The store is in campus corner, so if you go during busy times parking is always an issue, which is no different than any other campus corner place. It is also full, and on big weekends (football games, graduation, etc) it feels crowded. I have never encountered an unfriendly employee at Balfour. There clearly is a reason it has been around this long. Highly recommended for locals or visitors to OU.

People have been waiting since 4 for the store to reopen but whoever was on shift decided to close early. This is unacceptable, if you're going to close early against hours, you should not have been scheduled to be working. If you had an emergency or personal issue, there should've been another sign posted on the door. Or at least call someone else to cover your shift, or even put on the door, "Sorry closed early!" Don't have people waiting for service that you're not going to provide. It's the week of the big game, don't you think you would get business from college girls wanting to buy clothes to wear for OU TX? This issue needs to be fixed, either fix hours online and on the door, or stay open when you're supposed to be open. And I get it workers need food, breaks, or a minute to relax, but don't close the store early just because you want to cut your shift short by two hours. That's just wrong and unethical. Ughhhhh I want everything. The prices range, starting around $30 and up. I scored a cute maxi dress for a wedding and a camp boyfriend tee that I had actually been searching for everywhere! It's a little more boho than the classic southern sorority girl look, which I appreciated. Especially in a college town. I've always been a big fan of Louis Vuitton and I noticed that they sell pre-owned Louis Vuitton for a fraction of the cost so that is why I stopped in plus not to mention it is conveniently located in the shops where TJ Maxx target are.
