Our go to spot when the kids want to unwind and have a great time inside! From the go karting to…read morethe zip line to the delicious pizza , this is the place to go to enjoy a family full day ! Definitely recommend getting memberships for the kiddos because once they go they are going to want to keep going!

It was honestly chaos and unorganized. There should be a lane dedicated for people who have memberships and advanced purchases. If there is one. I did up going to the side and speaking with a staff member to check in and bypass the line to buy tickets. My son and 1 stayed about 3 hours, which was nice. I usually am active and engaged by jumping but it was too crowded and wanted the kids to the enjoy the space. I did enjoy myself for about 45 minutes of the time. Part of the membership is kids get a slice of pizza and snack. We went around 7:45pm as they closed at 9. The snack is usually popcorn or chips. My son wanted popcorn. He got a little and kernels. They gave us a buzzer as they were supposed to make more but I didn't see that happening around 15 minutes. We decided to leave, so I returned the buzzer without the popcorn. I think they should have a limit on how many people are present so that people can actually enjoy it without it being cramped. The free jump trampoline area had multiple people in one spot when it's supposed to be one only. There was no staff attending to that area but was a staff member at the other areas. In the future, I think I'm going to come earlier in the day if I'm going on the weekend to hopefully beat the crowd. But they have many birthday parties there too, along with walk ins. It can just be very overwhelming.

Daniel and Taylor were our guides and they were wonderful and patient with the gazillion questions our grandkids had. They were very professional even when my husband tried to do more than he should have and they had to reprimand him (he had been zipling on the "Green Bull" in Puerto Rico so he thought he could push the limits). The grandkids loved it and said it was their favorite part of the trip we were on. Anyways we will definitely be back to try the many other adventures they have. If you decide to go, make sure to ask for Daniel and Taylor!

Sure I had a…read morereservation for paintball and I'd spent the day fantasizing about all the cool things I'd do with that futuristic pneumatic gun in my hand. But what REALLY was I looking for? My answer came with Ethan. Nominally he was our referee and babysitter. But in reality... in reality he was our gunnery sergeant; our centurion from days of yore! He filled our air, fixed our masks, and marched us off to chow! He taught us the ways of paintball and we taught him a little about life. A member of my communal living space encouraged him to incorporate a slogan of his own design into his everyday work script: "have an extreme day". How novel! Yes Ethan. Yes.
