For context like everybody in Oklahoma City over the past four years have had lots of problems with algae blooms and we all shared my frustrations but when I was in there earlier this year I think his name is Jordan told me to wait outside the "testing"area. After 10 minutes my back was killing me ( I am 65 years old) so I stepped inside and sat on the stool. He continued to help the customer another 10 minutes then a lady walked in at which point he walked right around me and went up to help her; I was really angry. I saw Daniel and quite honestly dumped my frustration on him telling him to come back and help me with my testing. It devolved from there with Daniel yelling at me because I called him Dan then Jordan walked by with a condescending voice telling me I could leave if I didn't like it. After four years of algae blooms, green pool and lots of new filter medium/chemicals I learned all the chemistry and had the pool balanced perfectly. No more problems I simply wanted them to test my water for phosphates because even though I had hired a pool guy I was still going to buy all my chemicals from Leisure Time. A few months ago I was trying to purchase a $1500 pump from them but they would not return my calls so I guess I've been banned from the store; don't care but really do not like dealing with Leslie's Pools. I write this review to apologize to Daniel he had no knowledge of what transpired before our conversation.

We should have had a pool before swimming season started, instead it seems we will make payments for a full year because at this point in the year is it even worth paying for the winterization and a year worth of elemental wear for a month of good swimming weather? But at what cost? We called Aqua Haven to be told we would need to contact a repair person. When we attempted to set up regular service, we were told they didn't have availability. When it was time to close the pool, we were told they didn't availability. When we reopened the pool this spring, it had "floated," due to a leak. When we contacted the service department at Aqua Haven, Cody took the case and told us within days that our warranty was void because we used someone else to close the pool. We contacted multiple other repair companies and were quoted absurd amounts to fix our four year old pool. We are having it removed instead. 50+K for a few summers of swimming. Aqua Haven has great service until the day after install. Then you are on your own. Know what you are getting into.

Upon receiving the bill, the time billed was well over the time the Technician was working on the pool. I challenged this with detail to the time he was here. In response I was nonchalantly told that the distance to my residence from their office was 'such a long drive' (Norman to NW OKC) so the time to get here was included. It was very easy for them to casually demand that after the fact, but apparently hard to think that was a cost customers should be aware of upfront. As I had been taking cost estimates from other providers for this job, this omission deceptively skewed their cost profile against their competition. As far as I'm concerned, they employed deceptive pricing and all around poor businesses practice. Will not recommend to anyone on a moral basis.
