We stopped in here and I was blown away by how much apparel, hats and accessories they had in stock. I saw a red river showdown shirt that I haven't seen in any other stores but I told myself I already have plenty of shirts so I passed. Well went home and that night I couldn't stop thinking about it so I bought it online. They had it ready for me the next day shortly after they opened and so I was able to pop in and pick it up with ease. I'm really glad they have that ability and that the stock shown online is true to how much inventory they have in store. I will for sure be back to get more cool Sooners merchandise when I'm in the area.

I tried again on Nov. 23rd. Again, no one answered the phone or responded to email, but I did get a reply via chat after a while, saying that they were waiting on a shirt to come in and they would ship everything on the 25th. None of the items stated they were out of stock or a pre-order, but as long as they were shipping soon, I was fine with that. Another week went by, and I still hadn't received my order. I am literally 15-20 minutes from their store, so shipping should only take a day or two at most. I paid for shipping for the convenience, thinking that they could ship much faster than I could get by there. I reached back out multiple times between Nov. 30th and Dec. 2nd to get another update or tracking (via chat, email, phone, and FB messenger). It shows they've read my messages, but they have not responded at all. Poor customer service and communication, and as of right now I am out hundreds with nothing to show for it. Very disappointed. Their store used to be one of my favorites on Campus Corner, but I definitely won't be placing another online order with them again. These items are gifts and I would still like to receive them asap, so please provide an update!

BJ, the manager, is not a good representative for Metroshoe Warehouse! He is INEPT AT HIS JOB!…read more An associate was unable to make the computer work. BJ came over and degraded the young woman until it was obvious she wanted to cry. I tried to encourage her. He admonished me for encouraging her. He said how sorry he was for her inability to perform the task. Then, HE WAS UNABLE TO PERFORM THE SIMPLE TASK -- a return. I shopped to replace the item I returned. I listened to BJ. He speaks to his associates TERRIBLY AND MAKES CUSTOMERS FEEL AWKWARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE!!! I have been back to the store several times since this incident. This manager is OUT-OF-CONTROL! One of the times, a customer literally TOLD THIS MANAGER TO SHUT UP! because he was hounding her about an item to purchase. He then became completely rude and aggressive with not only that customer but others and even worse with his associates. That MetroShoe Warehouse keeps this buffoon is astonishing! I cannot imagine how they keep sales associates from leaving. I will not return.

The store is packed with OU goods from apparel to mugs, sports equipment, etc. Basically if it says OU on it Balfour will sell it. They also do a lot of business for the Greek system at OU. It is also full, and on big weekends (football games, graduation, etc) it feels crowded. I have never encountered an unfriendly employee at Balfour.
