Have not been to this store in person, have only ordered online. Have ordered quite a few shoes in the last year which was going good. Enjoyed being able to grab a shoe at a great price. Grabbed the Jordan 6 infrared salesman the weekend they dropped. Once I received the shoes, inspected them and noticed that there were some scuff marks on one of the shoes and what looked like some dirt on the heel of the shoe. This tells me the shoe was either used or taken out of the box and dropped or somehow scratched against something. I emailed Grinmore customer service telling them about the situation and if there's anything that can be done. Was honestly looking for an exchange since they still had my size available for a while. The only response I received was that the damage was a manufacturing issues and that the shoes were never taken out of the box. Have sent multiple emails with continuous asking if they can do something about the issue. Can't exchange them now that the size is sold out. It's just frustrating when you order a brand new pair of shoes that have just dropped and receiving a pair that has some damage. I get that I will wear the shoes at the end, but that's like someone taking a bite out of your burger or pizza you just ordered, you're still going to eat it right? So I guess I'm just trying to give my recent experience with the retail shop. Hopefully management will see this review and make changes to the way their representatives answer emails. Hoping NIKE will do something for me in this situation because I know I'm just another customer, so GRINMORE won't care if it loses me as a customer. Just be careful buying from smaller retail stores unless you go to the store front. That's why JD Sports, Footlocker, and similar retailers should be the first in line to make purchases since they have the return options through the app or website. read more

This is a local store that I was trying to support. I gave them multiple opportunities via email to respond and abide by their mission statement. Hope you guys don't depend on this place for Christmas shopping. They ruined my nephew's birthday present. I was here to purchase a gift for my nephew. I even called in to make sure it was being shipped. Nice guy at the store says, "yes, i see your order #xxxx in the system". Next day, i see my order was cancelled. I called in, nice guy says he doesn't know why. So I had to look through the company to find backend support, co owner named Danielle. Apparently, a 10% intro discount that the store allowed online orders to apply shouldn't have been valid on this particular item. Nevermind their own mistake, I actually said, "no problem, just charge my card anyway." Then it was non response after I asked them to make it right, stand by their mission statement: " You will notice attention to detail. You will feel a spirit of excellence, both in what we are offering you and in how we offer it to you. Let us know if we got it right, because our aim is to provide an authentic and unique shopping experience - with a smile." - about us page. Nice guys at the shop just really crappy support and management. Ruined my nephew's present. read more

My wife has gotten me a few different items from the store at different times for surprises and special occasions. I've loved everything I've ever gotten from here. My wife decided to surprise me with a shirt from there Jess yesterday. She brought it home I tried it on it was too small I took it off folded it back up put it in the bag and took it back up there today. After picking out which shirt I would like and the correct size also I took it to the front and asked for an exchange. The gentleman went into the back and I never saw him again 15 minutes go by and a lady comes out and looks at my shirt and says she can't take it back because there's stains on it. Then she proceeded to point out something very minuscule on the back of the shirt which I had to squint to look at. She said she will not be exchanging my shirt for me. I told her OK I guess I'll have to keep it. I think that's pretty crappy on their part. You just lost a customer who shopped there often. And now I'm just out $60 on a shirt that is too small for me thanks a lot way to do business. I try to keep it local but I'm better off going to the mall. read more
