I tried a different one and while he was out 5 minutes going to get them, another more capable kid pointed out that they had exactly what I was looking for. They didn't work so I selected another shoe. The guy disappeared and never came back! What a worthless department. I have never had a good customer service experience there so not going to waste their time anymore. When Amazon can beat an in store experience you know they have a problem.

But my gosh, it makes me feel uncomfortable. I feel as though my every move is being watched. I was afraid to even look at the products near the door for fear of being accused. To me, if you have cameras and prosecute, it doesn't need to be announced. Use your cameras, and prosecute them! I absolutely support business owners, especially small business owners, doing so. But I don't want to shop somewhere that feels unwelcoming and like a prison. I think I'll find somewhere else to buy my game day tops.
