Wasn't even his part! I recently had a leak and Tim and the southside guys probably spent an hour and a half helping me. Think I spent $8 on a gasket. If you like to maintain your own stuff, these guys are the best. And if you want them to service it, lots of experience. They know what their doing, their honest and their prices are great. Took these idiots 6 months of not working, several times coming out to discover (from a tech out of Texas) to realize that the gas line/pressure was not high enough. I got a plumber out to up the pressure and lo and behold it worked, only to start leaking within 6 months. They sent out a tech only to tell me damage was due to high chlorine (salt water pool) and voided the warranty! And yes Jordan was a total *ss when you try to talk to him. Next issue, my cousin had a heat exchanger replaced and within 2-3 months it's leaking!!! Leisure time would not do anything about it until 2-3 visits to the store when "Mr. Friendly" Jordan decided to have a repair tech come out to his house. I was at the house along with my cousin when the tech took the heater apart and it clearly was broke at a seam in the heat exchanger, all 3 of us witnessed this along with a video we took. About 3 weeks later my cousin finds out voided warranty because of no back flow preventer? I called Jordan had explained that the video shows a back flow preventer?? "We only go on our techs word and the warranty is void!!! People please, do not purchase anything from these people, they will find any reason to Void your warranty, even if they have to make something us to void it as in both of these issues. The funny thing as I'm typing it my phone shows a comment under the comment that says "This review is looking pretty epic! Nice! If you can see from Mr. friendly Jordan's response, it's all about lie and deny. The technician never tested my water level to see the chemical level! I was there when he showed up. As far as my cousin's pool heater myself, my cousin and the technician all seen the seam leaking in the pool heater. All three of us agreed that it must've been a manufacturers defect because it was on a seam! However, Jordan wants to push the blame onto Hayward to make himself clear from the damages. Which I understand it's not leisure times fault, but Hayward's for a faulty heat exchanger. However, the technician said they were going to send the heat exchanger back to leisure time to have it inspected. So Mr. Jordan, who then inspected the heat exchanger? If the technician said it was going back to your shop to be tested. Final word on this leisure time will lie and deny any type of warranty claims. And they're not the friend list bunch of people when you go in!

Charged me 200 bucks and no heater. I finally paid fox pools. They figured it out right away. Heater fixed. Dont use these guys. Not customer oriented for sure. All they want is money.

I was out of town for about 5 weeks this summer, and hired Johnson Pools to look after my pool…read morewhile I was gone. When I called them, I told them that it was a saline pool and required very little maintenance, and I really just wanted to make sure nothing went wrong while I was gone. When I arrived home in August, I found my pool was overflowing onto my patio and into the yard. I have flagstone copping around my pool, and the flagstone was disintegrating. I called Johnson Pools and talked to Andrea to let her know that I was very upset that the technician had not backwashed my pool back to the correct level and instead let my copping soak in the salt water to be destroyed. She talked to her technician and then called me back. As it turns out, the technician said that each of the 5 times (once a week) he came out to the house, he found the pool overflowing, and lowered the level to the proper level. I have an automatic pool level/filler on my pool, and it was malfunctioning (stuck in the on position). Johnson Pools was aware that my pool was having this problem, but never bothered to call me or try to fix the problem. As a result, I had a $450 water bill for a month that I was not home, and the $4,500 I spent to have the copping installed 2 years ago is now ruined. When I spoke to Andrea to let her know how disappointed I was and wanted to know what they would do to help make things right, her response was, "you hired us to clean your pool, and we cleaned it." She went on to tell me that they were not hired to take care of mechanical problems like the auto filler, and had no idea that I had an auto filler on the pool. Well, the pool was clean, except for all of the flag stone that had disintegrated and settled at the bottom around the edges, but I would never use Johnson Pools to look after my pool again and I will never recommend them to anyone else.
