I stopped in after searching for the perfect pair of boots and saw these really nice ones in black…read morewhich of course they did not have any in my size but I noted a pair of grey ones pewter almost and i just knew they would be comfy. I noted the price was $99.99 and it was double what I wanted to spend so I opted to browse around a bit and after nearly 2hrs of doing so I came back and tried them on, just as I suspected, they were comfy and I had to have them. I really did want a pair in black but I took what I could get and was happy with my purchase. Joseph the manager did offer another pair for me to try on and they were even a bit less costly but I just had my heart set on the style of the pair I picked out already so I told him no thank you and told him to ring me up. He did a demo of a shoe spray (which to be honest took me by surprise that he sprayed MY boot with it cause I did not even know if I wanted the boot spray or what he was doing till he did it and it made me feel a bit obligated to buy the spray and that I did not like at all. I would have rather him showed me on a demo pair or something...just not on my new boots unless I asked him to. So in this case, I made him spray both boots and got the $6 spray) and asked me if I wanted a cleaner (I didn't) and then rang me up (and also forgot to put my spray in my bag but luckily my bf saw it so I didn't have to double back for it) and I walked out ready to enjoy my new pair of boots. The boots are really nice. I have worn them a few times and like the quality. Only gripe about them was the inside tag, I felt it with thin socks on and I am still not sure if it will pose a major concern in the neat future, if so I will have to bring them back for an exchange. So far so good. 4 stars for customer service and 3 for the store cause it's small and they didn't have my original color in stock. I will report back with an update should I have to proceed with a return. Side note: I have a code that gets me a % off if my friends and or family but $400 worth of shoes from them so if you go there let me know and I will shoot you that code.
