I recently purchased a…read moresweater to wear on game day when the weather became colder than anticipated and wore it for four hours before realizing the seam on the sleeve had come apart from my wrist to elbow. Because I had no other clothes to change into I kept the sweater on throughout the game and by the end of the game the other sleeve had come apart in exactly the same spot AND the seam on the shoulder had come apart as well. When I brought the sweater in the next morning with a receipt showing I had purchased it the day before and showed the girl how it had fallen apart they told me nothing could be done since it had been worn. I offered to exchange for a different piece of clothing and was told that was not an option either. In my opinion this is no way to treat a customer and shows that they are not at all concerned with the quality of clothing they are selling in their store. I will not shop here again and will advise my friends not to as well.

I got a quick message from Ashley, the owner who exchanged texts and pictures helping me replace the item. It was like a personal shopping experience! I went to their small display in a market in Moore and now they've opened their very own store in Norman. Two Hip Chicks also display some of their cute items at Victoria's Pasta in Norman. The two ladies that own the store I met last year at the OKC fairgrounds at a craft show. I've special ordered items as well as bought items that are already made. I live in Northern CA so I haven't had a chance to actually go in their new store so I must plan a trip to Norman to visit the store. Artifactory has a truly unique selection of very reasonably priced items I am unlikely to find anywhere else and the owners make you feel extra-special because they remember the little details, your likes and dislikes. They have a beautifully curated collection--a blend of local and non-local items--old and new, practical and quirky, unique and creative. My spirits are lifted when I walk through the door. I feel a bit like a I did as a child looking through a favorite relative's hope chest or exploring all of the treasures in my grandmother's home imagining what my home would look like when I got big. Nostalgia and possibilities comingle. Upon walking in the door I was greeted with several friendly faces and asked if I need help throughout my visit. All of the clothes and shoes were lined up nicely and organized by size and color which I always love when places do this. I've always been a big fan of Louis Vuitton and I noticed that they sell pre-owned Louis Vuitton for a fraction of the cost so that is why I stopped in plus not to mention it is conveniently located in the shops where TJ Maxx target are. Everything was priced very reasonable I thought an overall this is a great preowned store but I would probably classify it for mainly 20-year-olds.
