In June of 2024 we paid approximately $2,700 for a custom suit. When we initially received it, the suit was ill-fitting and the pants were missing, we had communicated with our salesperson and he said they could fix it. The pants were eventually sent to us, and we had to return them as they did not fit either. We were later told by the merchant that they had LOST the pants we returned, and we still had the ill fitting custom jacket. As of June 2026, in an effort to resolve this and end up with a suit or our money back, the merchant offered us a refund, so we returned the jacket. We were told that our refund had been processed in June, but we have NEVER received it. It's been over three months and a lot of back and forth. So after more than two years, this business has the entire suit and our money. I have repeatedly reached out trying to resolve this. Now my messages are simply being ignored. We have given them every opportunity to make this right privately. At this point, we have no suit and no refund and are out $2,700. I would strongly caution anyone considering placing a custom order here based on our experience. If our $2,700 is finally refunded, I will gladly update this review to reflect that.

I've always been a big fan of Louis Vuitton and I noticed that they sell pre-owned Louis Vuitton for a fraction of the cost so that is why I stopped in plus not to mention it is conveniently located in the shops where TJ Maxx target are. She was much older and clearly in her own world while the other two proceeded to make a less than desirable experience for someone like myself. I'm 6'1" and SIL 5'7" and both slim. Based suggested size we ordered correctly. He kept my shirt and i went to the store to upgrade my size. Too say i was upset when they told me the same shirt was now more and would cost me an additional $30 was unbelievable. My wife told me to calm down and I said i will NEVER buy the clothing let alone support the store and stormed out. I posted the same thing above with receipt, photos and was brow beat to remove my 1 star. I succumbed and until recently seeing all their commercials made me a bit angry for letting it go.
