This is a huge building when you drive up. When you get inside it is literally the biggest waste of space I've ever encountered. The entrance and sock dressing area is a 30% of the space. It's $25 a person on a Saturday and of course you have to purchase the magical, sticky socks for $6 a person but it is definitely a one and done type place. You take your kids here once and that's it. The trampoline parks make better use of the square footage with a lot of different fun activities. There is no way a child can stay entertained for more than an hour here. My suggestion is take your $33 go to one of the more fun trampoline parks, get your moneys worth and be able to where any sticky, magical socks you've bought in the past and save $6 !! The photos posted, that's it, that's tue entire space for play inside. They spent their money on the building they need to sell those magical, sticky socks to everyone!! PS the Owner/Management and the responses, honestly, tells you exactly what you need to know about this business. She/He is very unprofessional and defensive in every responses, the customer service in the responses are very low par. Why would I care to defame your company, I'm stating the truth. Went to Velocity 360 for another child's birthday and we had a great time. The kids had a blast and have already asked to go back. I read some other reviews that indicated they weren't the easiest to work with as the birthday host and while they weren't bad for the event we attended, I certainly didn't feel they provided great care either. For the party we went to, this wasn't really a big deal as the kids had so much fun, but keep it in mind if you're booking this. Other parents told me their kids had been before and loved it so it seems like if you are just attending there is no issue with the place and I would recommend it based on my experience. There is a play area for the slightly younger kids but since there are so many older kids here, it can get over run with kids of all ages. The rest of the area isn't unsafe for younger kids but the bigger kids may make it hard for them to play at times. So if you only have younger ones, Safari Nation may be a better place to go. They have a nice sitting area for the parents where you can see the whole place which is really a great feature as someone who doesn't want to follow my older kids around the whole time. They have a small bar with can drinks as well, which can be nice if you're staying for a while. All in all, the kids will love it and it's not a bad place for parents to be for a while either. read more

Took my son and his two best friends to hang out for my son's birthday. We arrived around 5:30pm on a Saturday. The parking lot looked empty but I didn't care because I'm thinking less "stinky feet" I have to suffer through. We go in and we were immediately greeted by two pleasant young ladies. They asked if we had signed the waivers which we hadn't. So they directed me to the sign in station and explained to my husband how I should complete it. They told us the weekend deal which was $25 for 2 hours jump-n-play of all activities. So we took advantage of that deal. The boys were so excited! They couldn't contain themselves especially to hear they could do all the activities. They were given wristbands which were color coded by the time slot that they needed to leave. You are able to purchase socks or bring your own. We just purchased ours. One thing that stood out immediately was that I didn't smell feet. Omg! I was so glad! Another thing that stood out is that I saw staff walking around cleaning throughout our time there even though they don't close until 10pm. They had plenty of cubby space for shoes. Let me tell ya, these boys had a great time!! As you can see from the pictures, there was so much for them to do. There is a section for toddlers which I think is pretty nice for moms with multiple ages. Also, they have party rooms for birthday parties. Pricing info is on their website. There's a snack spot which we took advantage of during their mini-break. The snacks are a la carte. I spent about $19.96 on snacks but that was literally candy and water and dippin dots. As nice as the place is, I was hoping to get the boys pizza but they didn't have that. There is a section for adults that had tvs, pool table and foosball and I believe there is a separate price for that. All in all, we had a great time but next time me and my husband getting a wristband too because we watched a man with his son and he was having the best time. At the top of every hour, they announce which wristband color time has ended. When we were getting ready to leave, the two nice young ladies were up front to tell us thank you for coming. We found ourselves back for another birthday party. The first one was for our 3 year old last October! The establishment is pretty squeaky new. It has three areas of play, but for the purpose of birthday party packages for toddlers, the play area is more than enough for endless entertainment. It offers a giant storied play place with things to jump on, swing from, crawl, slide, you name it! I love that there's also a gated area for the very small. I'm talking crawling babies small. Up top, offers a place for adults to supervise from above and enjoy a beverage. There is also a place you can buy drinks and snacks from on the ground level since you cannot bring your own from outside. Birthday packages are pretty pricy, but takes most of the work out for you from having to worry about food and drinks. They allow you to bring in your own decorations and cake, but there isn't a lot of time to set up since you can't go in before 11am (aka when they're open). We have been several times for fun and for birthday parties. Each time the staff have been so helpful. Very clean inside. Our most recent trip we were able to really enjoy the dodgeball trampoline area, basketball trampoline area, Ninja Obstacle Course, toddler center, ball pit, climbing area with slides and zip line. There are more pros than cons here and I think it is a great place to bring kids. The best part about this place versus the other trampoline parks is there is no time limit. You pay entry and stay as long as you like, which def makes the hefty price tag feel more reasonable. There are multiple options for kids to do. The large playground has tons and tons of climbing areas, a ball pit, and obstacle courses. There are trampolines for basic jumping and flipping and there are basketball dunk trampolines. Their "pit" is covered and I fully appreciate that. My daughter got lice from the pit at Sky Zone once. Those foam cubes are gross and I love that this is covered. They have a slack line and jousting beam, ninja course, and dodgeball area. They also have part rooms and a Sky Lounge where adults can escape the chaos while their kids play. The cons were broken equipment and some of the staff acted like they hated their job. Now... I will say it really was 1 person in particular and the rest of the staff was pretty nice. But that one person did leave a negative impression. All in all the place is clean and it is a great option for fun, especially if the weather is bad. read more

I came because the building looked decent but looking at pricing chart and the fact that you have to pay for each person visiting is ludicrous. i had a one year old that just likes to follow a sibling. your telling me i cant supervise my kids. Went on Tuesday which is a dead day for this business (only 6 kids there) in High Point. I was sold the all day pass and told that you can use all equipment and re-entry for the day. This was my autistic son's 4th birthday. He plays for a bit but wanted to play with a toy. I asked both employees there if we could get him some food and come back and told yes just leave the wrist bands on and come back before closing and they told me the hours. Returned and horrible Kaitlyn was an absolute rude and horrible person. They totally lied and told us absolute no re-entery and there was not 1 single person in the business. Bait and switch liars! To all my birthday party planners. Do not book here! I repeat do NOT book here! The kids had an awesome time, but the manager Rayna and her staff are very rude and act as if they could care less. Rayna is very straightforward and clear as she would describe herself. So I'm going to be straight forward and clear when I leave this review. Party is set for 2:00- they only give you 5 minutes to set up. Yes 5 minutes. So you will be setting up while your guests are arriving Personal Party Host- what personal party host?? She did not come in until 3:45 pm to help serve the pizza. About pizza- make sure you tell your guests to eat before they come. They reserve the last 30 minutes of the party for pizza and cake and once that's done it's time to go!! So in the 1hr and 30 minutes reserved for playtime, your party will get hungry or even thirsty. We had to request 2 pitchers of water for the kids in the meantime and a little aggressive with asking for pizza a little early. Back to the party host- I had to go back and constantly ask for things. I had the highest package for 10 kids and 2 pizza and pitchers. They do not care about the parents/adults that brought your kids to the party- which I don't expect them too-- but we do because what parent don't appreciate the parents for bring their kids to their birthday party-Rayna does not provide paper goods to those kids outside of the party not even the parents, so be prepared to bring your own paper goods. With cake and having to order more pizza we ended up needing more paper goods so we had to end up using their plates which is an additional fee. Just ask them for the details if you book. The details are quite fuzzy. This place needs to revamp their birthday package and fire the manager which does not have any customer service skills. There was never a pleasant conversation with her. This is a honest review. If you don't believe me, book your kids party here. You will instantly regret it. We will not be going unless specifically requested by our kiddos for personal play. Our family has visited Velocity 360 a handful of times. We typically visit during the week, which we prefer due to less people. On a Tuesday at 530, there are maybe 4-5 kids playing. The facility is clean, staff is relatively friendly. There is plenty to keep younger kids entertained for a while and is a favorite of my youngest. My teen got bored quickly. There are trampolines, an area with trampoline basketball and dodgeball, a obstacle course and designated area for younger children. There is a snack bar & bar upstairs for adults that has comfortable couches and spacious seating. For two drinks was $13 (alcoholic). There is also a foosball and pool table for rent. Overall, this a good place in a very convenient location. The only negative for me is the pay structure, separating costs for trampolines, obstacle course or younger kids area, which range from $12-16 per 30m. This place is definitely more expensive than other places, which is probably why it's less busy- but attractive to me when I want to be able to keep very close eye on my child and not be around so many people. read more

Very nice facility! Several fun trampoline options, (dodge balk, basketball, etc.), an obstacle course and a fantastic play space fir climbing and sliding including a separate toddler area. Lots of nice spaces for birthday parties. Big loft area upstairs for parents to relax while the kids play. The downside is, from the loft, parents cant really see the trampoline section which matters because every time we've gone, there has been little to no staff supervision ( which is reason I'm not giving it 5 stars). There was one young man one time who actually did spend quite a bit of time supervising the trampoline area and even interacted with the kids to get games going.( much appreciated!) But sometimes when we come there wasn't a supervisor on duty at all. Just s person to check people in. And other times, the people who were supposed to be watching the trampoline area were sitting on a bench in a different section playing on their phone or standing near the lobby area talking to each other. This seems dangerous to me, as a couple of times I've had to intervene myself when other people kids kids were jumping on top of each other (in the area where they leap onto a giant air mattress instead of waiting for the previous kid to move safely out of the way) and their own parents couldn't see them from where they were sitting. Im not comfortable supervising steangers' kids but when they're doing something dangerous, someone needs to be watching. I guess I'm spoiled by the other trampoline place in that we visit that always has lots of people supervising every area all the time. ) Velocity 360 really is a fantastic facility and kids seem to have a lot of fun here but be forewarned, You will probably need to plan to supervise them yourself. read more

the facility is pretty nice for the most part. however, the experience was really soured by the inflated price, the fact that require only THEIR socks, and not even five minutes after our paid play time was over, one of the workers came to get us, to tell us to leave. it's an obvious sales tactic to require the velocity socks (which are $6). Any socks with the grips on the bottom would be sufficient. although we had fun, we won't be returning, or recommending to friends. read more
