    Clean, Bright, & Inviting!

I have been coming to this Trampoline Park for a while, but I fell in love with it at the beginning of the year. Brian, the owner, and his staff are so friendly and welcoming. They keep they place very clean and updated. They keep the safety of kids in mind when allowing people into the park. Even if you don't jump, you must fill out a waiver. For example, if you want to tour the facility for a birthday party, you have to fill out a waiver first. It allows them to know who is inside their facility at all times. The best part about their facility is the membership that they offer. $25 a month and you can jump up to 3 hours a day every day if you want! I am there 2-3 times a week, it is my cardio! They also reduced the price of their bottled water recently at the request of guests. They really do accommodate their customers more than other area parks. Big fan!!!!

I took my boys here today, we had some gloomy weather so I wanted them to have some fun and burn their energy out. There was 1 adult with 2 kids playing when we arrived. Online the hours stated they close at 10:00 pm but when I arrived (7:30pm) the front employee had like a worried look and asked how long we would be playing because her manager said they would close early tonight I ignored that they where closing early and stated that we came to play for an hour. Boy was she upset!! The boys had a fun time playing the trampoline area was nice and clean. They also had some arcade and vending machines. The only thing that bothered me was the whole time we played we got such dirty looks from both of the girls. We felt unwanted sadly. Other than that uncomfortable feeling every thing else was great. It does cost an arm and leg to play for an hour. If the employees had been nice I would rate a 5 Please try evaluating and train your employees I hope they don't treat all the customers like they treated us.

Also the larger blow up at the front of the store probably needs to be replaced all together as there is tape trying to keep some parts of it still together. Overall, I would come back again.

I've been to their competitors, and I can say for certain that Rockin' Jump is better. Why? #1 Customer service. Rockin' Jump has a super friendly team of people that are waiting and available to manage the parties. The parties have reserved rooms, time slots, and everything is clean, set up and prepared. The parent needs only show up and manage the kids. This is not what you'll get everywhere else. We were able to bring our own cake, but we purchased drinks. The party came with pizza. The jump time was 1.5hrs, and we were able to jump a little after the party. The Rockin' Jump facility is well maintained and clean. I had taken my son there years ago and was pleased with it, but today it was up to date, clean, and they had added a really cool basketball court with padded floor and trampolines. This space was busy the whole time, as was the dodgeball area, but there were no lines. Every area was staffed, including the climbing wall. Honestly, the experience is seamless and easy. The price is fair. The facility is clean and up-to-date. What else could you want?

Like all trampoline parks, you have to sign a waiver that you will hold them harmless if any injury occurs. In the trampoline area, there are huge steel beams that I watched no less than a dozen kids nearly eat it into. Each one of the four kids in my party nearly did this. We watched and winced every time a kid barreled towards one, just near missing. Finally I directed my kids away from the trampolines and onto the inflatables. It is so foolish that they don't have these beams wrapped in some form of padding, it is only a matter of time until someone gets concussed or knocks out their teeth. Because of this, we will never return here. It is a massive and ridiculous oversight in my book.

Class sizes are small (currently 6 or less students per class), with multiple classes offered daily throughout the week (with the exception of Sundays). Classes are categorized as "Jumpers" (trampoline based), or "Tumblers" (tumbling based), and broken down by age groups. Classes offered are recreational, however once requisite skills are attained, students have the opportunity to try out for their elite team, which is their competitive team which travels to compete against other athletes on the State, National and International levels. It was honestly chaos and unorganized. There should be a lane dedicated for people who have memberships and advanced purchases. If there is one. I did up going to the side and speaking with a staff member to check in and bypass the line to buy tickets. My son and 1 stayed about 3 hours, which was nice. I usually am active and engaged by jumping but it was too crowded and wanted the kids to the enjoy the space. I did enjoy myself for about 45 minutes of the time. Part of the membership is kids get a slice of pizza and snack. We went around 7:45pm as they closed at 9. The snack is usually popcorn or chips. My son wanted popcorn. He got a little and kernels. They gave us a buzzer as they were supposed to make more but I didn't see that happening around 15 minutes. We decided to leave, so I returned the buzzer without the popcorn. I think they should have a limit on how many people are present so that people can actually enjoy it without it being cramped. The free jump trampoline area had multiple people in one spot when it's supposed to be one only. There was no staff attending to that area but was a staff member at the other areas. In the future, I think I'm going to come earlier in the day if I'm going on the weekend to hopefully beat the crowd. But they have many birthday parties there too, along with walk ins. It can just be very overwhelming.

It was one of the better birthday parties we've been to in the area. There are so many things offered. Signing in wasn't that difficult. There are kiosk near the interest. Since this was a party, we didn't have to deal with purchasing at the counter. There are so many party rooms and full length tables near the cafe. This is a true warehouse space with enough seating options. My phone's battery was about to die and there were charging stations. There is plenty of seating for adults. The party rooms are small, but they did offer a lot of food/drinks. I was so used to the food at kids parties only having 1-2 slices, but there was a lot of food. They had zip lines, bounce areas, basketball sections, dodgeball, some neat bumper car ride, go carts, rock climbing wall, slides, obstacle course and some video games. Now the negative...the cafe staff were just slow and rude. The cashier would barely open her mouth. She got annoyed because I asked her to speak a little louder. No smiles behind the counter. No pep in anyone's steps. It took 30 mins to get 6 of the smallest chicken wings I've ever had. The fries were covered in honey. I should have gotten the pizza. It looked pretty good. The bathroom sinks didn't have soap. They should have more hand sanitizer stations. Hopefully, my friend wasn't charged extra, but we were supposed to come back to the room at 2 to eat, but the food didn't come until almost 2:30. The party ended at 3. We will definitely come back. Recommendations - get pizza at the cafe versus something that needs to be cooked. I'm sure week night is a lot calmer. It was busy, but there was room. I'd say so far, this is my favorite kid place in Greensboro for preteens/teens.
