I had a very unpleasant experience with this business for multiple reasons…read more I first came here in October 2025 because I was getting married in May 2026 and needed suits for myself and my four groomsmen. During that first visit, they told me it would be best for everyone to come in around mid-February or early March to get measured and fitted. I also picked out a suit from them at that time, and to be fair, they did have a very nice selection of suits for a reasonable price. Mid-February comes around and I bring in two of my four groomsmen to get measured. The measuring process felt extremely rushed -- maybe 30 seconds total. Two days later, the other two groomsmen came in and got measured as well. I asked one of the employees how long it would take for all the suits to arrive, and I was told "anywhere between 2-5 weeks." I was also told, and I quote, "When all the suits come in, I'll just have you come pick them all up and I'll give you the undershirts, ties, and pocket squares for your party." Four weeks later, I called to check the status of the suits. The employee told me they were still waiting on two members of my party to come get measured -- the same two people I personally brought in. After checking again, he said, "Never mind, we just didn't mark them complete on our end, but they are ordered and should be here soon. We have packages coming in this weekend." Another week passes. I call again and get the exact same response, almost word for word. I wait another week out of courtesy and call again at week seven, only to hear the same thing yet again. Finally, my fiancée called and complained, and after about 8 1/2 weeks of waiting, the suits finally came in. I came by myself to pick them up, exactly as one of the employees had instructed me to do earlier. When I arrived, they questioned why I didn't bring my entire groomsmen party with me. I explained that I had specifically been told I could just come pick everything up myself, and they responded by saying they "would never tell me to do that." When I picked up the order, they only had four white undershirts and told me mine would come in later because they were out of stock. They also did not have the ties or pocket squares they previously told me would be ready. After handing out the suits to my groomsmen, only one suit actually fit correctly. I completely understand that suits often need tailoring, but two of the suits were so small that the groomsmen couldn't even button the jackets or get the pants on, and their weights had not changed since being measured. Another suit was so oversized that we ended up just tailoring it ourselves instead of dealing with another return. We brought the incorrect suits back. Fortunately, one groomsman was able to get the correct size because they happened to have it in stock. The other suit had to be expedited and reordered. Thankfully, that one arrived within about a week and a half and actually fit correctly. On top of that, every white undershirt except one was the wrong size, and I still never received the undershirt I was promised. As for the ties and pocket squares, they told us they had sold the exact tie color we needed to another wedding party right before we arrived. At that point, I just ordered all the ties and pocket squares from Amazon because it was easier than continuing to deal with the lack of organization and communication. To be fair, they do have decent suits for the price if you just need a single suit for yourself. However, for a wedding party or any large group, I would highly recommend going somewhere more professional and organized. My wedding turned out great and everything looked good in the end, but I never received my undershirt, nor did I ever receive any apology for the unprofessional service we experienced.

This will be a two part review starting with 3 stars:…read more Pros: - Since I've ordered 8 suits, my groom suit was comped. - Suits will come with a shirt and a bowtie. - My future father in law wanted a different color and The Wardrobe allowed him to choose any color from the wedding catelog with no change in price. - Affordable pricing. - Lots of suit options. - They made paying and getting sizes easy. - I was told that the shirts that come with the suit will have convertible cuffs. Cons: - Service is okay. One employee seems to not to be at work, one employee will oversell anything that isn't a black suit even if you're not interested, and one employee actually tries to help. - No tailor in house but they say "go to our guy". Getting it tailored isn't included when you pay for the suit so just go to someone you trust. - They are not always open even when their door sign says they are open so call before you go. But they also don't answer when they're open either so that's tough. Then sometimes they'll answer, put you on hold, and never come back no matter how long you wait (17 mins). - I was told that suits come in 5 weeks after the last person has paid for the suit. My last groomsman ordered/paid on May 28th and I called today about an ETA since it is officially the 5th week from the last paid suit.. The response was "Oh man, I get so many suits in boxes. We do about 60 weddings a month so I'm going to have to dig through all the boxes to see what I can find. Call me back tomorrow and see if I have it" - I responded with "So when will you know if they're in? And if you do end up having it ready, can you just call me instead?" And he said "Well they might be in now I just have to look in the boxes. Call me back later, I have customers in here and I'll let you know if I have it." Again I said "I'm pretty busy this week and may not have time to call, can you just put it note in your system to call me when they come in?" To which he agreed to. So far I am getting the bad end of the stick with communication but I'm hoping that will change this week when/if they call me to let me know my suits are in. I will follow up here when that happens. My order is 7 black suits (one being my suit with a slight material modification) and one charcoal suit, shirts (with convertible cuffs) and black bowties. Hoping that's what I get.

I first learned about Indy Clover through a platform I absolutely hate---Instagram, lol!…read more I guess the whole algorithm thing/location-specialized targeting worked out after all: I saw a post about Indy when I opened up Instagram in Oklahoma City. I was pleasantly surprised to learn about yet another sustainable fashion chain of stores with a unique twist to selling. Unlike Plato's Closet or Buffalo Exchange, Indy Clover takes a step beyond in gathering inventory from its consumers---in addition to the inventory it doesn't have to pay for, sellers can rent a booth in the store and add/price the inventory as they please. Indy takes a cut, and oftentimes it easily comes out of the profits sold by the seller from that week. It's definitely a cool concept, and since I learned about the store in Edmond, I decided to check it out for myself. The store itself is very clean and there was plenty in stock. A lot of other curious shoppers (all women) were browsing as well (I only saw one booth that had clothes for men, but anyone can sell it is not restricted to women). I'm definitely a fan and would probably rent out a booth if they were in Austin, just to try it out for myself. Currently, a location is opening in Las Vegas next month and there is only one location in Texas (Plano). I'm super excited to see how this brand expands and in general, how sustainable fashion is getting trendier with each passing day!

Since I shop there often they always give a paper coupon as well as load it to your online account. Well, figuring the Kohl's cash would be on my app I threw away the paper. Once your Kohl's cash becomes eligible to spend they will send an email that you have kohls cash to spend and give the time frame to spend it. I had $80 worth of kohls cash but because something was not entered correctly there was no email or anything. It wasn't until 2 weeks after I guess it had expired I remembered it. When I went to check my transaction history there was nothing to be found on the app in my purchase history. I feel like that is the most important thing you could do as an associate at the register for this company. What a fail and loss of money especially during the holiday season. On a side note tho, only giving your customers a week and a half to use kohls cash is pretty ridiculous. 30 days seems more practical as well and reasonable to show appreciation for your customers. Just a thought.
