When I was contacted by the business I was quoted $110/hr plus - specifically so I would be aware of the full cost/charge spectrum - the cost of any chemicals consumed. Upon receiving the bill, the time billed was well over the time the Technician was working on the pool. I challenged this with detail to the time he was here. In response I was nonchalantly told that the distance to my residence from their office was 'such a long drive' (Norman to NW OKC) so the time to get here was included. It was very easy for them to casually demand that after the fact, but apparently hard to think that was a cost customers should be aware of upfront. As I had been taking cost estimates from other providers for this job, this omission deceptively skewed their cost profile against their competition. As far as I'm concerned, they employed deceptive pricing and all around poor businesses practice. Will not recommend to anyone on a moral basis.

So either the staff can't figure out how to get things scheduled or the cleaner doesn't know how to do their job.

The first time we had Galaxy come out for a repair they diagnosed a bad pump. It costed $800, which didn't fix the problem. A couple of months go by and we have Galaxy come out again. This time Galaxy diagnoses the problem as a heating element and said it would cost $1500 to replace. We decided to find someone else this time. We called Affordable Spa Service, Marcos and his team were out to our house the very next day. As soon as they arrived on site they got to work. Within ten minutes they found the problem, a wire had been plugged in incorrectly. They still stayed the hour we paid for to ensure the hot tub heated up and everything functioned properly. If you like to maintain your own stuff, these guys are the best. And if you want them to service it, lots of experience. They know what their doing, their honest and their prices are great. I've been stewing on this for a long time and over the weekend was talking to my cousin about our…read morepool heater issues. My issues, I bought a new Hayward pool heater a few years back. Took these idiots 6 months of not working, several times coming out to discover (from a tech out of Texas) to realize that the gas line/pressure was not high enough. I got a plumber out to up the pressure and lo and behold it worked, only to start leaking within 6 months. They sent out a tech only to tell me damage was due to high chlorine (salt water pool) and voided the warranty! And yes Jordan was a total *ss when you try to talk to him. Next issue, my cousin had a heat exchanger replaced and within 2-3 months it's leaking!!! Leisure time would not do anything about it until 2-3 visits to the store when "Mr. Friendly" Jordan decided to have a repair tech come out to his house. I was at the house along with my cousin when the tech took the heater apart and it clearly was broke at a seam in the heat exchanger, all 3 of us witnessed this along with a video we took. About 3 weeks later my cousin finds out voided warranty because of no back flow preventer? I called Jordan had explained that the video shows a back flow preventer?? "We only go on our techs word and the warranty is void!!! People please, do not purchase anything from these people, they will find any reason to Void your warranty, even if they have to make something us to void it as in both of these issues. The funny thing as I'm typing it my phone shows a comment under the comment that says "This review is looking pretty epic! Nice! If you can see from Mr. friendly Jordan's response, it's all about lie and deny. The technician never tested my water level to see the chemical level! I was there when he showed up. As far as my cousin's pool heater myself, my cousin and the technician all seen the seam leaking in the pool heater. All three of us agreed that it must've been a manufacturers defect because it was on a seam! However, Jordan wants to push the blame onto Hayward to make himself clear from the damages. Which I understand it's not leisure times fault, but Hayward's for a faulty heat exchanger. However, the technician said they were going to send the heat exchanger back to leisure time to have it inspected. So Mr. Jordan, who then inspected the heat exchanger? If the technician said it was going back to your shop to be tested. Final word on this leisure time will lie and deny any type of warranty claims. And they're not the friend list bunch of people when you go in!

Treated our property with great respect and were fast. We then went in to get our chemicals and Caleb was amazing and super knowledgeable. He also made great recommendations on what to get and what not to which enabled us to get everything we needed in 1 trip. We had a small issue, called them and we got an appointment set up in 2 days. A service technician came out (again on time) and fixed the issue quickly and we are set up. The customer service is amazing and everyone is super friendly and eager to help us with everything.
