I called back and left a voicemail. We missed each other and no stress. They texted again and I called. I didn't want to accept their offer so sent my husband to pick up my stuff. The staff was horribly rude to him and then wanted to change the offer because they "looked at them again" when we were just saying no. She was horribly rude to him for no reason. They caught the 1st one and when we beeped again it was dismissed due to my son having a GameStop bag. So on to the next store and low and behold, I was beeping again. I was also not charged for a pair of jeans. I learned this when I tried to return them. I was told that they weren't on that receipt. I assured the (new) gal that I had only been shopping once in the last year at their store and if they weren't on that receipt, she should probably keep them. She said she couldn't accept them back if they weren't on the receipt. I don't get it. So, I have an extra pair of jeans ... ?? This just doesn't seem right.

People are friendly enough and if you like searching for a good deal at Ross or Marshalls this is just a bigger version. Difference being Ross and Marshalls stay open until they're supposed to close unlike Burlington. The store is clean and has plenty of merchandise to pick through.

I really like that this is a well-organized and clean store that has a variety of items that you can't find at most other stores. They are about $100 each and are cute. Those beds are only for smaller or medium size dogs though. They would not fit a large dog. Ross usually has many different kinds of dog treats and dog bones for cheaper than other stores. They have a descent selection of purses and bags as well. Parking is always easy to find here, as the parking lot is giant. I would say their shoe selection is not very good if you have larger feet like I do. Selection gets really pretty skimpy when you have above a size 9-9 1/2 shoe.
