Terrible customer service for online purchases. No one speaks fluent , understandable English nor has any idea how to solve the ongoing issue I have with them. I have gotten transferred time after time to no avail. They tell me they resolved it before I hang up and boom get back to check my account and still not corrected. It was disappointing to say the very least. I stood "in line" listening to five employees gossip and giggle for 10 minutes only to be told by the manager sorry You have to go to the other side of the store to check out, I carry my one item to the other side of the building from where I am parked only to be told have to go to customer service for tax exempt, and when they were backed up eight customers just standing. I went back across the store to check out where the cashier informed me that "taxes were only .65" Yeah but it was MY .65 cents and not hers. Maybe they should worry more about opening registers instead of counting my taxes read more

Stopped in to look @hallmartcollectibleorniments there was (1) Nintendo & it didn't work drive to Norman OK they had (1) after locating box & batteries found out no online sales or most stores didn't have this item in stock.. Found (2) at different stores. read more

I came in here to make an Amazon return. Amazon now lets you drop off your return without packing it in a box and Kohl's does it for you! How cool is that?! They also gave me a 25% off coupon with my return receipt. So I went shopping. Overall, Kohl's is not my jam. I seriously loved the kids clothes but darn it, they don't have unicorns and magic for adults. Wrong oh wrong, adult's deserve unicorns! I did find a pantsuit and a tee-shirt I liked for $42+ change. So in other words between my return and my purchase I'm done $6! read more

Kohl's announced they are including Sephora in their stores. But if you go to their stores, they don't have Sephora in them. The staff has no clue. If you're going to announce something at least open the businesses before you announce them. Horrible way to do business. The store and Norman said they're not getting there for a couple months so I should go to Moore ok. Moore said there's not getting theirs. Moore told me to go to Yukon. I guess Kohl's just needs to go out of business if they're run by this type of intelligence. read more

I have been going to Kohl's once a week for at least 4 months. During the holidays, the store wasn't as organized as it should be. On that note, during the holidays it can be quite more difficult to clean up consistently after people. Now in the new year, the Moore location has been beyond exceptional with the organization of the store and the great customer service. I want to specifically want make a shout to to the specific employees and managers who create a rewarding experience at Kohl's. They needed more employees at the checkout. They also need to carry more light weight rain jackets all season if it is not raining or not.

First visit at the Kohl's was to have my MK watch battery replaced. Long story short, the female behind the counter scratched the back plate and face plate of my watch. The management has agreed to cover the cost to repair it. It is currently on it's way back to me via USPS. At that time I will return to Kohl's and request payment. Should be in the next week. Next time I'll go to a jewelry store. ----- Joes a man of his word and covered the cost. Thank you Joe. My second visit to this store for clothing was pretty sad. I was overwhelmed with the mess. Everywhere. Every department. Trash laying everywhere. Clothing racks disorganized. I felt like I was at an overpriced Ross. Before returning to Moore, I frequented the MWC Kohl's at least once a week. Never knew I had it so good. This place is simply uncomfortable to be in. Not once was I asked if I needed assistance with finding anything. There were several attendants working one single dressing room, putting clothing back out on the racks but I couldn't find one on the floor assisting customers. I was waiting for my daughter to come out of the dressing room when one of them came out to a rack near me, look down at the clothing on the floor, place her item on the rack and return to the dressing room. Makes sense as to why the place is a mess. The only pro to this latest experience is Larry, the cashier. He was fun, lively and seemed happy to be there. A hidden gem in a mountain of poo Larry was. High Five for Larry. Looks like I will have to either drive out of the way to go to MWC or find another clothing store in Moore. read more

Good products, fair pricing. But the checkout was fiasco. They appear to have about 12 registers, and more employees than registers, but only 2 can accept credit cards? They told us to come back later, but an hour later it was still the same. I would take it as an anomaly, but I was told by someone else that they have this problem regularly. read more

I returned a pair of boys sweatpants since I accidently bought boys instead of men's. When I returned them I got $10 less back then what I paid for because since I bought them online I did not have a physical receipt. I tried to ask why I got less but there was a long line so I was dismissed. Not ever going to buy from here again. read more

I love Kohl's but this location in Moore is not up to par with the other locations. The employees are not very friendly, helpful or knowledgeable. My recent visit was to purchase gift cards. I ended up leaving in disgust. I will be shopping at the Norman location. It is a smaller store but the employees are friendly. read more

Quality clothing at a bargain price?! What more could you want?! Kohl's will take care of your needs whether your into suit or ties, trendy clothing, summer gear, or licensed sports paraphernalia. I especially enjoyed their discounts during tax free back school shopping weekend in 2012 along with my $10 off mail coupon! After spending over $50, Kohl's even printed off another $10 off coupon, which I ended up losing at the Kohl's store in Burke, VA, e.g. fell out from my loose pockets. We shop here quite often throughout the year because they have good selections and I have a charge card with them. I think many of their items are overpriced, but the selection and friendly staff and calm atmosphere make it worth it. read more
