BJ came over and degraded the young woman until it was obvious she wanted to cry. I tried to encourage her. He admonished me for encouraging her. He said how sorry he was for her inability to perform the task. Then, HE WAS UNABLE TO PERFORM THE SIMPLE TASK -- a return. I shopped to replace the item I returned. I listened to BJ. No one called me when the issue occurred and when I went to pick it up it was behind the counter. I don't know how long it had been sitting there, off display. They told me they'd fix it the next time they went to the cleaners, but couldn't tell me when. The stains obviously a lot more set in than if this had been fixed immediately. Thankfully it's only a $60 market value shirt. It's been over two weeks since I spoke to someone I thought would actually help. Went in today and he'd spoken to his boss but hadn't made any attempt to clean the shirt Your items aren't safe here and they won't tell you if they damage them.

On top of that she sent notification to the Mesa (Alma School Rd.) store, asking then to honor the price given on the boot in store. Shown in photos. I'm gonna state here that the gentleman "assisting" me was nowhere near as helpful and the manner he handled the transaction was questionable. So boots, two pair, were ordered to be shipped and picked up at store in Mesa, AZ. Payment was made. Emails received of order. And once the order had arrived at the store I did receive a call that they were ready for pickup. Overall the OKC Boot Barn experience was very positive. They really went above and beyond. I wish I could've given them 100% of my business. Was going to give 5 stars but somewhat disappointed the online pricing didn't also reflect the in store price. FWIW, Free Shipping over $75 AND Boots Ship Free, per their website. So the price doesn't reflect any shipping cost.

The owner of the store, Mary, is nice upon the first meeting but kindness can only take you so far when you own a business. Sari orders were placed and custom blouse measurements were given. The stitching quality was poor, the blouses were not properly stitched, and when my brother and I voiced our concerns, we were met with terrible customer service. This was the 4th time we had to come into the store to discuss that the blouses and saris that we ordered in January were not to order. Apparently Mary is the only person who can provide solutions to customer complaints, so if she is not physically present, you have to speak with a middleman. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the frustration. Go to Dallas and get your clothing needs addressed there.
