The customer service is consistently top-notch. I picked up a Tudor FXD from them brand new, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. I also sold them a vintage Rolex, and they were very fair with their offer. I combined that with some of my own money to purchase the Tudor, and I couldn't be happier with how everything worked out. The store itself is clean and welcoming. On hot days they even offer cold water, which is a small touch but says a lot about how they treat their customers. Their selection of pre-owned watches is excellent--plenty of great pieces to look through. I haven't spent much time on the jewelry side, but the watch selection alone is worth the visit. Overall, Brockhaus is a solid place to buy or sell watches, and I've always left feeling well taken care of. Highly recommended.

People have been waiting since 4 for the store to reopen but whoever was on shift decided to close early. This is unacceptable, if you're going to close early against hours, you should not have been scheduled to be working. If you had an emergency or personal issue, there should've been another sign posted on the door. Or at least call someone else to cover your shift, or even put on the door, "Sorry closed early!" Don't have people waiting for service that you're not going to provide. It's the week of the big game, don't you think you would get business from college girls wanting to buy clothes to wear for OU TX? This issue needs to be fixed, either fix hours online and on the door, or stay open when you're supposed to be open. And I get it workers need food, breaks, or a minute to relax, but don't close the store early just because you want to cut your shift short by two hours. That's just wrong and unethical. You're hurting businesses instead of influencing and pushing your business name out there.

I've always been a big fan of Louis Vuitton and I noticed that they sell pre-owned Louis Vuitton for a fraction of the cost so that is why I stopped in plus not to mention it is conveniently located in the shops where TJ Maxx target are. Artifactory, now sharing a roof with Sewciety (perfect match), is such a shop. Only a handful of shops *spark joy* the moment I think of them and this one tops my list! Artifactory has a truly unique selection of very reasonably priced items I am unlikely to find anywhere else and the owners make you feel extra-special because they remember the little details, your likes and dislikes. They have a beautifully curated collection--a blend of local and non-local items--old and new, practical and quirky, unique and creative. My spirits are lifted when I walk through the door. I feel a bit like a I did as a child looking through a favorite relative's hope chest or exploring all of the treasures in my grandmother's home imagining what my home would look like when I got big. Nostalgia and possibilities comingle. We stopped in here and I was blown away by how much apparel, hats and accessories they had in stock. I saw a red river showdown shirt that I haven't seen in any other stores but I told myself I already have plenty of shirts so I passed. Well went home and that night I couldn't stop thinking about it so I bought it online. They had it ready for me the next day shortly after they opened and so I was able to pop in and pick it up with ease. I'm really glad they have that ability and that the stock shown online is true to how much inventory they have in store.
