We frequent swim team events here, and I took off a star because they are always disorganised here..Staff shows up late, slow to get going, always in need of timers, mix-ups in events. Still, we enjoy the facilities.

The concession stand staff had a complete attitude from the moment I approached them. I ordered a…read morecorn dog and when I received it, it was completely ice cold. I brought it back and explained the issue, only to be met with looks and attitudes as if I was making it up. They took the corn dog from me and put it in the microwave to heat it up. I'm sorry, but who would have thought that a $3 corn dog was being cooked in a microwave instead of being properly fried? What a waste of money. I went back later to get some ice cream and, once again, had to deal with the same kind of attitude. When I went to pay, the employee looked at me and told me they were out of quarters. Seriously? How does a concession stand run out of quarters? The food quality and customer service were both extremely disappointing. I understand that everyone has bad days, but customers should not have to deal with rude attitudes simply because they are asking for the food they paid for to be served properly.

I called to inform them, and asked if the water was often cloudy. They deflected saying water was cloudy due to cotton clothing in the pool. Umm, no way. It's only caused by human filth and inadequate filtration and sanitization. They said next time don't swallow the water. Lol okay. Except I barely put my hair in the water and still had diarrhea for days. It's too bad because we know the head here and he is a good guy. I'm sure they don't have funds to update the system, but it badly needs it.

They even used the diving board a few times. They thoroughly enjoyed it. The downside of our visit was the three young adult girls wearing g-strings and walking around small children. My youngest was horrified that he could see their "tushies". There's a place for such things but it's not in a children's area. It's indecent and I was surprised they were allowed in. I mean.... you have to wear shoes to enter other establishments... you should have to wear some kind of bum covering in the presence of children. IMO.

There are kids all over, in all three parts of the pool, running, and climbing through the rails (which I can only keep my kid from doing these things, but I have no control over the others). Anyways, there are kids playing in front of the slide while kids are coming down it just waiting to get knocked in the face, kids all over in the diving area while kids are jumping off the boards. And on top of all that only 1 lifeguard (who is not even paying attention to the kids but instead looking at his Apple Watch) was put out to watch ALL of the children in ALL three areas! It's a bring your kids to swim in the pool and climb around the playground kind of place. It's a 18-hole disc golf kind of place. It's not a 5-star park. You'll find car tires and concrete in the low flowing creek. You might even catch a draft of El Tapatio's dumpster along the paved trail. But still, the pool is clean, big, and full of fun options, the trail bends along the creek and has little wandering trails that lead off, and that playground is pretty sweet (I'd be pretty happy with that as a kid...or even now). Couch Park, I give you three stars; you are A-OK.

While I'm generally satisfied with the service received, they employed deceptive pricing and…read morebilling. When I was contacted by the business I was quoted $110/hr plus - specifically so I would be aware of the full cost/charge spectrum - the cost of any chemicals consumed. Upon receiving the bill, the time billed was well over the time the Technician was working on the pool. I challenged this with detail to the time he was here. In response I was nonchalantly told that the distance to my residence from their office was 'such a long drive' (Norman to NW OKC) so the time to get here was included. It was very easy for them to casually demand that after the fact, but apparently hard to think that was a cost customers should be aware of upfront. As I had been taking cost estimates from other providers for this job, this omission deceptively skewed their cost profile against their competition. As far as I'm concerned, they employed deceptive pricing and all around poor businesses practice. Will not recommend to anyone on a moral basis.

The girl told me that the guy came out on the 19th. Well, I arrived last night and to my dismay, my pool is disgusting. So either the staff can't figure out how to get things scheduled or the cleaner doesn't know how to do their job.
