I reached out to Julie and I'm so happy I did! It was easy to send her pictures of the chair via text. She quickly reached back out with a quote for the work. Arthur Hauptman, the Technician, was early for our appointment. He is polite, enjoyable to be with and is an expert in his field. I would hire him in a second no matter what type company I owned. I cannot tell where the damage was on the car seat. It looks new. Call them if you require repairs to almost any carpet, furniture or leather. You will be glad that you did.
