When I was contacted by the business I was quoted $110/hr plus - specifically so I would be aware of the full cost/charge spectrum - the cost of any chemicals consumed. Upon receiving the bill, the time billed was well over the time the Technician was working on the pool. I challenged this with detail to the time he was here. In response I was nonchalantly told that the distance to my residence from their office was 'such a long drive' (Norman to NW OKC) so the time to get here was included. It was very easy for them to casually demand that after the fact, but apparently hard to think that was a cost customers should be aware of upfront. As I had been taking cost estimates from other providers for this job, this omission deceptively skewed their cost profile against their competition. As far as I'm concerned, they employed deceptive pricing and all around poor businesses practice. Will not recommend to anyone on a moral basis.

I didn't give them the three other stars because like I mentioned, when they do service your pool and that is a BIG "when they do" . It's hard to get a hold of them, they don't answer messages promptly it takes maybe a week or so for them to show up , if you have a job, you don't know if they came or not, but when you look at your invoice online you've been billed. By the time you get them to answer or come out, your pools water levels are unbalanced, pool looks green but you still owe your weekly fee. I used them because we found them online the prices were cheap. They did a good job two years ago. Then they grew as a company, more power to them, but they forget about us , with the smaller in ground pool no big deal , no extra bells and whistles type of pool, and their prices went up after COVID .

Since the first visit on June 6th they have charged my CC 248.61 on June 3rd then $446.91 on July 6th and then called today wanting to bill me an additional 308.73. I declined and told the manager to cancel my weekly service and then he immediately sends me a new invoice with an additional charge of $123.72 for a new total of $432.45. I literally watch the service guy use my last two bags of shock but then charge me for chemicals. The same bottle of scale the tech left on the first visit in June is still sitting next to my pump but yet they keep charging me for it.

First, I asked him about checking the chemicals in the pool, he laughed and said that he doesn't need those strips since he's been doing it for 15 years. He can just look at it to conclude what it needs. My pool water was clear before he started anything, then he proceeded in dumping some chemicals which turned my water cloudy. It's been 72 hours and my pool is still cloudy. I don't recommend this company to anyone with a pool.
