We went to Get Air last Friday for my daughter's birthday. When we arrived we had the whole place to ourselves! That was so nice! The only downfall to the outing was there was no air, it seemed like no air inside. For kids running and jumping, air was much needed, especially being so hot outside! Thankfully they did have drink machines so we got lots of waters for the guests with us. The check in process was easy, but for future guests, if you can, do the waiver online prior to getting there to save a few minutes checking in. Overall, the kids had a great time! read more

We have come here for years but this time I found it very run down. This is a great place for kids but the inside is run down. The bathrooms were dirty, the hand dryer didn't work and there were no paper towels. The floors need vacuuming and have lots of wear showing. I have been coming to this Trampoline Park for a while, but I fell in love with it at the beginning of the year. Brian, the owner, and his staff are so friendly and welcoming. They keep they place very clean and updated. They keep the safety of kids in mind when allowing people into the park. Even if you don't jump, you must fill out a waiver. For example, if you want to tour the facility for a birthday party, you have to fill out a waiver first. It allows them to know who is inside their facility at all times. The best part about their facility is the membership that they offer. $25 a month and you can jump up to 3 hours a day every day if you want! I am there 2-3 times a week, it is my cardio! They also reduced the price of their bottled water recently at the request of guests. They really do accommodate their customers more than other area parks. Big fan!!!! read more

We left a little early because we just couldn't take it anymore. I took my boys here today, we had some gloomy weather so I wanted them to have some fun and burn their energy out. There was 1 adult with 2 kids playing when we arrived. Online the hours stated they close at 10:00 pm but when I arrived (7:30pm) the front employee had like a worried look and asked how long we would be playing because her manager said they would close early tonight I ignored that they where closing early and stated that we came to play for an hour. This trampoline park gets a four star, albeit a weak four, but certainly they could do a bit better! Located in a strip mall in High Point, Get Air is a great place to take the kids to get out that extra energy! It's a huge room that's got a ton of trampolines, basketball trampolines, foam pits, trampoline dodgeball, and some obstacle foam pits. There's a range of ages there on any given night, but on this Friday night it's seemingly a regulars night with the ages mostly being teens. The "monitors" that are in referee uniforms are constantly walking the room watching out for the little ones and making sure the older ones don't get too rambunctious! To their credit, they seem to interact with the little ones quite a bit and the older teens seem to perhaps even know them from regular visits. After possibly 9pm they turn the lights out and hit the disco balls and the kids seem to crank it up a notch! Though the place seems clean and pretty well run, they could monitor the bathrooms a bit more. The only turn off to me would be if these college age monitors were "chatting it up" with the obvious teen age girls. I only saw it once and it only went on for about ten minutes. All said, this is a great place to let the kids unwind, but it is chilly inside due to how hot the bouncers would be if it was warm inside. Bring a jacket! read more

My kids absolutely love this trampoline park the best of all of them. However, there are some hit and miss spots I feel need to be addressed. The last time I went with a friend (about 3 weeks ago) and our 4 kids collectively, one of them had to use the bathroom. The bathroom was closed off and my friend had to find the employee. The employee said they were having plumbing issues and she could take her daughter next door to the fitness center. She walked over there with her daughter, only to be told by the management of the fitness center that restrooms were for clients only. They asked who sent her there, and when my friend said Get Air did, they didn't have a clue about it. What a mess. I can't imagine if she had gone solo. She would have had to take both children to the fitness center. And if they had denied her, she would have had to leave altogether to find a bathroom. Bottom line, if you open the business for the day and have little kids with bladders the size of peanuts and moms with bladders the size of peanuts, you should probably have working restrooms. And if you direct people next door, you should probably have spoken to the business before sending people over there. On a positive note, we paid for an hour, but since there was barely anyone there, the young lady up front let all the kids jump for almost 2 hours. My kids slept great! Fast forward to this past week. Bathrooms were working, thank goodness. There was one child jumping when we brought 4 additional kids to jump. I was surprised when they timed out the first child's hour. It was still the 5 same children jumping and she was by herself (with mom of course). So I guess it depends on who is working the front). I was literally embarrassed that I had her party there for all the guests to see how bad this place was. They didn't even fulfill their end of the party package that was purchased for $300. I will never go to this place again even just for a jump pass. They should be embarrassed about how bad their facility is. We went here on Saturday 3/20/21 and weren't pleased. My 6 year old loved the trampoline park in itself and wanted to have his birthday party here but we may have to reconsider. The women's bathroom stalls had no toilet paper and the none of the stall doors would stay closed or lock. Neither of the tv screens in front of the foam pits were working correctly; both had error messages on the screen. The foam blocks look like they need to be replaced. The candy inside of the big candy machine were very discolored from being in it for so long. To bring your kids here for an hour or so, it's great; but as far as having a party here, not for $200-$300. And you must share the same room with another party unless you pay extra to have the room to yourself which are very small rooms already. read more

Not only do my kids love Get Air, I love it too! This is a great location in High Point off of Eastchester, right next to Planet Fitness. Lots of parking, great hours, large clean facility and friendly employees. We usually go on the weekends in between breakfast & lunch to avoid crowds, birthday parties and bus trips. My kids have a blast and I get in a great workout! The employees at the front desk are very friendly and helpful; always a pleasant experience checking in and my questions are always answered. If you find yourself needing assistance in the jump area, there are always random employees keeping watch. My only complaint is that sometimes older children will run through and jump around acting obnoxious in the toddler area and that is very frustrating when there are little three and four-year-olds trying to jump around and have fun while staying safe. I've witnessed this twice and both times a staff member has come over telling them to leave the area which is great. I've also been to a few birthday parties here and they are very organized and a lot of fun. Very much looking forward to coming back soon to jump the morning away with my kids! I hosted a party at Get Air (High Point, NC) for my daughters approximately 2 weeks ago. The party was a success. The children had lots of fun and the adults enjoyed themselves. The facility was very appropriate for my party. The jumping areas were clean, spacious, and sparsely populated so the children could move about easily. The party room was clean and the space was more than adequate to accommodate my guests which included 19 children and 17 adults. Get Air's employees were very accommodating. They frequently checked to see if we needed anything, and they quickly responded to our requests for napkins, utensil, etc. In sum, my party went very well and everyone had a great time. However, there were areas at the park that needed attention and consideration. First, the lighting in the bathroom was dim and one of the faucets was broken. Second Get Air offers very limited menu items for parties (only pizza and soda). Therefore, I had to pay an additional $50.00 to Get Air so I could bring in outside food from other vendors to accommodate my guests who could not eat tomato sauce. read more

The kids had fun, since it was only an hour, but...they didn't fight me on leaving. There are literally ONLY trampolines, so it doesn't take long to get bored. It was clean from what I could see. This trip to Get Air in High Point this past weekend left me sick to my stomach with two toddlers crying when we were asked to leave... My husband, two kids (2 and 4) and myself have visited this Get Air location several times before this past weekend. We have always had a great experiences, with our kids always asking to visit again- not anymore. We paid for our two kids like we always do and my husband and I monitor and play with our kids- we don't jump. The trampoline park was empty (should have known this was not a good start). At one point my son and daughter bonked heads while playing; my husband and I were consoling them when an employee told us to get our kids up and not "sit there". I was appalled and I should have know that with new management and a general understanding of what good parenting looks like (play with kids, monitor them and have fun as a family) is not what this company believes in. With this being said we ultimately left because several employees scolded us for playing with our toddler and pre-schooler (we helped our son make a hoop shot) tossed a ball around with our daughter, tried to get them to jump like a bunny etc. We did not jump- we were simply being attentive parents. It is not the employees job to watch and keep my kids safe. Nor do I expect them to 'play' with my kids. I Have taken my kids to this location multiple times and have had great experiences. I have a 4 year old and a 1 year old. I have always walked with my kids as they play to keep them safe from older jumpers. Apparently this place is under new management and this is not ok. I was constantly bothered to sit to the side while my kids jumped. I had no intentions of jumping nor did I attempt to "play" on the equipment. The short, fat, bald manager/owner guy was EXTREMELY rude. He made my boyfriends 9-year-old daughter cry. She forgot she had her cell phone in her back pocket and jumped into the foam pit. The phone fell out of her pocket. A few minutes later she realized what had happened so we went into the pit looking for it. After a few minutes he comes up to us yelling that we needed to get out of the pit because were ruining his business. Mind you, the place was practically empty and there was no one waiting on us. So we get out of the pit, and he starts yelling at her that she needs to get back in there and fix the foam to how it was. She got upset and started crying but still got back in there to fix it. My boyfriend got an attitude with him and then he decided to tell us that there was a phone found in there and turned in to the front desk. He could have lead with that. There are several other ways he could have come at us that would have been more appropriate. He definitely should not be running a business if he doesn't know how to treat people.
