This was my first time checking out Safari Nation in High Point. Conveniently located off of Paris Avenue, but it can also be accessed off Eastchester dr, then heading towards the rear of the parking lot wrapping around pestmart. Upon entering my family and I were greeted by the friendly staff. Checking in was easy using the check-in kiosks. I attended a friend's son's birthday party here, and the party room comfortably accommodated our group of about 20 people. The room was set up with 3 picnic style tables and additional chairs along the open wall area. There was a waiting area with a couch and two massage chair outside our room. This location appears very well maintained. The playing area floors, tables, and bathrooms were notably clean, which is always appreciated in a kids' venue. They offer a good selection of arcade games to keep children entertained, along with snacks at the concession stand and a couple of vending machines for added convenience. Staff members were stationed throughout the play area checking for overall safety of children playing. Overall I was impressed with Safari Nation in high point. Highly recommended! read more

What a great place to bring your children to run out all that extra energy parking lot was clean, entry clean as well. Opening the front door you are greeted by a huge colorful elephant LOL! You sign in with your little one, take a few pics before entering, and watch them light up. My grandsons 1st birthday party was here. I would definitely highly recommend this place for groups, or individual family time. Bring your favorite socks to walk around the fun zones. It's very colorful, "PADDED" so love that!! Well set up and comfortable. I honestly can not wait to go again. My grandson face just lite up That for me, was priceless!! Great for parties, great for play dates for little crawlers to our bigger babies Give them a visit adults are free. I came here with my 2 year old son on a Friday during winter break. We arrived right when they opened and little did we know that the place would soon be taken over by lots of older kids from the Y. All the commotion from all those kids did overwhelm my son at times, but we still managed to have fun. I appreciated how large their 4 and younger section was and there were 2 slide options. I wish there was staff regulating that area a little more as some of the older kids did attempt to play in the area. With the larger playground, there was a good variety of slides and activities. However, there are some areas that need to be fixed as you could see things were falling apart after lots of wear and tear. There is a section where you can shoot soft balls and my son was scared of that noise and it was going off often. I appreciated that you could bring outside food, but not sure why you cannot bring outside drinks. Overall, it can be a hit or miss on how busy it is so you just take that risk when you go. Also it truly depends on your child if they will like that type of environment. read more

We arrived about five minutes early. The owners, however, arrived over 10 minutes late to open the High Point Safari Nation location. (From the empty parking lot, I called the Winston location inquiring if the place in High Point was closed. They called the owner and then let me know it would be open soon.) The owners were very sweet--husband and wife. They honored a digital yelp coupon that they didn't know was even still active. We were a bit disappointed that we could not purchase bumper car tickets because they needed repaired and apparently all locations (according to owners) were unable to have regular maintenance done on them--no locations had working bumper cars at the time. The place remained almost empty most of the time we were there playing which was super fun for my grandkids--though the owners didn't bother to open the zip-line until a couple more kids arrived to play. Schools were closed for a holiday. We expected the place to be packed. (If I were the owner, I would have offered a deal to the schools for the teachers to share or have done some type of marketing on social media keeping up with school calendars, knowing schools were going to be closed that day--barring emergency, would have opened on time.) Most play areas were in decent shape with only a few that need revamping--tears in upholstery, missing pieces, games out of order, etc. I don't remember seeing any safety issues which is good. Note, if bumper cars aren't going to be active, perhaps it's time to use the space for miniature golf or laser tag to help with revenue since it's an extra ticket item, anyway. Overall, our grands had a blast--they would give the day of fun five stars because they got to have a private party with their Popple (granddad) and me. I would give the owner's five stars for being kind and good natured. My overall rating, however, is three stars for this location. Between the grands opinion and mine, that average would be four stars. I truly hope they are able to up their game and improve their location. Greensboro remains the best in local Safari Nation locations so far. read more

Our kids both enjoyed themselves for a good couple of hours here on a Sunday afternoon. They have lots to climb, slides, some ticket arcade games, bumper cars, a little zip line area, and a big area for babies. There was a birthday party going on when we went, but it didn't feel too crowded. My only gripe for this particular location (I haven't been to the other locations) is that the designated baby area is front and center when you first walk in. So kids who first enter and are excited to run and play charge straight forward to where the babies are supposed to be able to play without worry of getting trampled. There was lots for our baby to enjoy in that area (her older sister enjoyed playing with her too), but we had to make sure we stayed glued to her in there to make sure a bigger kid didn't run or jump on her in their haste. Still, we'll come here again, especially on a bad weather day. Good entertainment for the kids without breaking the bank. read more

I love this place! I took my granddaughter today for the first time. Jessica Brown was the attendant assisting me and she went above and beyond helping me sign in and showing us around the area how to use it and all the refreshments!!! She was so sweet and amazing!!! The place is immaculate and very kid of any age friendly!!! The snack area is clean and not overpriced!!! We will be back again and again my granddaughter loved her time there!!! Our five and six year old boys loved the indoor play area and the slides were age appropriate. The bumper car area was also a "hit" with them. The bathrooms were nice but overall the facility is a bit small. The staff was very friendly, but I didn't think the experience was a bit pricey when we added on the arcade games and bumper cars. We would go again for a special occasion. read more

After going to Safari Nation a number of times with my grandchild, she had so much fun she decided she really wanted her birthday party there. The staff did an awesome job. The party room was great and all the children had a blast. I would definitely recommend Safari Nation. They have a place for the smaller children and a game room. We loved the photo booth. read more

I had my sons birthday party here last month. This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a child's birthday party venue. First of all, the staff there is incredibly rude and unhelpful. When we first arrived, everything seemed fine. My husband and I weren't able to find our reserved parking spot but we thought it was just us - at first. There another birthday party was running over their time, but that wasn't an issue. We were initially told over the phone that we could be let in an hour before to decorate, upon arrival told by the shift supervisor we would get 15 minutes to decorate. We also added a few pizzas during our call to be paid when we got to the venue. Later as the party began in the party room, the shift supervisor pulled my husband aside to tell him rudely - "You need to pay for the extra pizza you added over the phone, it should've paid at the beginning. If you do not pay for the pizza immediately, we will discontinue the party and you will be asked to leave." For reference to anyone reading, it was about 20 bucks or so to add the pizza. I had no issue paying for the pizza I added, but because I have not had a party here before, I wouldn't have known to pay it at check-in. My point - we were not prompted by the staff members to pay the pizza at arrival. But we were come at very rudely about it when that was the staff's mistake. After paying for the extra pizzas, they told us to let them know when we wanted them to bring in the pizza. When that time came, they only brought in 1/2 of the pizzas we ordered. I, the mother had to go back out and ask 'where the other half of my pizza was'? The staff supervisor first asked me, "Are you sure really ordered X amount of pizzas?" They confirmed that I wasn't the crazy one, I was correct. But they weren't able to find the other 1/2 of the pizza, and we waited about 5-10 minutes waiting for what our solution to the missing pizza was going to be. Then I walk up to the counter and I, myself found the pizza sitting behind one of the counters. The staff supervisor was embarrassed and apologized! After being rude to me and my husband. After we went back with pizza, no one wanted it because it was cold, so I wasted money. We finished the party and wanted to ride the bumper carts, so we got our tokens from the staff supervisor and she was operating the ride for us. While I was waiting to ride next, the staff supervisor said to me "I am sorry, I hope you understand that I work with a bunch of teenagers." She was trying to give an apology to me after being rude, and now trying to be relatable- and blame her coworkers for being lazy. As we were leaving, the shift supervisor came up to us and gave us our sons free pass for the month. She said "You guys were supposed to receive this at check-in but it got missed. I am sorry for that and I am glad that I didn't miss that for you." Again something missed by the staff. When we left we checked on that reserved parking spot again, and we saw that no doubt, we in fact did not have a parking spot marked to show reservation for our sons party. I think someone just missed writing his name completely because I didn't even see a parking spot for his party time. For the price that I paid, I will absolutely never consider having another party here or recommend someone having a party here. read more

Absolutely sickened to my stomach this place is up and running. I had to ask for my money back and left to another place after I was continuously harassed by the staff here. A entire party of 20 or more there not wearing a mask. 4 or 5 of the staff members continuously harassed me over the intercom and approached me asking me to leave if I do not comply and I answered "when you ask them to wear theirs I will wear mine" . The staff member answered " they wont listen, but if you dont listen we will force you to leave" . The staff members are extremely rude and confrontational, picking fights and starting meaningless arguments because they could. Like I said 4 or 5 younger ladies continuously staring over at me, using the intercom to harass me so finally I asked for my money and one younger lady staff member sincerely apologized for how her other staff members were harassing and bullying me and my child out of there. They walked right by a party of 20 or so people NOT wearing masks to tell me all this! YES, HARD TO BELIEVE, but this is all true. She even offered a free slushy and I kindly said no thanks then me and my child went to another place. read more

Our family absolutely loves Safari Nation! The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming when we met! I watched staff clean basically the whole time we were in there once, and it's always clean, which as a mother makes you feel grateful! My daughter is ready for them to open back up!
