You may find a great piece, but look over it to check for holes or rips. Some of the clothing is easily fixable If you find something you love at a good price, but has a defect. I usually spend an hour or two here because the racks are spread out all over the store and you have to just watch for your size label and then look at each rack at your size. Your size may be 15 different racks, but I think it's fun to see what good deals I can find. I always find cute clothing here and I don't spend much at all. If you sign up for their text alerts, you can get coupons and alerts when they have sales.

I called back and left a voicemail. We missed each other and no stress. They texted again and I called. I didn't want to accept their offer so sent my husband to pick up my stuff. The staff was horribly rude to him and then wanted to change the offer because they "looked at them again" when we were just saying no. She was horribly rude to him for no reason. I will take my business elsewhere.

I was also not charged for a pair of jeans. I learned this when I tried to return them. I was told that they weren't on that receipt. I assured the (new) gal that I had only been shopping once in the last year at their store and if they weren't on that receipt, she should probably keep them. I usually come to the store to look at dog supplies, dog treats, and home goods. If you're looking for a cute dog bed that looks like a human bed/couch, they have those. They are about $100 each and are cute. Those beds are only for smaller or medium size dogs though. They would not fit a large dog. Ross usually has many different kinds of dog treats and dog bones for cheaper than other stores. They have a descent selection of purses and bags as well. Parking is always easy to find here, as the parking lot is giant. I would say their shoe selection is not very good if you have larger feet like I do. Selection gets really pretty skimpy when you have above a size 9-9 1/2 shoe.
