What a great store and holy moly it's huge! I've been meaning to stop by while in town but every time I think do, I'm shopped out and my suitcase is full. I made it a point to do so this most recent trip though. I'd say prices are on par with other stores carrying the same products. Ironically, I was pleased to see their selection Levi's, since my dad wears them and had trouble finding his common size here at home. Ladies and men's attire had a large, excellent selection; however their women's work clothes were minimal, which surprised me. I really thought I'd be able to go in and grab some multi functional bibs and such for not only working projects at home but for work as well, with no luck. Shockingly minimal selection for the blue collared ladies. Anywho, it won't stop me from going back in and I've recommended them to a few of my buddies from work, when they're in town too! read more

Exceptional service from the young lady who was assisting me in finding something that was my cup o' Joe. She eventually got to where her experience had puttered out and I eventually teamed up with MOD who was working that day. From the moment I walked in, although I had the young lady assisting me, when I had questions, they were directed to the MOD who was prompt with answers. In the end, it was the MOD who went above and beyond in trying to get me a couple pair of boots that caught my eye. Unfortunately on this day they didn't have my size in stock and as it turned out I was headed back to AZ the next day. Together we searched locations for the specific style, size, color(s), considered time schedules of delivery (this in case I wanted to pick them up in TX), reviewed prices, online discounts, in store discounts, etc. Eventually, after extensive efforts on her part with online pricing, online discounts, manager overrides, etc. vs in store pricing, I gave in to a specific price she was able to secure. On top of that she sent notification to the Mesa (Alma School Rd.) store, asking then to honor the price given on the boot in store. Shown in photos. I will be leaving a separate review for the Mesa Boot Barn. I'm gonna state here that the gentleman "assisting" me was nowhere near as helpful and the manner he handled the transaction was questionable. So boots, two pair, were ordered to be shipped and picked up at store in Mesa, AZ. Payment was made. Emails received of order. And once the order had arrived at the store I did receive a call that they were ready for pickup. Overall the OKC Boot Barn experience was very positive. They really went above and beyond. I wish I could've given them 100% of my business. Was going to give 5 stars but somewhat disappointed the online pricing didn't also reflect the in store price. FWIW, Free Shipping over $75 AND Boots Ship Free, per their website. So the price doesn't reflect any shipping cost. read more

What a breath of fresh air.. what a soothing..incredible.. BOOTERRIFIC experience! I wanted a cowboy hat..and boot barn said HOLD MY BEER! I was able to acquire a delightful hat for my time galavanting in Oklahoma. I know i looked like a tourist.. i know i stuck out like a sore thumb, but boot barn didn't care! I appreciate the friendly staff, the management was amazing, and the prices were excellent. They have a wide variety of choices, clothing for all, and different sales all over the place! They have a great variety and have something for almost every price range. They have a large parking lot in the front. My son was wanting some new boots , I have shopped at boot barn in other states before they came to okla. I wear boots every day , have had a pair of boots on my feet at the age of 6. Never in my life have I every payed for the box they were shipped to the store in,like boot barn wanted to do yesterday !!!!!! They wanted $1.00 for the box, wasn't the dollar, if I can afford a dollar for the box I can't afford the boots. Nice selection of boots... hence the name, and western wear. Some of the brands we come for are Justin, CarHart and Wrangler. Reminiscent of an old cowboy tack shop, from an era gone bye, Boot Barn is the quintessential Cowboys store. There is a great selection of boots, western wear, women's wear, children's wear, and everything in between. They have a variety of clothing from the standard Wrangler, to some of today's poppy country stars clothing brands. Shania Twain and Brad Paisley just to name a few. Boot Barn also has a clearance room, that you'd be amiss if you didn't pick through the merchandise. We found a great deal on some offseason items here. This is a great store. A wide range of reasonably prices boots, clothing, jackets, etc. This is a big store with a good selection. They have a friendly attentive staff, offering to help if I needed it. Disregard the complaints of previous posts. At checkout I was asked if I wanted to sign up for their newsletter and I declined. Having a job that travels coast to coast and being that OKC is in the middle of the US, it's a stop looked forward to very much so on cross country travels. Every time my family has made a purchase here at this location it's been a wonderful experience. There has always been an employee so willing to help find boots of the style being searched for. The boot options are always plentiful and quality country clothing with accessories. Military discounts are also offered here so that was a nice when you are spending quite an amount of money. I purchased a pair of boots here while in Oklahoma on vacation. Once I returned home I realized the fit was wrong and that I needed to return them. I was 6 days from the 60 day return policy expiring and it appeared I could only return the boots to a warehouse but not for a refund but potentially for store credit. This would not have been beneficial for me since there is not a boot barn anywhere near me. I called the store and spoke with Shanna who was so helpful, she consulted with her manager Trina and they agreed to allow me to mail the boots directly back to their store and they would also provide me with a full refund back to my card!
