The first time we had Galaxy come out for a repair they diagnosed a bad pump. It costed $800, which didn't fix the problem. A couple of months go by and we have Galaxy come out again. This time Galaxy diagnoses the problem as a heating element and said it would cost $1500 to replace. We decided to find someone else this time. We called Affordable Spa Service, Marcos and his team were out to our house the very next day. As soon as they arrived on site they got to work. Within ten minutes they found the problem, a wire had been plugged in incorrectly. They still stayed the hour we paid for to ensure the hot tub heated up and everything functioned properly. Marcos and his team are very good, thorough and don't try to sale anything extra. No problems with our hot tub to this date! I highly recommend Affordable Spa Service!!!

We called and scheduled a pool opening and inspection with Clear Solutions for a home we are…read morepurchasing. They showed up 45 min late. Did not complete inspection and said they had to come back the next day. Demanded full payment. The next day that called to cancel and rescheduled. They did not show up for rescheduled time. We called several times and they kept saying they were on the way and 30 minutes away. They did not complete the job after they were paid full amount. This company acted very dishonest and the 'boyfriend / girlfriend' team both appeared and then sounded impaired. Girlfriend falling asleep on the job on initial visit. Very frustrating depending on contractors for work and then able to put a delay on our home closing, as well as having no regard for multiple parties involved. Sellers, and two realtors, adjusting their schedules.
