Over Thanksgiving I went to Oklahoma to visit my daughter and her family. I've been looking for a…read moregood leather jacket and like to check out the local bike shops (LBS) when traveling. On Monday after Thanksgiving I found this LBS in Yelp. I went to their review and RIGHT ON their website had SEVERAL riding jackets for women! THE 1st jacket I tried on was THE ONE! I looked at a few others but went back to that 1st one and loved the snug fit, soft leather, warm lining and the way it hugged my curves! I ended up with the jacket, a fleece lined neck gator and some leather conditioner. Tuesday I go to the airport and wear my jacket for the 1st time, took it off for security and it ripped on the inside sleeve liner snap-down. That was disappointing What the lining is "supposed to" look like..... and it ripped when I took it off THE 1ST time ..... not real happy if this is the actual quality of workmanship to look forward to. I'm still giving them 5 stars for the selection of jackets and clothing for women, the wall of patches and the amount of gear they carry. I'm going to sew on the snap-down when I get home but they make the jackets there so any hardware repairs can be fixed (by mail for me) locally. Will report back after a few rides wearing my new jacket!

I was never told, All Sales Final, before purchasing. Nor did I sign or receive any paperwork concerning their return/refund policy. I also never received receipts for the money exchanged or an invoice. The chair unfortunately, does not suit my needs and I need to return but they refuse to accept the chair back and refund my money. On top of that I feel they took advantage of me by not disclosing all the facts before the transaction occurred. I would not have made a large purchase like this if I had known I couldn't return it for a refund. This was very deceptive and bad business ethics especially since the owner of the company will not contact me to discuss this situation.

Usually guitar stores just let you browse and buy strings without input. While we were in there I scanned the acoustics... Laid eyes on an Hummingbird Rosewood, which I had never seen, and gave it a couple minutes... Then bought the strings and went on. On the way back through the other way a week later I was compelled to drop in again to see that guitar... She sounded nice! I spoke for a couple minutes with Evan Pettit who is, I think, the manager. We had a brief negotiation and I walked out with a really nice guitar at a fair price. I could not be more pleased with the level of service and professionalism of both Evan and that store. I love browsing guitar stores and though I live 1400 miles away I do drive through Oklahoma a couple times a year. I imagine I will be stopping in again. You folks are lucky to have a great local music store like this.
