I saw a red river showdown shirt that I haven't seen in any other stores but I told myself I already have plenty of shirts so I passed. Well went home and that night I couldn't stop thinking about it so I bought it online. They had it ready for me the next day shortly after they opened and so I was able to pop in and pick it up with ease. I'm really glad they have that ability and that the stock shown online is true to how much inventory they have in store. I will for sure be back to get more cool Sooners merchandise when I'm in the area.

The store is packed with OU goods from apparel to mugs, sports equipment, etc. Basically if it says OU on it Balfour will sell it. They also do a lot of business for the Greek system at OU. The store is in campus corner, so if you go during busy times parking is always an issue, which is no different than any other campus corner place. It is also full, and on big weekends (football games, graduation, etc) it feels crowded. I have never encountered an unfriendly employee at Balfour. There clearly is a reason it has been around this long. Highly recommended for locals or visitors to OU.

Again, no one answered the phone or responded to email, but I did get a reply via chat after a while, saying that they were waiting on a shirt to come in and they would ship everything on the 25th. None of the items stated they were out of stock or a pre-order, but as long as they were shipping soon, I was fine with that. Another week went by, and I still hadn't received my order. I am literally 15-20 minutes from their store, so shipping should only take a day or two at most. I paid for shipping for the convenience, thinking that they could ship much faster than I could get by there. I reached back out multiple times between Nov. 30th and Dec. 2nd to get another update or tracking (via chat, email, phone, and FB messenger). It shows they've read my messages, but they have not responded at all. Poor customer service and communication, and as of right now I am out hundreds with nothing to show for it. Very disappointed. Their store used to be one of my favorites on Campus Corner, but I definitely won't be placing another online order with them again. They also own Marshalls and HomeGoods which are also good stores to check out. I've noticed that each store is somewhat similar to the others..offering the same/similar products at the same/similar prices but each store has a slightly different "thing" that they're pushing... i.e. HomeGoods pushes furniture/decor/glassware, TJ Maxx pushes their clothing, and Marshalls seems to be a combination of the two.
