I've never seen an adult have so much animosity and frustration towards a CHILD. It was very concerning. We will not be going back. Brandon, the owner is notorious about dodging phone calls and failing to communicate properly. I was unaware of his poor management until the week leading up to our event. At that time, it was too late to shift gears. This company failed to deliver, and took advantage of a NONPROFIT. We were extremely disappointed in the communication, and deliverance. We prepaid for Drinkz By Designs services which included 8 staff members. We barely had half show the night of our event. Our event mind you, was our largest charity event of the year. We had our board members bartending and picking trash in blacktie wardrobes, and full gowns. We were mortified at the way our event unfolded. I DO NOT recommend this company to ANYONE. They really should not be in business with the way the conduct and handle business and communication.

The owner Ryan calls me weeks later and quotes me a price point double of what Jessica called to request within a 5 minute time span. While speaking with Jessica in Sept, she stated that I would be reimbursed if I did not reach or exceed my initial party amount. I did not request these funds back. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and their lack of communication amongst the staff members.
