fair as well as skating for the public. There is ample seating but can be hard for people with walking issues to climb the stairs as there are no handrails. The set up as far as options for food and drinks are great. They even have a beer guy walking around now. There is a new scoreboard that is visually cool but doesn't seem to be working. The sound system is terrible and hopefully will be upgraded at some point. But overall it's great entertainment for a reasonable price. Catch a game, it's fast paced and keeps you on your toes!

Thomasville is very small town so there isn't much around the venue to do or see (just a couple of little shops here and there). The venue itself is pretty nice. Their main ballroom is very nice. It has hardwood floors, nice windowed double doors and two balconies that overlook the main floor. The space is pretty small. I wouldn't recommend it for events that has a guest list of over 100 with a dance floor needed. If you do book this space with a big guest list you will need to be OK with having tables put out in the foyer (main entrance) areas along with the balcony. The upstairs of the building has bridal suite which is decent size with a half bath inside. It also has another bigger room upstairs that ceremony which is where the ceremony was held. That space is also nice, the only thing is that weekend they had a huge air conditioning unit that was out which was a huge eye sore. They also had a grooms suite at another upper part of the building but of course I didn't get to glance at it. I also believe that this venue does provide full service (decor included). They also allow outside catering. My friend had a beautiful wedding at this location.

This is the most chaotic ice skating place I've ever been to in my life! Like some of the other…read morereviewers mention, there's absolutely no enforcement of any rules during public skating hours (rules are posted on the wall with explanation there is no one on guard). This means that there are people skating in OPPOSITE direction and also cutting straight across from one end to another instead of going in circles. Though I did enjoy the two hours I spent skating, I had to be on guard at all times for my safety. I'm not sure if there's another indoor ice skating place in Greensboro where you can feel safe, but Orange County Sportsplex in Hillsborough is less than an hour away from Greensboro and is much safer and nicer.

I'm giving it 1 star because the people who work there are absolutely wonderful! It is the actual rink that is the problem. My daughter has been telling me how bad the ice is but until I went and saw it myself, I was so sad to see the conditions of the ice. I saw the rental skates in such bad condition with the leather falling off and its just so sad. Often they don't even have the Zamboni midway during open skate time. They have an area for a snack bar but its not open. Bring your own drinks and food as they have 1 snack machine which is filthy. They don't even have a proper Pro Shop for both figure and hockey skaters. Its only for hockey, which is rather interesting because figure skaters produce more income. The ice needs to have a full ice removal and start over. The ice is disconnecting from the wall and is concaving. The insulation on the ceiling is not keeping the rink cool enough as there are holes in the ceiling that I am positive are from hockey pucks going through the insulation. I witnessed many falls especielly to the little ones. To the parent's who put helmets on their children, I commend you. I see such potential for birthday parties and interactions on the ice, but it's very clear that this is a rink for just the bare minimum and that's it. It's very sad to see, especially coming from a beach city and realizing that all 3 rinks that are in San Diego are incredible, then moving here only to see 1 rink thats falling apart and no other one to go to except Charlotte. From one business owner to another, it appears as though the owner doesn't care about the rink as if its just an investment not as a business. I see so much potential that his owner could do, but instead of realizing the full potential, the owner is clearly letting it go. I'm sure that he or she feels that if something happens seriously to someone, the rink has insurance. To me seeing how bad of a state this is in, I am shocked it is still open.
