Visited here for a 4-year old birthday party. If you've never been to Holly Hill Mall in Burlington don't expect a variety of stores there. It's a small town mall. This business doesn't have a banner on the outside of the mall to let you know which side it's located...unlike the other stores. We arrived at the party an hour late, due to another engagement, and the kids were entering the party room preparing to eat. My kids very little because they were ready to Bounce!! I go to the front desk and ask the manager for wrist bands. Ok....Wait for it.... He said since we're with a birthday party the rules are that you bounce first(an hour), eat, and leave. I told him we'd had just gotten there maybe 10minutes ago. I let the mom of the party know...She tried talking to the manager, and he wasn't hearing it. He was so ugly to her...I finally said I'll pay for my kids to bounce...how much is it? $7/per kid. (I have 2 kids). Fine...I paid it just so they could bounce. The mom offered to pay the manager an additional $100-$200 for the kids to bounce again...he wasn't accepting it. The kids were visibly upset. The review gets 1 Star because my kids enjoyed bouncing. We stayed for about 90 minutes then had to leave because the business is small and it's cramped in the corner of the mall. This arcade has amazing games and bouncy houses. The games are such a W and there's basketball, air hockey, connect 4, ski ball, driving games, the guy where you drop the hammer, everything you would want in an arcade. Theres five guys right next to it and other food so you can go eat and then come back to play even more. If you play one of the better games then it's easy to get tickets. read more

Don't waist your money! No AC! Must be 80+ degrees. Told AC is broken. Funny thing, AC is working in the private party room. Many games are out of order. Only 1 of 3 token machines working. Brought my 8 & 10 year old grandboys. This Arcade is Not Younger Kid Friendly. It's obvious management is doing little to maintain the facility or machines in satisfactory working order. Extremely dissappointed. It appears there's no state or county ordnance holding this business to any health or operating standards. read more

It is a bit run down, but for $7 to jump, it's well worth the money and the seating area is nice. They've upgraded a ton of the arcade games which has made it a lot nicer, too. Recently did my daughters birthday there and the communication was clear. read more

Pros:$7/child for all day bouncing. Seating area for parents so they can still watch their kids while sitting. Cons: Very run-down, caliber of other customers there can be questionable at best. case in point...last month, the cops actually walked into the bouncing area because they were looking for someone there that they didn't find. read more

I took my 5 year old there for the first time last weekend. I paid $7 to "jump" in the inflatables all day so I was thrilled because I got to do some homework while he ran around. He fell in love with the air hockey table (2 tokens per play) and skee ball (1 token) so I probably spent $5 on games; each token is .25. Theres a snack bar across the mall. Its not 5 star dining but Id eat there again. It has become my go to spot for fun since its really close and cheap. read more

It's a small place, in the back of an arcade, in a run down mall. They rotate the inflatables occasionally, which is nice. There is no water fountain for the kids, but they are happy to sell you bottled water. The arcade games are overpriced, and are based on kids winning tickets to redeem for worthless prizes. Have your kids wear colored socks. White socks are basically black on the bottom when they play for more than 15 minutes. read more

The 16 and 14 year olds who were in charge turned my questions and efforts to solve a problem into hostility and then when the owner (their father) came in, he interrupted me and "fussed at me" publicly as my party guests were coming in. Disgusting tables, floors, bathrooms and bounce equipment. I would suggest going to the Tramooline Park in Greensboro where the staff are super friendly or to the bounce houses and glow in the dark putt putt at the Bowling alley.. The problem? I took a bday cake into the bounce house. I have been there when there has been cake and other food items in there When the 16 year old told me I couldn't have cake or presents in there I was surprised and told her I had seen others do it and that I didn't know that. I asked if the party room was available. She said yes it was available. I said "ok. I'll rent the party room". She told me no, that it had to be booked the Friday before. So I am standing there getting ready to have 6 kids come in for a bday party and they tell me I can't have cake in there AND that I can't rent the available party room and when I questioned it, they told me I had a "nasty attitude". The owner said he believed his three employees (two of whom are his children) over me and then proceeded to tell me I didn't have to have my party there at all (although 6 kids were going to arrive in 5 minutes). He continued to talk down to me as my guests arrived. I suggested that he put some notice up that they don't allow cake and presents in the bounce house area and he scoffed at me and said that he can't put up signs for every little thing and then in the next breath he told me I wasn't the first to bring in cake and I wouldn't be the last. Nice place for kids to burn off energy. The price is nice $7 to bounce all day.. my son can't wait to go back.

Unsupervised kids space when teen employees play with other adults in the kids space. Unruly rough housing is a constant. Managers turn a blind eye to your concerns. Disappointing at best. read more

The absolute worst employees in the bounce and arcade area. The staff are very immature and seem to have no clue as to what is going on. Had my nieces birthday party over the weekend and when we arrived the staff were rushing to set up the room and the party room floor was extremely sticky. They don't give you enough time to enjoy. Once we had 15 minutes left for the party a staff member open the door and shouted "you have 15 minutes left". My niece wasn't able to open her gifts we just had to rush and get everything out so the could set up for the next party. Definitely want be back to have another party. The only nice thing were the staff at the pizza stand across the hall they were extremely nice when I went over to purchase some ice. read more

Paid a deposit for a private children's party months in advance. Ordered everything superhero-table covers, plates, napkins, cups, superhero invitations, cake, etc. I called the day of to see how early I could arrive and they did not have me in their system and said all their private rooms were booked. The only accommodation was a table in the general bounce area with no chairs for people to sit and eat so all my food was left in the car except the cake. I was also overcharged and tried reaching out to the owner via email for resolution but no response. You would think as a business owner customer service would be a top priority but clearly to this owner it is not...buyer beware. read more
