We stopped in here and I was blown away by how much apparel, hats and accessories they had in stock. I saw a red river showdown shirt that I haven't seen in any other stores but I told myself I already have plenty of shirts so I passed. Well went home and that night I couldn't stop thinking about it so I bought it online. They had it ready for me the next day shortly after they opened and so I was able to pop in and pick it up with ease. I'm really glad they have that ability and that the stock shown online is true to how much inventory they have in store. I will for sure be back to get more cool Sooners merchandise when I'm in the area.

Both gentlemen that were working there were polite, helpful, profession, and just all around swell guys. LoL. I tried again on Nov. 23rd. Again, no one answered the phone or responded to email, but I did get a reply via chat after a while, saying that they were waiting on a shirt to come in and they would ship everything on the 25th. None of the items stated they were out of stock or a pre-order, but as long as they were shipping soon, I was fine with that. Another week went by, and I still hadn't received my order. I am literally 15-20 minutes from their store, so shipping should only take a day or two at most. I paid for shipping for the convenience, thinking that they could ship much faster than I could get by there. I reached back out multiple times between Nov. 30th and Dec. 2nd to get another update or tracking (via chat, email, phone, and FB messenger). It shows they've read my messages, but they have not responded at all. Poor customer service and communication, and as of right now I am out hundreds with nothing to show for it. Very disappointed. Their store used to be one of my favorites on Campus Corner, but I definitely won't be placing another online order with them again. These items are gifts and I would still like to receive them asap, so please provide an update!
