We came to ParTee Shack to have a fun family outing. My kids and I are all very competitive, so we signed up for multiple go-kart races expecting a fair experience. Unfortunately, that wasn't what happened. During my first race, I was running in third place when another driver repeatedly rammed me from behind. Instead of stopping the driver who was causing the problem, my kart was shut down, allowing me to fall to fourth place. I brushed it off and kept racing. On the next lap, it happened again. My kart was stopped a second time, and two more racers passed me. After that, my kart felt noticeably slower, even with the accelerator fully pressed. Whether that was intentional or part of the system, it certainly didn't feel like I was competing on equal footing anymore. What frustrated me most wasn't losing. I can handle losing. What I can't accept is paying to race while feeling like the race is being controlled instead of officiated fairly. If another driver is creating a safety issue by repeatedly ramming people from behind, address the driver causing the problem, not the person being hit. When I decided I didn't want to participate in my remaining races because I no longer felt the competition was fair, I requested a refund. I wasn't demanding anything unreasonable. I simply didn't want to continue paying for an experience I no longer enjoyed. I was immediately told the races were non-refundable, with no effort to understand my concerns or offer any reasonable solution. The manager came out, but the interaction only made things worse. The staff wasn't even polite , but and seemed very inexperienced in handling customer complaints. There was no attempt to de-escalate the situation, explain exactly why my kart was repeatedly shut down, or offer any form of customer service that would leave me feeling heard. Everything felt very rigid: "That's our policy," and that was the end of the conversation. I left feeling dismissed and disappointed. I came to spend quality time with my kids and enjoy some friendly competition. Instead, I left frustrated, because I spent a pretty penny for races I was no longer interested in doing. The facility itself is nice, but customer service matters just as much as the attractions. Until management learns how to handle legitimate customer concerns and applies race rules consistently, I can't recommend spending your money here. I'm not sure if it was the color of my skin or gender and I have NEVER made this kinda accusation, but the experience definitely felt targeted. read more

Tonight was my first time at Partee Shack. It was so fun! We played the mini golf. Which was a great deal at only $15 for unlimited play and two courses. I loved how creative the courses were and fun! A few of the experience weren't open due to maintenance but overall it was a great time! They also had a snack bar, go carts, and an arcade which looked fun but I didn't try. Perhaps next time as the pizza looked delicious! read more

On Monday, August 10 at approximately 10:30 a.m., my 13-year-old son was injured in a go-kart accident at Partee Shack Greensboro. He was wearing the required seatbelt and helmet, but after T-boning a wall, the impact forced his face into an unpadded steering wheel. He sustained a serious facial laceration and required 20 stitches at the ER. I contacted the company afterward and requested only a refund of the $161.60 we paid for the experience - not medical costs or anything beyond that. As of one week later, I have received no response. I am posting this so other parents are aware of what happened and so the company's lack of follow-up is part of the public record. read more

We only played the indoor golf during this visit and it was lots of fun and a good workout lol. Towards the end some teens were allowed to repeatedly hop walls and cut off our game with no management intervention. Fortunately we were able to enjoy our game until the last 2 holes. With the in-laws in town around 4 July, we were looking for fun things to do with the nieces and nephews to beat the heat, and found ParTee Shack to be a great option! With everything from arcade to two full mini golf courses, and indoor go karting, there's no shortage of things to do here. We opted for the mini golf, and had a great time. Each coarse is very unique, and the one we played had mini games within each hole. They definitely put a new twist on mini golf. They also have a snack bar and serve beer, so adults can have a drink while playing mini golf. For one price you can play as many times as you want, even play both courses if you've got the time. It's a great value, and good way to escape the sweltering summer heat. Everyone hd a great time and I'm sure this is a place we will visit again with guests one day. read more

Some incorporate video games, others incorporate other sports, and a couple are so incredibly difficult that it really tests your skills (looking at you Ant Man). I've been seeing pictures floating around social media of very unique mini golf courses, and this one features well, especially the iconic school bus. ParTee shack is your classic adolescent party destination, offering unlimited mini golf, electric go kart racing, arcade games, and food. But, they also bring some appeal to the adults and this is certainly not a kids-only location. We came with our beloved kiddos, and they had a blast, but the adults had fun too! We came on a Tuesday, which was intentional because we had planned around their weekly specials. Tuesdays offer free golf for kids with paying adults, which for a family of four effectively cuts the price in half. Golf is a flat rate for unlimited play, and they offer two unique 18-hole courses (yellow and blue course.) You get a bracelet and can play either as much as you please, though realistically you'll probably play one time through each course. Both of the golf courses contain a variety of unique layouts, from holes which require you to shoot a basketball, to moveable chess pieces, to a school bus, to a zip line. Some of the holes are quite difficult, even for the adults, so it's good to establish a maximum par with your group to prevent getting stuck on any one hole. Go Karts can be a bit confusing, because you need to go through a not-very-efficient waiver process on tablets before you can actually pay to ride. The karts are all electric and the kids really enjoyed them. They do require everyone to purchase a head sock to help maintain sanitary helmets, but these were cheap (I think $2 but it's a fuzzy memory.) We didn't play the arcade games, but there was a decent selection there too. We also dropped by the concession counter, with the kids wanting snacks and the adults excited by the option of an alcoholic beverage. However, we ordered the ParTee Punch which was billed to be made with vodka, only to see it dispensed from a fountain, and it tasted awful. I would absolutely not revisit the liquor options here. The garlic knots, however, were fast and tasty. This is a fun afternoon activity for both kids and adults, but I would advise you to plan ahead and consider coming on a specials day to save some money. read more

We have had multiple great experiences at party shack they even allowed me to host my son's birthday there make sure to take full advantage of the party room. I'm hoping that more people transformed it in the way that I did since we hosted that party two years ago, they even hosted my family once and allowed us to come in so that we can make the content that you'll see in the video. The managers in the staff are very friendly. There's so much to do something for everyone. Y'all make sure y'all come on out to party shack there's not a lot of negative things to be said actually there's nothing negative to be said even when my son couldn't ride the go kart they didn't get upset. They just kicked them off as they should've But the next time they allowed him to drive so slow you could walk faster than he was driving and then he went again and he was an experienced driver look at that. read more

When you enter the building , you are greeted by a counter which can be kinda confusing. Word of advice, if you go for the go-karts , sign the waiver to the right before going to the counter. Once you have signed your waiver, go to the counter. An employee will confirm the waiver and charge you $2 for a helmet protector. Wear close toe shoes, if you forget, they have disposable socks and shoes for you to wear. We paid $54 for 2, this includes the helmet scarves things. You drive by appointment so we had 30 minutes to play games before the race. Okay so here's a catcher in my opinion, we bought a $5 card with 100 points as advertised. We didn't check the points per game before purchasing a game card. Well because we needed a new game card we were deducted 5 points and only received 95 points on our card. This made it impossible for the both of us to play games together. I played Halo, that cost us 50 points for one player. The games are expensive in my opinion but fun nonetheless. Race time, we went into a lobby, stood on a number, and was fitted for helmets. Next, shoe change for me because I had on a cute pair of sandals. Then, an employee pass out headphones and you watch a video about how to operate the go-kart and rules. Finally, we fell in line based on the number we were standing on and entered the track to get in our karts. Start your engine! Ohmygoodness!!! This was the most exhilarating thing I have done in a long time! Man, those cars are fast, the track is great. Adrenaline rush! You race for about 20 minutes and family and friends can either watch you on the deck upstairs or on the tv's in the lobby. Oh my goodness we enjoyed ourselves. The kids had a blast in that room. They have these really great cookies at the food court and their fries were just as good as the last visit. My team and I had a ball at ParTee Shack. We visited this location at the suggestion of a co-worker. My co-worker was on point. This place has the most creative mini golf course I've ever seen. From being inside a school bus, going down a slide, zip lining to a statue of Ant Man. There is so much to take in. There is also an Arcade and Go Kart track here. Go Karts are not really my thing but I will say that I loved the two floor track. My team had a lot of fun. It definitely brings out your competitive side. Really cool spot that has some potential. Located in the shopping center near Emerald Pointe (can't miss it off the highway). This new concept of games, go karts, mini golf, and more is a nice addition to Greensboro for leisure. It's pretty wide open once you enter and you will notice it is sectioned off in their respective activities. The main booth (straight , front & center) is where you purchase tickets for golf and go karts and such. The mini golf has several unique holes to play but can get very congested quick (especially on the weekends). The go karts are legit, nice and fast and mine went up to 35 mph. You must first register on tablets to the side (waiver, personal info etc). Then you enter the go kart area and they assign you a number and helmet; go over the rules & safety. The go karts are fun and fast. The track isn't too big but it's one part that's a nice break up going from ground floor to second, then back down. The go karts are a bit pricey ($23/ride) but it's a good solid 8 minutes of riding. The best part is it tracks your lap times so essentially you "win" by having the best average lap times opposed to being in front of someone. The video games are more kid friendly than anything. A couple games for older customers but mostly ticket/prize/kiddy games for the most part. When I was there, most of the games didn't even work. They do offer food, which I did not get. The eating area doesn't look too promising. Overall it's a nice option for fun and go karts are really fun. This place definitely has potential to be upgraded with more activities and opportunity to work out the beginning kinks. read more

So for most every hole there was some kind of game incorporated in- for example, one was shooting pool, one frisbee golf, one chess. First time here and boy did we have fun! For unlimited miniature-golf it is $15 per person. The price is not bad in comparison to other pricier places I've been to. There are two courses to choose from and they can entertain you for at least 2 hours. This place is very creative in their place setting, there is a pool setting, bowling, basketball hoops, ball target and much more. They have go-cart racing for kids as well as adults, for $15 per person for 1 race. They have a pizzeria food court side and an arcade to end the day. Great place for private events such as birthdays. The package prices are reasonable as well. This place is great! I went to ParTee Shack for a work event, and was amazed with what they had to offer. This is not your usual mini golf experience. They have two different courses to offer, and I took the easier route with my group. There are different obstacles, different rules for each hole that you can choose (or not to choose) to abide by. They have drinks on site, so if you get hot and thirsty, they've got you covered. One thing I did notice is that once you're playing mini golf on the course, it's hard to go to the bathroom, so it would be advisable to go before you get started or you'll have to interrupt so many people's games. There is one hole that has you on a school bus inside of the business, and it does have strobing lights, so if you have someone in your group affected by strobing lights, please avoid that hole. I'm definitely considering this for a birthday party location in the future. read more

If you're looking for fun for all ages, this is such a fun place for a group or a date. There's go-karting, mini golf, and arcade, food, and a small bar. I also really appreciated that they had free lockers for use. Without spoiling too much, you will not only be mini golfing, but incorporating a lot of other fun sports and activities as well. It really levels the playing field for those who are competitive yet want an innovative take on mini golf. The pricing is also ridiculously reasonable. There are two 18 whole courses and it's only $15 to play them an unlimited amount of times. All of the staff have also been very nice, no complaints at all about bad attitudes or anything like that. Although I haven't tried the go-karts, I enjoyed the mini golf experience so much that I brought my friends here fl when they came into town to visit. I kept it as a surprise and they all had a great time! The one complaint I have is that the lines can get pretty backed up. Luckily some people give up and leave to make things go by faster, but large groups can really cause a bottleneck. I don't think it would be fair to limit this since it really is a group experience, but it would be helpful to remind everyone when they pay that there is a six-stroke maximum. Otherwise, they are definitely some holes where people could be there forever before they finish. Hopefully the place stays in good condition even after a couple years from opening because there are a few holes that require some electrical wiring or other props, so maintenance and upkeep will definitely be important. Extremely Unsafe and Negligent I would strongly advise against visiting this facility. My daughter recently suffered a broken nose while using their go-kart due to blatant negligence on the part of the staff and the poor condition of the equipment. The go-kart's brakes and seatbelt were malfunctioning, and her helmet was neither properly fitted nor secured and the staff was not controlling drivers that were being unsafe on the track. During the ride, she was forced into a head-on collision with a wall by an aggressive driver and the brakes failed. The impact caused her helmet to fly off and, without a properly functioning seatbelt, her face hit the steering wheel, resulting in a broken nose. While the staff members were polite and quick to provide an ice pack and bandages, the general manager's response was appalling. Instead of addressing the seriousness of the incident, he dismissively pointed out that we had signed a waiver, showing more concern about legal liability than the safety and well-being of my injured child. This establishment prioritizes waivers over safety and proper equipment maintenance, making it incredibly dangerous. I cannot recommend this place and urge others to think twice before visiting. Today is my birthday. My husband and daughter wanted to take me to do something fun. Instead, we're spending the better part of the day in a healthcare clinic for a broken nose and possible concussion. read more

This was a spontaneous idea and we decided to check this place out yesterday. They have a small arcade area, indoor mini golf and go karts. They also sell food and alcoholic beverages. Families go there to enjoy some quality time and celebrate different occasions. The staff was incredible. Place is very cool inside and clean. We opted for the go karts, and needless to say I drove like a grandma, but all of the other five male drivers appeared to have a great time. They have lockers to put your personal items. We watched this instructional video prior to driving the go karts. I had such a good time that I forgot to take pictures. Last night was our first trip to ParTee Shack and in general this place is really very cool! We had my daughter's birthday party there and all of her friends had such an awesome time. The cost for the party was justified in my opinion. The party room is very big and they have a fridge, cake cutting tools, and plenty of tables and chairs. There are 2 golf courses for mini golf, an arcade, and go karts. Our party host was wonderful and worked with us on just about everything, including adding an hour to the party room and ensuring all of our guests were able to race together on go karts. The pizza they serve was surprisingly good! I was allowed to bring in a cake and additional snack food. The pizza is large and we had plenty leftover! The facility is clean and the staff is helpful. However I had 2 complaints... There was a LOT of things within the courses and arcade that were not working. In my opinion, I don't like being charged full price for anything that doesn't warrant the money. We played half of the blue course and 2 of the fun things within it were broken. My daughter was given an arcade card and the first 3 games she tried to play were also not working. No signs were on anything that weren't working. It was just a guess and check situation. The only other issue I had was the CLEAR lack of a dress code. This to me was a complete turn off. I had young teens with me, but many of them had young siblings. A party of people came in and one of the girls in the party was all but naked. Not a single person in the building didn't see her. Her outfit was 5 sizes too small. Her top half was barely covered at all in this corset that pushed her up and out for the world to see. She was also wearing a skirt that must have had a built in set of underwear that were completely up her butt. It was completely inappropriate. It wasn't enough clothes for a water park, much less an indoor family game facility. Nothing was said to her. Instead, the rest of us had to just be uncomfortable. She wasn't the only one here who was dressed COMPLETELY inappropriately. Another woman had on a full body suit onesie with no bra on and it was cut down to her belly button. I received enough points from our party to take my family back for free. But I am hesitant to go back here because it was uncomfortable to be around this. I def think a dress code should be implemented and guests who do not follow it, should be asked to leave. read more
